Design-Build-Remodel remediates the damage to my home after IRMA, including rebuilding a collapsed ceiling and replacing the cage for my lanai. They have done great work, professional and efficient and worked productively with my insurance company. Im currently building 20 units apartment building on Skyline Blvd in Cape Coral with Igor and his team. Weve worked together since 2008 on many projects-from new construction, additions, to condo renovations. Around 25 projects total. Our last one was duplex conversion to single family home on Esplanade street in Bonita Springs. This was the most challenging project in my 20 years as a real estate investor. I guess you may say Im a happy customer. From site plans, architectural designs, to daily problem solving they did an amazing job.
