While visiting locally our BMW suffered a major problem. It was no problem for Randy. Randy is a wiz on import autos as well as domestic. Done Well, Done Right. Friendly, courteous, Inexpensive. A real God Blessing.

I had reached out to this mechanic for a simple quote on having a resonator delete done. His response was in these exact words ohhh no, im not going to jail bye . How extremely poor customer service and clearly little to no knowledge because it is legal in the state of Florida. Also, when he answered he sounded like he didnt care to answer the phone and had attitude. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A good friend of mine referred me today and I called this gentleman Randy he said he was gentlemen Randy you said he was gonna call me back and I was really upset I waited really upset I waited and I need to leave out a town she was a good plan of she was a good plan of his for many years and said he could do a great job is do a great job anyway I was expecting him to phone me back cause I have to get my air you have to phone me back cause I have to get my air conditioning done and never even got a phone call call thats not very nice

My girlfriend and I rented a vintage VW bus to drive to the Keys last winter. Everything was going great until the clutch cable broke at our camp ground in Ft. Meyers. We really needed a quick fix and finding this part for our 1978 VW bus isn’t something you do quickly. Everyone on the Google search we did said it would take a week to repair, that was impossible because our vacation was only a week long! When we finally got in contact with Randy he said he knew where he could source the part and had us back on the road a few hours. He even had a tow truck service come right out and pick up our Van. He literally saved our holiday. He’s an expert mechanic and understood our situation and we couldn’t have been more grateful to have found him.

I could write a book. I went in with one problem and he put in ecm supposed to be $1200.00 overcharged $53.00 then said bad alternator charged $200 labor. Replaced stud in tire I specifically asked him not to because I had the stud which cost about $ 1.48 and my friend would fix but he took it upon himself to do it and charged me $88. Then I broke down after leaving ( oh.i also broke down after ecm installed) had to have towed, 3rd time back to his shop, thinking he would just fix what he messed up but no he tells me i need part number 3. A crankshaft positioner and this would be about $700.00 more. Mind you I have given him $600 cash on Oct 7 to have ecm ordered immediately to get started. That took 14 days to arrive. It was installed the 21st.. So this is 15 days so far. Then I had to pay him $853.00 for alternator and ecm balance. Now he wants more money. So with no other choice because I had n more money he fixed the crank shaft. I left and BROKE DOWN AGAIN! 4TH TIME. He told me, after payment, that there were 6 or 7 more codes and he thinks the crank shaft is bad. I was appalled. He said bring back on your day off so I did. I told him I needed my car by Tuesday because I had too much to do. He said he didnt think it would be finished. I told him Im done with his bs and if he cant fix it, Give me my money back and i will go elsewhere. He said drop it off Ill fix it and he never knew what was wrong just kept replacing parts he googled, as did I, and he went through almost every part. So I spent a fortune and by the way, he cracked my radiator while it was there. He mentions after the car had been only there that there is a hairline crack. The crack was huge and it would have been noticed. I had an oil change a few days prior who checked everything and I drove it daily and checked fluids weekly, the crack wasnt there. I told him but he did not acknowledge it. I asked him if my car was ready and he said i need a timing belt. I told him no more money so he did end up making my car run. I did not give him another dime after the $2300.00 . I had to use lyft for a month and a half, had 4 tows, missed work and the stress was overwhelming. This ordeal cost me over $ 5000.00. He seems heartless and really did not care about my situation at all. He doesnt open his shop until 11 am or later, depending on how late his night was. He takes tuesday and Thursday off as well as weekends. He just seems unprofessional, uncaring, dishonest and doesnt have a clue as to how to diagnose what is wrong. Other mechanics call him a parts replacer tries every part until he gets it right at the owners expense. He will reply I was not a customer or I was a disgruntled person from ebay or something. He doesnt own up to his mistakes, as youll see in other reviews. And I honestly have not heard one good thing about him . I wish I would have known what I know now. He literally cost me my life savings for what shoud have cost under $400.00 Its very sad to me that anyone could do this to people. I have never written a bad review and would never if it was not warranted. I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO HAVE TO ENDURE WHAT I DID!! IT WAS AWFUL. I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR A RADIATOR HE BROKE AND HE ALSO BROKE SOME THINGS ON MY INTERIOR DOORS. His motto is we fix it right the first time it took him a month and a half and Im sitting in an auto repair shop now that s fixing his mistake. For 3/4 less than he quoted me after all that and he still quotes 75% more than most and is never there to do the job. I think this needs to be known and reported. Its unfair business.

Had my own car part that I needed replaced. Called other shops and was automatically declined service due to the fact I had bought my own part to replace. Called randy and he fixed it the Same day. Didnt even charge me for the extra labor that was put in to taking out my damaged car part . Overall I recommend this shop . Fair price and good work !

I would like to re-assure everybody that they are making the RIGHT choice. Randy fixed my 1989 BMW at great cost and even found some things that a professional BMW repair shop in NJ missed. Horrible person always ripping ppl off. Had my dad pay for parts and kept putting it off like he didnt want to do it. This was 3 weeks with no work!! Then decided to bust up and bang up the transmission after he pushed the car out of his shop and have him come pick it up by tow of course. Not how the vehicle was given to him. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER. He is not an honest man at alllll. Would never trust a crook.
