Drove all the way from Tampa to pick up my I8. Hit up a lot of traffic. Never told service center closes at six. Get here to be told Sorry you’re going to have to come back tomorrow. We don’t have the keys. Only service managers do. What the heck!! “We have millions in cars back there so I hope you understand”. Yea I understand You don’t trust your staff and your customer service is deplorable. Can you say will never have a good referral from me.

Service Department is A-1. Chad is a helpful and honest advisor. Everyone I talked to there was polite and helpful. Service bays are super clean and organized, and you can look in there through the windows to see without getting in anyones way. Service prices are competitive if not lower than other dealerships in southwest Florida. Definitely will return.
My sales person Joel Brown my made experience of 1st time buying a BMW easy and hassle free. Car was ready for my test drive when I got there. Not pushy very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was buying a car from a friend. The finance team also did a great job and made it very simple and saved me some cash as well. Would absolutely recommend anybody in the market for one of these machines or a used car to visit Joel and BMW of Fort Myers.
I should have posted this message months ago when I purchased my second vehicle at the Fort Myers location. First purchase, 5 stars no issues. Second purchase, 1). I requested they only run my credit through BMW financial, not with any other bank(s). I was told no problem. I find out 2 weeks later they pulled my credit 3 times with 3 banks. I sent a letter to the finance manager who NEVER called, NEVER inquired. 2). Its time to renew my registration, Florida DMV told me, the license plate number on my car isnt registered to any vehicle. I found out the registration paperwork was wrong. 3). My issue today, whats making me give a bad review. Im traveling. Went to service my BMW at a dealership in Houston, TX. I was sold extended maintenance I paid over $1200 was expired. The salesperson who is no longer working there sold me a service I would never be able to use. The plan was to cover me up to 50k miles or 48 months. What he failed to tell me was the 48 months is when the car was first manufactured; a 2018 BMW X4, manufactured in May 2017. Therefore the extended maintenance ended 7 months later. I never had a chance to use the maintenance. July 2021. I had to pay $682. So if you do the math...I paid $1882 for my 1st service. I have called Troy and Bill several times. NO REPLY. I made a complaint with BMW corporate office. They cant help. Matter of fact, they cant promise me that the dealership will even call me back. Service maintenance plans are handled locally. Its between me and the dealership. This one instance has made me not want to purchase another BMW product. If you shop at the Fort Myers BMW location, please make sure they sell you a service you will be able to use.

I traveled over 2 hours to review and then purchase a preowned car from BMW Ft. Myers. We did our shopping on the internet, and considered other makes also. From our initial contact, our sales consultant John Findley, was great. We purchased the vehicle with no hassles and a great price, which is exactly the way I wanted it. At the dealership for delivery, everything was smooth and enjoyable. In addition to John, The BMW genius, business manager, parts department, and the GM were all cordial and happy. I emphasize happy because based on my experience, a happy staff means a lot. Absolutely excellent customer service throughout the whole buying process! I started looking for a used BMW M5 on their website and when I found one I liked I made an online inquiry. Joel Brown of the Internet Sales Department emailed me to advise that the vehicle was in stock. I made an appointment with him and then went in. Joel is extremely knowledgeable about everything BMW as well as the inventory that they have at the dealership...I have purchased many vehicles in the past and one of the things I hate is when I know more about the vehicle and its competition than the salesman sitting across from me. Joel has a way of setting you at ease and just letting you know that he is there to help you find the right vehicle. He answered all of my questions and in the end I bought a 2020 M5 Competition (they had just got it in and it wasnt even serviced yet...thanks again for the heads up Joel!!) that is absolutely awesome! I traveled from Daytona Beach to purchase a ES 350 Lexus for my son. The BMW dealership in Ft Meyers had the best price for what I was looking for. Our sales expert was Milan, he greeted us in a professional manner and unlike other dealers made us feel welcome. We explained to Milan we were looking at two different used x5 models. We test drove the first one and were amazed at the performance and we made a pretty easy decision. BMW Fort Myers takes a car service department to another level. My service writer Chad is amazing and is great at communication. The technicians are very skilled and knowledgeable and fix my cars problems correctly the first time. The facilities are beautiful and the customer waiting area is comfortable and stocked with drinks and snacks, they even have a business center with private rooms to work.

Excellent Service. We were traveling from Miami, Florida and noticed our car lost power and the warning system game on and made a call to the BMW Fort Myers and they instructed us to come to their location right away. We got their about closing time on Friday evening and they instructed us to be at the BMW service center at 0730 on Saturday morning. We were given outstanding communication throughout by the BMW team at the service center. Jeremy that helped us was excellent and demonstrated outstanding customer service!!! Our car was fixed within a few hours and we were back on the road. The customer service provided by the entire team was outstanding.

My current salesman Pat Boehm has been great to work with and kept me posted on the progress of the build. The car I purchased had some minor design issues that they corrected for me and all and all, I would highly recommend BMW Fort Myers if you love BMW as much as I do. We were greeted with a nice smile from the staff when we came to drop off our BMW. We had made the appointment conveniently online and for this reason it made the check in process smoother. We were able to speak to our service representative and he did an inspection on our vehicle. Upon observation of report, the car needed repairing. It was done and also did a 20,000 mile oil change. They offered a coupon (discount code) for the oil change and also suggested a new battery for my key fob. The lady who took my payment was super nice and very patient with us and our questions. We personally thanked “Jose Fonseca” for his wonderful customer service and willingness to out of his way to help us. Besides the clean building and bathroom stalls, the whole showroom was spotless. They are also super friendly, professional and kind staff all across. My car was washed and vacuumed upon pick up which was a nice touch as well. They made me and my family a huge fans and will always recommend BMW of Fort Myers! Five out five stars!

Believe it or not, my car buying was all done within 30 mts. Eliya Watson, the internet advisor was not pushy at all and was genuine. Scott had all papers prepared and ready to begin with on the day of buying. Dignified, gentle and decent dealings, which has become a rarity with car buying experiences lately. Bought a CPO BMW 530 at another dealer across the state and had multiple electronic problems with it. I brought it in to BMW ft Myers and Jeremy promised me they would make it right. It took time for parts to come in from Germany but he got everything. I highly recommend BMW of Ft Myers service department.

My service advisor Jeremy took good care of me. I was surprised what good service they have. Much better than the Mercedes service. Which I own both a BMW & a Mercedes. The service advisor address all my concerns and even wiped a figure print off the interior of my door. Service in 2021 doesn’t get much better than this.
Tom Simmons was great as usual, everything was done prompt and as promised. only suggestion I have is when you do a complete diagnostic and new computer upload, is to inform the owner that many of the vehicles custom functions may be set back to factory default and will have to be reprogramed.
Buyer beware. When you buy a used car, the sale is generally as-is. At Fort Myers BMW, they mean it. Bring a mechanic with you and have the car checked out before you sign the paperwork. Julian was my sales person, and he was pleasant. I bought a used Nissan Titan, and I love my truck. After I brought it home, I noticed that the back bumper was a little crooked, and not immediately noticeable. I took it back but there was nothing they could do for it, wouldn’t fix it. Clean carfax, but obviously some backed into something and repaired it (not well). I was annoyed but I know it’s an as-is sale- just wished they would’ve pointed it out and been honest about it prior to purchase. Honesty goes a long way. They made a big deal about repairing the scratches on my trade in but that’s obviously not what they do to used cars. They clean and turn right around and sell it. Ok, fine. But now I’m on a cross country trip two weeks after purchase, and I find out the truck had a dirty air filter, needed an oil change, and was low on transmission fluid. I made sure to ask if it had been serviced and was assured that it was fully inspected, serviced, and safe. A big load of BS. I knew I had this trip coming and wanted the truck in top shape. My kids are with me. Really ticked that some of my vacation money went to maintenance when I was promised a fully serviced truck.Update on my review: Buyer Beware x 10! Dropping review to one star. I haven’t made the first payment yet and my truck has been at the Nissan dealership all week. There are issues with the computer, wiring, and transmission. Thank goodness it’s still covered under the factory warranty for a few more months or this would’ve cost thousands. I see BMW responded below….they can reach out to me. I bought a 2017 Nissan Titan from Julian a month ago.

I just had found a BMW to purchase from someone other than Ft Myers BMW. I wanted a pre buy inspection on the car through BMW before I purchased it. I wasnt sure how I would be treated being I hadnt bought the car there. Not to mention that I didnt know how everything worked on the car. I couldnt believe the awesome service and welcome I had received when I arrived. They treated me if I had purchased it there. Tom was fantastic and told me the history of the car and that it was a sound purchase. He also introduced me to Steve who is a genius when it comes to navigating any of the BMW series. They kindly set me up for an appointment with him to learn so much more about this beautiful car that I would never understand by reading the book on my own. I dont even know where to begin. My wife needed a new car and we dreaded the whole car buying experience. Well Kyle at Fort Myers BMW changed our whole outlook on that. we showed up around 5pm one evening and was greeted by Kyle after wandering around the Mercedes Benz parking lot for about 1/2 hour looking at cars and no one even came out and helped us. Kyle showed us numerous cars and SUVs took his time and explained the differences in models and options to us......absolutely zero pressure. The car we were interested in was actually a used one at the Sister Mercedes store, Kyle had it ready for us to drive when we came the next day my wife drove it and fell in love with it. This was a Saturday evening and they closed at 6 and we had no expectations of taking the car home that day but they said it was not a problem. Kyle had the car detailed, Alberto arranged all the financing on a Saturday evening after they should be closed but my wife drove the car home that night.Fast forward to Monday afternoon Fort Myers BMW had Joel ( The Genius) at our house that evening to go over all the features and options the car had as well as program the phones and garage doors. Even though I did not have a big problem, I was given an appt. quickly and my issue was considered and checked out thoroughly. I dealt with Jeremy in the Service Dept, who was excellent! I felt confident when I left that all was well!
Brought in my M340i for a vent not working properly. Made an appointment to wait on the vehicle ( I already knew the part was not available for a couple of weeks). Carol Berger greeted me, had a tech take the vehicle to the shop, confirmed my concern, and put the part on order. She and her team had me in and out within half an hour. Having been a tech and repair shop owner with very high standards for 25 years, I was extremely satisfied with the prompt service and getting my new vehicle back without a finger print on it.
Do NOT take your care here! Its worth the trip to Naples or Sarasota.I had their service center replace a part on my convertible roof. When the exact same part later popped off the roof, they told me that its too hot in Florida for glue to hold and quoted me MORE THAN TWICE the original price to repair it. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

He is also personable, polite and does what it takes to get the job done. I will request him in the future for service needs.
Awesome experience from the moment I walked in the door. My sales agent, Julian was the best to work with! He made the experience so easy and answered all of my questions. Actual technical service and maintenance was very good. Setting up the initial appointment was done very efficiently and professionally.I did have trouble getting some one to answer my call and connect me with a service manager when I was trying to follow up on status of my car during the day of service. Maybe because of the Holidays and being very busy. Finally got connected to a different service manager, Carol, and she was extremely helpful in obtaining status and calling me back on when to pick up. She provided additional information and answered my questions very professionally & effectively when I came in to pick up. Appreciated her customer service.

I brought my BMW in for an oil change on 3/31... everything was smooth and seemless!! Jose my service advisor was awesome, found me some SAVINGS on my oil change, needless to say customers love that !! The check in porters also are very efficient and friendly!! Everyone is friendly and well trained in their roles!!
John Findley, my salesman, worked with me to create and order my new BMWx5. He placed the order directly with the factory and the car was delivered in less than 2 months with all of my personal specs! He and his manager pushed the project along to insure I would have it on time to go north.My experience in dealing with the entire staff was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were no pushy sales pitches - quite unusual for car dealerships! I highly recommend this dealership!

As a first timer to BMWs service department, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of communication they provide to their customers. Tom went far above and beyond to make sure I knew every detail of what my car was having done as well as explained my options for services that is needed in the upcoming months. Their entire team was polite, kind, and genuinely seemed to care - which is so rare these days.I was so blown away and happy that I went to Perkins and brought back muffins for their team :)
Best Experience ever ... I worked with Milan Stanisic and from the first phone call to the delivery he was intent on finding my perfect car. He actually looked, listened and treated me like I knew what I wanted, knew what i needed and he then went full force to find it. Ultimately we narrowed my search down to two cars. I did not understand the differences between the two, but he carefully put it all together for me so my decision was truly suited to my needs. It was such a fun experience. I now have a beautiful new car that I could not be more thrilled about....THANK YOU Milan, you were amazing !!! If you go to BMW of Fort MYERS to look at or buy a new car...you really should ask for him.

Yes I was desperately needing a tire put on my M2 competition. I located the tire at the dealership and was pleased to find out they could get me in the next morning for an install. When I arrived at the dealership they had all the paperwork set up and Within 90 minutes they have me down the road to burning gas. Thanks Fort Myers BMW.
A bit disappointing because when I arrived at the service department to dropped off my car the associate working outside were talking between themselves and didnt bother to ask if I need it help until 5 minutes later another associate came from the inside with a bit of attitude asking me if someone was assisting me and I said know, he when to say go inside and someone will be with you shortly, Jose the service associate was great like always he told me what my car needed and hes customer service is again outstanding
Outstanding experience and THE BEST customer service.We weren’t expecting to buy a car during our Christmas vacation but our impromptu car shopping turned out to be the best Christmas present. Thanks to Michael Kirby and Alberto Ramos for working all the details and their assistance, the whole process was smooth and completely painless. It took them less than three hours to complete the whole process, including the finance paperwork and process.For these guys customer service is second to none.We are back home and so far we had put 2K miles in our new M40i with no regrets at all, now we cant wait for spring to start our out of state journeys.Thanks BMW of Fort Myers
