This agency gave me such poor service it ended up costing me over $100 additional premium with AllstateI may keep Allstate but wont be buying it thru this agency

She has always been honest & responsive to my needs.Her staff follows her lead & they also help me out when I have questions or concerns. They are all there for us. Weve had our insurance policies with Susan Fahs agency for awhile now and have been very pleased with the service.While insurance coverage is going to be quite comparable regardless of the company, the attentiveness and advice weve received from our contact (Heather) with the agency has kept us renewing our insurance with them for several years...and I dont see that changing. Been with Allstate insurance for many years. Never needed to use the insurance. One day I get in a wreck. I had a lot of trouble finding an autobody shop they agreed to. Then it took them 39 days to decide it was totaled. In the same phone call the guy says that we have to pay for storage while they argued over a price. $150 day. Allstate says most people charge $50. Do you think Allstate would give us a check for the $50/day...no. Also the rental is good for 30 days, but they took 39 to call it a total loss. We also went through 5 individuals during that time. The last guy we dealt with Shawn, in a voice message, says as Ive said in previous calls......., well, he only called us twice, and never mentioned that it was up to us to find a place with cheaper storage. Then after we sent the title (as required by snail mail) I overnighted it, It takes 24 days and 5 unanswered phone calls to get our check. The seller of the insurance was Susan Fahs...shes fab. In summary, its a nice place to pay a bill and give money, but dont get in an accident!!

We are very disappointed in the level of customer service we have received. My mother-in-law was with Susans agency for twenty years and when she sold her condo and asked for help cancelling her homeowners and flood insurance policies we had to PUSH to get the refunds. After a month of waiting for this agency to complete the cancellations, we contacted the insurance companies directly as not all appropriate documents had been sent to them by Susans agency.Be diligent when you cancel a policy this agency has established for you.
