Poor service, switched me to Greensboro, NC agent without notification, does not return phone calls, this is a s poor as it gets for service----RUN to another agency -NOW
Terrible client follow up and service. Have left repeated voice mails, texts and emails for agents and have not received a reply. This is not the same agency it was 2-3 years ago. They should be ashamed and significantly more professional.
The women who returned a simple phone call was extremely RUDE it was completely uncalled for, steer clear of this business, Nasty Nasty People.
This office covers the master flood insurance thru my HOA. My mortgage company advised me they have not received proof of payment and are going to purchase the master flood insurance out of my escrow. I called Tuesday to inquire, I spoke to a very nice woman, unfortunately I can’t recall her name, who verified my master flood insurance had been paid and transferred me to the agent who who is in charge of our policy. I got a voicemail for Jody stating she is working from home, to leave a message and she will return phone calls. I left a message stating my issue, left my name and number. I called my mortgage company back on Wednesday morning to advise them of what is going on. I was advised by the mortgage company that anyone from the insurance office can call and verify and that will satisfy until a certificate of payment is received. I called the office back and was told by two rude agents that they can not do that only the agent handling my account can. I called Jody back and left a 2nd message with the information and phone number for the mortgage company hoping she would call them. She did not reach out to them nor called me back. I called Jody again today for the 3rd day in a row. Still waiting for a response. At our next HOA meeting I will be requesting to hire a new insurance company

Excellent, knowledgeable service! Ed Castner at BB&T Oswald Trippe Insurance is the best insurance agent weve had in 35 years of marriage. He knows the business and analyzes the options to get us the best coverage for the best price. Hes happy to re-shop the options for us when we ask every 2 or 3 years. Wish wed found them long ago!
When you call this agency you cant get a person on the phone, just an automated operator with a limited menu of choices. Terrible customer service, find someone who cares about policy holders.Tried to end flood insurance policy for sold property that they wrote through Hartford to get refund, and cant get an agent on the line. Hartford insurance not any better, wont cancel without going through an agent.Typical Insurance Company squirrel cage for customers.
