Bought a home that needed new roof, roof was 20 hrs old. Insurance company I had said they would cancel policy if roof wasn’t done in 30 days. This was right after Irma blew through and finding someone to look at it let alone replace it would take 6 months. I heard about Lott&Gaylor from a customer, called them, spoke with Megan, she set us up with coverage. She explained the price would be high until we did roof, she also suggested other ways to lower premium. Have been with them for 3+ years and couldn’t be happier. I cold emailed this firm recently (after a local Google search) desperate to find coverage for a yacht. My previous company pulled out of the market leaving me high and dry. I wish I could indicate 6 stars.It turned out that I did get a different offer from another underwriter that worked out a little better.
