Purchased this BMW 525i from Royal Auction Group, called twice before the auction with ? About the car, we live in North Carolina and would be bidding online. The staff were really no help, just stated everything we know is listed on site. My ? Were where did the car come from ? Such as a fleet car for a business or personal repo! I was told it was a fleet car. I asked if it was driven to there lot and they stated Yes!I bid on the car and got it, so I sent payment. I requested a temp plate so filled out the paperwork as well as the title. I called to ask how long the process is to get a temp plate and was told it takes about 30 mins. On the day of arrival we spent 4hrs there trying to get the plate, first we were told sorry cant do it because the 1 person who does it was out sick! So keep in mind I requested this over a week ago and they knew what day I was coming to pick the car up. After my husband said you must have someone else who can do it the young lady up front said well I can try! This might not have been an issue if we did not just fly in to drive this car home! So 4 hrs later we leave with the car, go straight to a mechanic and have the oil changed and fluids checked. Car seems to shift rough. So I immediately think the transmission! Yup sure was!So do not buy anything from the place! Waste of money!

Shill Bidding!! Be careful. We bought 3 cars from them on Proxybod, entered the maximum amount of we what to pay, and all 3 cars sold to us for the maximum amount we entered. This means that they have someone who bids for them just to increase the price, and seems like Proxybid reveal them our maximum amount.We are going to sue this company.

Family run auction, very upfront with what they know of the unit and their fees! nothing seems to be hidden with this company, inspection can be made for a full week before the auction AND they allow mechanics to come in as well to do inspections for you. They still have live bidding when most auctions have went to online only. Will definitely return to Royal.

Unfortunately, This place is unable to keep long term customer. They will only due bare minimum. Never again will I consign, let alone spend money. They treated me wrong in the worst way and hope my review will deter others from doing any business with them, Garbage

Bidding on cars so dont know about all the inventory. Kind of what you would expect. Some are good some are bad

After winning an auction remotely, closer evaluation of the of the tractor photos suggested the tractor was 2wd and not 4wd as description suggested. The helpful staff immediately offered a refund of my wired funds and followed through quickly. The description also identified small issues with the machine that gave me confidence in bidding. Mistakes happen, Royal Auction Groups integrity made it right.

They started off by charging my card twice of $6200 after my purchase. They had to credit me and sent a check instead of crediting my card. I Bought a golf cart which said it drives. Which did not drive even after it has been charged. The car I bought lasted 1 month until it had a electrical fire, had to call the fire dept and is totaled now. Only put a couple hundred miles on it. Not sure if they do safety inspections of vehicles. Because that car was not safe. Will never go to a auction again. Might see if I can do legal action.

BUYERS BEWARE! We buy numerous trucks a day from auctions all around the United States and we have never had an experience like this. We bid on a truck that was described as RUNS AND DRIVES from Royal Auction Group for $40,000+; we unfortunately won. Upon the arrival of our driver (who drove over 1000 miles) to pick the truck up, someone in their yard said that he couldnt get the truck to start no matter how he tried and that someone had jumped the starter to get it to run. Someone in Royal Auction Group changed the starter motor according to Cody McCloggage, apparently trying to get the truck to start. Their resolution was to load the truck with a fork lift on the transporters trailer (THAT WE HAD TO PAY). After the arrival of the truck and numerous tests, the motor was deemed HYDROLOCKED with extensive bearing wear. Nothing about this truck is RUNNING AND DRIVING. After numerous emails and calls, Royal Auction Group has completely ignored us and the fact that they FALSE ADVERTISED a $40,000+ truck.Looks like there are numerous reviews on here stating the same. Do yourself and your bank account a favor, DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL AUCTION GROUP!

VARY POOR service at this auction. The title department sucks. I have been waiting on my title for 3 months already and nothing. Every time you ask for a manager he or she is never there to answer your questions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this auction to no one. I know a lot of people that buy here and have told me the same thing. I never thought I would have such a bad experience, I paid a $ 500 deposit to buy cars in this auction, they promised to return it after the auction ended, after ten days and several times in my bank and in their offices, my money does not appear, the The bank showed me all the evidence that the money was never returned, royal action today they simply told me not to return any more, I have the evidence and even if I spent more than what they owe me, I will gladly have a legal process against I can only tell users to be careful with this auction, they are not professional or honest.

Bought a car at an online auction listed as Runs and drives. Upon arrival, the car was found to have a bad axle and a bad transmission. Dont buy anything from these people or believe their descriptions. Hard lesson learned and I wont be back.

Very unique place. Can purchase commercial vehicles, mowers, atvs, boats, lawn decorations, golf carts, engines... Every auction is different. If you dont see what your looking for, the following auction may have it.

As far as the Auction it is great. Everyone is polite and helpful. However the Title Department leaves much to be desired. I bought a Vehicle, and for over a month no Title. I got no call and no email even though the title department said they called (Which is one Guy who told me over phone that he is overwhelmed.) This day in age everything is documented so you really cant BS someone by saying you sent an email. They really need to improve the title department, hire more people if the guy cant handle it.

Great place fun for the whole family .I gotten couple of good deals there.General advice: though ; I recommend you remove your purchase as soon as you buy it, because parts will go missing from your vehicle a hubcap here and a spare tire there even rubber pedal covers.

Terrible service. Not willing to work with you, not up front with fees and storage policy. I was told a manger would need to help me so when I ask to speak to a manager they were all out of the office and could help me until I had paid a hidden storage fee. Would not recommend!!!

Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Edge stated (Runs & Drives )but vehicle did not and looked to be previously diagnosed due to water being drained and oil changed as soon as water was added it mixed with the motor oil ...Some vehicles recommend inspection this one did not and Royal Auction Group should be held accountable for typical errors in the Auction process if they (no one )is held accountable and it’s a genuine mistake how does the problem get fixed..!?...

Ive gone to equipment auctions for 25 years now and this is set up nicely. A lot of good stuff there when I went. If only the auctioneer company didnt prebid everything up beforehand it would have been 5 stars. I dont go to auctions to pay what I can buy something for outside of an auction.

Best public auction Ive been to. Reasonable fees, and doesnt cost a dime to bid (they refund the registration fee if you dont win anything). HUGE selection from autos, boats, fleet, trucks, heavy equip and even misc like auto lifts and teak furniture. Went in person to the Sept auction, and also logged in at home for the end of the day. You can live stream the auction audio/video while bidding on the items. Cool stuff! Ill be back for the next one!

Great auction with super nice and helpful staff. They had an extremely large quantity of clean equipment and there were a lot of really great buys across the board. Everyone went out of their way to be incredibly helpful and accommodating to bidders and made it a really positive experience for all.

We came here to buy a car in order to resale it. The staff were very kind and nice, and the community was very friendly, but we encountered some people that were buying just for the sake of buying and they made most of the prices skyrocket and most of us (the buyers) were not happy with their idea. We attended the auction on saturday and won a van which was what we were looking for, but their webpage says that the vehicle title was going to be ready the same day, but our title was not available and we now had to wait 2-4 weeks for the title to be mailed to us in order to register our vehicle, they also give you a 10 day max. Wait time in order to pick up the vehicle you bought, which is very inconvenient knowing that now we will have to get some one to bring it to us meaning extra expenses.

Greatly surprised. LOTS of unique items. Be prepared for a long day. They are super friendly, safe and entertaining at the same time. Many ppl were blessed with many great deals. Not sure how they advertise but theyre having another in June.

Solid inventory

Good deals but paperwork takes forever....They tell you 2 to 3 weeks but its been 3 weeks and they still dont have a thing back from Tallahassee. The steps the lady explained to me is as follows......they process the title, send it to the local Tax collectors office, who then sends it to Tallahassee, then Tallahassee sends it back once processed to the auction site. Once the auction site gets it back they then mail the receipt (which she says is when we can take it to the DMV to get tags and registration).

Big auction lot with a ton of equipment. They have construction, semis, cars, and more. Also, it is cool to be shuttled by a bus from the parking lot to the lot.

Hands down the best auction Ive been to. Professional, enjoyable, and tons of quality inventory. Thank you, Royal Auction Group!

Our paperwork still hasnt made it passed the state. They told us they dont send paperwork out because they are busy after the auction and it took 10 days. Then they hired some company to help complete them and they messed up by not sending it in till last week and now the state says 30-45 days for them to process....so no title till 8/24/18 or 9/8/18. Im losing out on 3 sales but no one seems to care.

I bought a car and paid a month ago bit no title. The staff is rude and impolite I spoke to a lady called Amber who was extremely rude. I ha e called their numerous times but once they get your money no one cares. Be warned before you buy .......

Will not validate online bidding, goes by the floor first even if the online bid is higher. When starting a bid off doesnt recognize online as a bid until it using the onsite bids.

Suspicious activity during auction ! Looks like they they used fake bidders to increase final price! Plus poor inspections to warn buyers! Not recommended at all. You will lose your investment!
