The Nuresto team did an awesome job form the first contact to the end of the project. The problem was a leak in each of the guest and Master bathrooms on the second floor that caused damage to the ceiling and walls of the unit below on the first floor. Hector an team, identified the sources of the leaks, conducted the necessary demolition and reconstruction and handled all of the interaction with the insurance company. As a remote owner having an organization that took complete ownership of the problem and the solution was invaluable. I could not be more pleased with how they handled things and give them the highest recommendation possible.

I had a toilet back up on a Sunday afternoon. My insurance agent recommended Hectors company and I am so glad she did. Fabian came out that afternoon and got the process going for me right away. Hector, along with Fabian and his crew are amazing to people to work with and helped get us back to rebuilding process. I had roof damage which caused mold in my condo. Nuresto was amazing. I was contacted by Hector to set up everything and he gave me the name of his employee that would be coming to my condo. Vlad was very helpful. He explained everything to me and made sure I knew what time he would be here each day. He worked tirelessly to get my condo mold free. This company is definitely the best. They made a terrible situation as painless as possible. This company is definitely about customer satisfaction.

First off Maria is absolutely AMAZING! I had my previous cleaning company cancel on me 30 mins prior to the time that they were due to arrive and I frantically posted on a social media site looking for someone that would have availability to come at such short notice. Maria messaged me right away and said she would come immediately. She did such an amazing job on my house! She was thorough and went above and beyond the parameters that were listed under the standard clean that I hired her for. She is very personable and has a great energy. I cant say enough good things about the crew that was sent to remediate an expansive mold issue in our house. The remediation itself was thorough, effective, and timely as evidenced by the complete removal of the mold per the post-remediation air quality testing. We were minimally inconvenienced and the crew did its best to keep us informed and updated on the details of their work, including the timeline for expected completion, which they adhered to. Personally, they were very conscientious and personable, making their visit as seamless as one could reasonably expect under the circumstances. I would highly recommend this company.

Maria answered my desperate call for need of a deep cleaning! She was very prompt, responsive, and patient. She made time very quickly to clean my house. I was so embarrassed by the look of the interior of my house before she came! Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or like an awful person. She was remarkably kind as well, especially to my 8 year old who would have talked to her all day if we would have been home the whole time.
