I was looking for someone to design a new website for our association, the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association and I found Torchlight. From the beginning they never once said, we cant do that, I wanted something that came to life when you went to it. Every idea became a reality. Their team worked side by side with me to create a page that was exactly what I had created in my head...and more. They gave me direction when my ideas werent practical but they never compromised on my vision. They taught me the difference between a cookie cutter template based site and a made from scratch, no holds barred, original site. I Hired them 3 years ago to build an app for my company, a really bad move on my part. They harged 5K just for a wireframe even before working on it. They took the money, never gave me the wireframe. No one in the company able to give me any meaningful information. They just tell me that the company has merged into another one therefore no more accountability. Sent them multiple letters, not a word from them. Only interested in money. No respect whattsoever for their customers. Heading to court soon

Torchlight came highly recomended from a neighboring business. I had numerous so called I.T. technicians try to repair my broken website, within hours of having my log in information Torchlights techs stepped in a had me back up and running, I was so impressed with the work they did I scraped my existing site and had them do a complete redesign. Retained an Attorney ... looks like were heading to court ...not happy ... havent delivered the website ... or returned the deposit ... been 1 1/2 years ... they tried to outsource the programming to India ... despite the owners response below ... they currently lack expertise to complete the work locally ... please be aware ...

Terrible communication. I waited two weeks and still didnt hear back from them. I called and they said the position has been filled. Thanks for the no response and to keep people waiting.
