The only problem we had they have NO SIGNS LETTING ANYONE KNOW THIS IS THIER BUSINESS OFF OPERATIONS no problem with anything else nice people helped me with everything took awhile to make sure this was the place. Dissa pointing there is no signs they dont cost that much for a sign. Not to complain and thank you and a 5 star next time when sign appears😊

Idiotic system! Ever since the paperwork reduction act years ago they send out more paperwork than ever including multiple repeats & letters to inform you that you dont qualify for things you didnt even apply for. The letter says your benefits have changed even when nothing has & when you try to follow up with a caseworker they act like its a major annoyance to have to explain whats going on. And good luck getting ahold of an actual person over there. Ridiculous! They expect you to know all their ins & outs as well as their many inconsistencies but they dont want to have to tell you anything in the first place. Youve got to do everything the precise way they want and in a very limited timeframe but when you seek clarification they blow you off instead of taking a minute to explain. The head of the department is great but the rest are sub-par at best. BE SURE to copy & time/date stamp EVERYTHING you take to them for your own protection as they are not very dependable and their mistakes will cost you benefits if you dont have proof you did what you were supposed to when you were supposed to do it. Very frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming! Poor poor quality service from Social Services.

I would have gave 0 Stars if this thing would have let me the people in Morgan County Social Services are extremely rude and in my personal opinion many of them are very racist. I believe thats how they make their decision on who theyre going to help and who theyre not going to help I wouldnt go back to the Department of Social Services in Fort Morgan if my life literally depended on it. the majority of the people that work there need to be ashamed of themselves, Id like to see them being the positions that many of us are in and see how they like it to be denied based off of their race in my opinion most of the people that work there or worthless and they suck these of course are all strictly my opinions and my opinions only!

They will take your kids and use them as a money grab

This place and their negligence for human welfare is disgusting at least. We reported fraud against my wifes health insurance and were essentially told to go f off. They said they wont investigate it. Im contacting the state AG and requesting this place and its people are investigated for negligence.

Its social services folksIts where ya get food stampsAsk for welfair ect. If ya abuse your children these are the people who will take them away...they are not your problem solvers...step up and be a parent

They are about money thats it gave me my dads truck and once they found out it was worth some money wanted to pay for once we agreed on a price then when I went to pay they changed their mind and wanted it back and I had to pay them money for useing it

I went to get help for 3 of my kids that i dont have custody of they are being abused by the costodial parent and i reported it to them and they interviewed the kids and said that the kids were laying 😢and refused to help them.Now the kids are back with the abusive parent 😢😢😢😢😢😢
