Staff is great here always helpful and efficient getting you in and out as quickly as possible is kept clean as usual. Thanks guys
They stopped delivering packages to our house 3 months after we moved in because our mailbox is 2 miles up the road. Now we have to go to town for packages that don’t fit into our mailbox. We asked to move our mailbox but we were denied without explanation of why. When we go in to get packages we’re told there are none even though we have the slip left in the box and tracking. It has taken 2-6 weeks for us to get packages they say are available for pick up. We get all the way to town just for them to tell us we have no packages even if we have a slip with us and the tracking number. Unorganized and unhelpful.
Horrible delivery (mail is never delivered to my mailbox, always found littered out in the street), horrible customer service. Several missing packages (large Amazon shipments which should have been delivered either to my porch or kept at the post office with a notification delivered to my mailbox all marked as delivered but I suspect never even attempted). I went to place a hold on my mail delivery because I suspect my mail carrier of theft, and was told at this branch that they can NOT place a hold on mail delivery nor can they assist me with any complaint until I get a police report, so guess what; I am going to go see the police department and get a police report simply so that I can one; this is simply unacceptable!
I went to pick up a certified letter today.The man behind the counter was visably upsetI asked him how it was going and got no response. He said my letter wasnt there. I then told him I called before I came and a woman told me it was at the office. He threw my notification slip in the air. Gave me my letter and stamp I requested. I said thank you have a better day he said nothing.Extremely Unprofessional
My friend mailed me a letter from here and i never received it. 3 months later i still havent received it. I put in a lost mail request with the United States Postal Service and it is now expired they couldnt find it.
So unprofessional here, Had a packaged delivered to my mom before mother’s day, (next day delivery) and since it arrived in Houston the next day ( she technically got it) but that wasn’t the case, a signature was required but I specifically asked for no signature so that they won’t take the package back to the post office. Since nobody was there to sign, and this was a surprise gift, they took the package back. The following week nobody couldn’t help me with this issues, nobody called me back to check up with me or anything. I constantly went up there everyday before and after work and I still am until they give my money back. Don’t trust this place with your package!
Wish I could post a review without stars, because this is quite possibly the worst place to do any type of business I have ever been to. Sent two packages, each to individual addresses, they lost both of them. When I inquired them about it, the post master, a lady whos name I cannot remember, came out yelling at me, berating me in front of the entire building and explained to me that it is not their problem. I told her that one of the guys had helped me over the phone and told me where the packages were before they were lost, and she proceeded to explain to me that that was not possible, as men do not answer the phones at this location. Post master is one of the least helpful, and rudest people I have ever met. It seemed as if she was enjoying it. Go to Akron, Greeley, Sterling, Denver, whatever, but if you expect your package to actually show up, or to be treated like a human being do not go here, chances are not good, cost me $160 to get yelled at and lose packages.
Package was supposed to be delivered on A-day then they didnt deliver it and said it was available for pick up so went to get it from Post Office and they said O it went with the wrong Carrier it should go in your mail today and still didnt receive it. Most Worthless Post Office around...

The carrier claimed my package wouldnt fit in the mailbox (which it did) and wouldnt leave it by gate (even though it had been done multiple times in the recent past) when I called to find where my package and what was going on with it, the post master hung on me and when I called back I was yelled at and treated extremely rudely by the post master for simply asking why it couldnt be left where they had left multiple packages
Cant seem to deliver package. Get it send it out for delivery, dont deliver it then send it back to main hub then get it back and sit on it for a few days and still not delivered.
Customer service is terrible I was on the phone waiting for one hour for someone to pick up the phone so I can ask the prices on international packaging and no one will answer what kind of post office are they running here terrible customer service
Paid for 2 day shipping and my package is lost somewhere across the country.
They are lazy and slow one of the slowest post offices ever. Its pathetic that I was suppised to get a package today paid for shipping and for the post office to be too lazy to send it out...
They take too long to put new locks for new tenants on mailboxes in apartments and they dont seem to be very respectful to people who are disabled they like to pretend that they are paying attention but they ignore you when you ask for help for Something makes me pretty sad because this is my hometown
Show up to ask to track the package to lazy just want to push you away its crazy how lazy people can be not to even check the tracking number
