I will not wash my bike or vintage car anywhere else.Hes never out of product like wax and bug spray, and water is always warm or hot.Best car wash Ive seen around here in a very long time

Its a decent place. Only one complaint really, the drive through car wash does not work well. It does not have the extra gadgets to actually scrub the car, so it just soaps and sprays. Our car never gets fully clean. I would suggest using the hand wash facilities instead.

Water wasnt hot in the hose. Soap was almost nonexistent. Did not get my vehicle clean at all. Ending up washing it a second time at the new car wash.

This was sadly a complete disappointment. The owner of the car washes in fort Madison handled my concern regarding no soap in the dog wash with no respect or responsibility. I approached him nicley letting him know about the problem. He didn’t bother to reimbursement me or even apologize for me ending up with a stinky wet dog. I’m all about supporting local so I gave it another try a couple months later and I must have the worse odds because..... No Soap Again! Really!? Another wet stinky dog and money down the drain. And again no attempts to please the costumer. I was overly polite because I know things happenand running a business doesn’t already go smoothly but it would have been easy to simple say sorry or offer some type of reimbursement for my troubles. But he didn’t seem to care so sadly one less costumer supporting local car wash.

After some off road trips with the dog I was very impressed with how is there automatic washer did on the van! I just hope we didnt clog up their drain with too much dust in mud!
