Didnt diagnose the problem correctly the first time. Very expensive labor charges. Took 4 weeks to get the part. Had to have tech come back 2 days after installing the part to clear ice from vents. Not sure I will call them again.
I had went to Sears appliance to ask for a part that they did not have. But the employee was super friendly and offered advice and websites to help me find what I needed. I really appreciate the great customer service.
