When I was new to the area, finding a good mechanic, that I could trust was just as hard as finding a good doctor. Florida Auto was recommended to me and I wont go anywhere else again. Luis was extremely helpful. I brought in a Mercedes that needs a certain lock to change the tires. Another place tried once without the tools and scratched and broke the rim. Luis had the decency to turn down a job instead of doing it wrong or possibly damaging another rim. He personally made a call to a totally different company for me. They couldnt do it either only because its a dealership part. If you want things done correctly, take your car here. If they cannot do something, they will admit it. They will not damage your vehicle. I respected this very much and was very grateful.Thank you Luis.

Went in to get an alignment because I had a Groupon. They said I had a bad tire and needed to get it replaced, so I did. They seemed nice and they charged me what seemed to be a good price for the tire. However, less than one month later that tire gave out because the belts in it were broken. I went to a different place and they fixed my car correctly. I was sold a bad tire and I have a dent in my rim which I believe to be from when they were working on my car as it is on the same tire spot that they replaced my tire. I would never go back. It is like throwing money down the drain by going there.

These guys have done most of the maintenance on my truck for the past four or five years. They are a full service repair shop, and their service is nothing less than outstanding. Even though Henry has retired, its still being run by the family and the same polite and quick service is being provided. These guys never try to up sell you on anything - theyll point out anything that needs attention, usually its a next time you come in you might need .... The waiting room is clean and cool, or you can ask them to drop you off at home or work until your repair is done. Id recommend them to anyone for any car or light truck repair.

Great service. I went there to have my tires balanced, and they did a great job. One of my tires had a rubber defect because it was new, so it was not accepting the balance, and they did a great job fixing it.

Unbelievably honest, helpful people. I was referred to them by a coworker who had dealt with them for years. Their pricing, honesty, and efficiency was amazing to me and extremely unusual in todays world. They have restored my faith in the tire service industry.

Definitely CAN NOT recommend this shop.I needed new tires and an alignment on my truck. Initially, I was greeted with great customer service and friendliness by Henry over the phone and in person. After dropping my vehicle off he even gave me a ride back to work as it was pouring rain. A few hours passed and I received a call stating my vehicle was ready for pickup but I should be charged more for the alignment because it was difficult. Then I was asked if I had a welder because there was an issue with the frame tabs for adjusting the caster/camber. I knew right away what happened because this is a common issue with shops not following the correct alignment procedure on Tacomas. When I went to their shop to pick up my vehicle they showed me the issue and claimed that it was like that when it arrived (Wouldnt you call the customer before the job was completed if this was the case?). Henry got very defensive when I stated that all the front suspension components were brand new and I installed them myself, making sure that these frame tabs were not damaged prior to bringing the vehicle to their shop. I am willing to accept that maybe someone made a mistake and damaged something that can be repaired but the way the problem was handled was unacceptable. Any wrongdoing was completely denied and no in-house solution was offered. An apology and explanation would even suffice. People make mistakes, just own up to it. Luckily, I am capable of repairing the damage myself. I would feel bad for someone in the same position who just paid their hard earned money for tires/alignment only to require another repair elsewhere as a result of Florida Tires work.

I was in this place last week and they gave me a quote of 2k to fix my ac. My AC was working when i went in however was not when i left. after taking my car to another mechanic 2 days later i was told the last mechanic working on my car loosened something just enough to make my AC blow hot air and also did something else that tampered with my ac ( i forgot what it was). i do NOT recommend taking your vehicle here. not to mention the customer service was not good. probably because they knew they were TRYING to scam me and was mad that i called them out on it.

If I could leave a review as 0 stars I would. I had taken my car here for 10 years when Henry was running the shop, he has since retired and a relative has taken over. I could not be MORE disappointed or disgusted with the service my car received. I took it in with symptoms of RPMs and MPH gauges jumping up and down, car would not accelerate or shift gears properly. This only went on for less than a day before I took it into the shop. There werent ANY other problems with it at the time. For a 2002 Chrysler Sebring it drove like it was brand new. Very smooth ride, an ex race car driver was astonished at how well it handled at high speeds. I was told they put it on the computer and was diagnosed as needing new motor mounts. I have since researched this diagnoses and everything I have read points to motor mounts being a mechanical issue, NOT an electrical issue, that has to be visually diagnosed by observing the engine with the hood up and someone pumping the accelerator, with a very rough ride and car pulling to the side that comes on slowly and increases in roughness. I had NONE of these problems. NONE. The computer diagnoses couldnt have identified this problem. I know that NOW. Regardless, in my ignorance and trusting the shop to repair it correctly, they MAY have done something to the mounts, for a cost of $590.38. Long story short, they had my car for a total of a 40 hour work week and one day. Several times they called me to say it was fixed. The first time I didnt make it 3 miles before the exact same problems reoccured. Returned the car the very next day and the excuses and other solutions started. The 2nd time I picked it up, 4 days later, it didnt make it 5 feet. SAME problems. They kept the car and continued to make fixes. Eventually the initial problem was fixed, I still dont know WHAT the real problem was. But they left me with a car that now has thunking, snapping and clicking noises coming from the right front tire area while the car is being driven, loud noises as I shift from drive to reverse or step on the brakes. They also sent me home with a broken hood lock I found after returning to my home, if Id have had to go faster than 35 mph, the hood would have lifted up like a sail and smashed the windshield, possibly killing me or other motorists. The tubing to my windshield wiper fluid was also broken by the mechanic leaning across it to fix another unnecessary part. They also claimed I need a new front end, but I had the receipt showing it had been totally replaced just 2 years ago. The manager said too bad, the warranty had just run out. Im afraid to drive my car in this condition. After 10 years of being their customer, I now have to find another mechanic and spend $100s more to have all these new problems fixed. As one small shred of decency I will give them credit for, they voided the last bill of approximately $450-500. I believe they knew what a horrible job they did. I WILL be back on this page to update on the extra problems they caused and the cost of these repairs. They have forever lost MY business and the business of the company I work for. We have company vehicles that they worked on in the past, and also the entire staff. Everyone I worked with now refuses to go there as well. Like I said, a rating of 0 would be more realistic in my assessment of the service I was given. I could go on and on, but Ill leave it here with the most obvious and expensive NEW repairs that need to be done. So disappointed.7-21-18I am back. Just came from a new repair shop who said the bolts in my suspension were loose. Also said this happens over time. MINE apparently happened overnight, the minute I picked it up from Florida Tire. The mechanic tightened the screws and all noise went away. I can only assume the bolts were loosened at the shop. Florida Tire also broke my windshield wiper fluid tube as they were installing another irrevelent part. Said it wasnt their fault. Quoted me $250.00 to repair. This new shop did it for $25.00. Florida Tire also said I needed my front end replaced. Lie.

I have had 3 cars over 5 years into their shop with various problems and henry and staff always are upfront with costs and transparent and honest. Dont know what else you need. I would highly recommend them.

I brought 2 brand New Wheels to get tires mounted. I left for about 10 minutes. When I came back the wheels had gashes on the face of the spokes. A deep gash on the edge resembling curb rash.. and the inside of the wheel was scratched up from where it was mounted on their machine. When I asked the manager what happened as they were brand new wheels he and his mechanic denied any knowledge or responsibility. When I insisted on a answer on how the new wheels were damaged they offered no charge for the mount/balance...I told them I didnt come for a freebie I just wanted a straight answer and and to continue being a regular customer. He said to just take my **** and get out of his shop.
