The female realtor I was working with asked for a $100 money order for the application. An hour after payment, I was told the property was off the market. I advise all to NOT work with the realty company.

This proper management company were the receivers of my monthly rent, although also Superior Luxury Real Estate managerial company manage the property.At the end of my lease completely paid,these two companies sent me only my security deposit, withholding my last months rent of $1900.00 for a year now.The property was 240 N69th Way In Hollywood, FL. I am trying recoup my monies and I been instructed to get all documentation to prove my claim.These companies already have these documents as they should for accurate accounting purposes.All monies deposit and paid to them and the tenant. They have to see that is monies owed to me. The property manager of Superior has insisted that I prove my claim with documentation they already have.My main question is, as protocol of ending a tenant lease that also payments two months rent without living there, to order to comply with terms of the lease, I vacated property 2 1/2 months prior to the end of fully paid lease. Did not get any type of residual courtesy monies, even though the property already shortly before I vacate had new tenants.I only received my security deposit minus $50.00 to patch up nails holes in one area, so if they sent me the security monies, as stated on lease, and also states the last months rent is to be paid to me. Where is my monies?Also the manager of Superior stated to me the these monies are past the “Statue of Limitations”. Wrong Ms. Manager it’s five years.Try calling 1 Stop Realty, their phone doesn’t receive in coming calls. This is despicable practices. I will continue to pursue this matter aggressively and legally if necessary, this practices cannot be accepted or tolerated. It’s wrong!

Beware Property owners and potential renters or clients… The owner has problems identifying loyalty. This company did not follow through with protecting me or my property that I entrusted to them. Only 1 inspection in 3 years. But No Final walk through after the renters left. No report of missing and or damaged items. Even held back the final report. Very vindictive!!!
