I started using Uniserv because they were using such money saving promotions. The switch was simple and easy and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Their customer service is exceptional and their pool techs do a great job cleaning my pool. I highly recommend using their services.

Forget this company. I scheduled an appointment with Brett to come by and check out my pool; it needs some renovation. He called to tell me he would be late; which was a good thing. But when I told him that him being late might cause him to run into another pool guy coming out to give me a quote, Brett told me that he only works on referrals and that he doesnt need the work. I found that comment to be highly unprofessional. No one in my social circle has any experience with pool people, so I just Googled pool renovation. When I told him that I was rushing home to meet him, Im a teacher and I cant leave early, he was like yeah, whatever. This renovation is not going to be a cheap job and an educated person needs more than one quote. I guess this offended him. Would you really want to spend your money with a company or person like this? I guess I have to give at least one star or this wont get posted.

I have used their service for two years or more. They did decent work until lately. I have a deep green pool since they apparently shut off the pumps two weeks ago and never informed me.You might want to shop elsewhere.

I have used this place for 2 years they are great my pool is always nice and clean and when they come out they do spend the time and do the work.If you need pool service this is the place to use.

I am happy with the person they send to my home to clean the pool he does a really good job.

Techs were good for a long time. Then I had a problem. Pool got really nasty really quick. Called UniServ, and there are four different prompts to get someone to help me with this, as it was critical. Left messages on all four departments. Noone called back. These calls were all made during daylight hours on a weekday. Noone ever called back. After four days of waiting, I decided to call another pool service. They quickly responded and got my back on track. I was on a monthly renewal with my credit card. It was coming up for payment in less than two weeks. I canceled the card. Sure enough, two weeks later, I got a call from the billing department. Telling me that my credit card payment was denied. Told her my experience. Then two days later, my tech called and wanted to know why I canceled the account. So.. if you like this experience, then go wtih Uni-Serv. Otherwise, be warned, they will not call you back when you have an emergency or a problem.

I have two homes that i use uniserv for and both pool never looked better, one was actually green but not anymore! thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, no more mad wife !

The Best Pool Service. Always Have a clean pool

TERRIBLE!Two weeks in I could see they had not backwashed when needed. Three weeks in the pool looked like a swamp. Their solution: Try to sell me a $95 treatment, get me to have them come twice a week instead of once, and buy a new pump filter basket( from them) to replace the one that cracked because the same technician who did NOTHING did not even empty the filter. FIRED!!

I Not recommend. Began to give me service to my pool and without notice or reason left of giving service.They said that every week would go and it did not! When you call to the office really bad costumer service.
