My new favorite place!!! Love the energy, trainers /owner ! Very knowledgeable and has all the right equipment for training!!!! No need to look any further !!!!!!

So there I was at YouFit. The barf green walls caving in on me, the uninspired equipment and lackluster vibe wrecking my workout. Will I ever get a squat rack? What am I doing? There has to be a better way! There is, its called Reset Athletics. Just say no to globo-gyms and their horrible color choices.

I looked far and wide to find a Strength Training Gym with the the right attitude and all the right equipment, especially plenty of squat racks and a large assortment of lifting bars for different applications.

Amazing gym with extremely knowledgeable staff and an awesome vibe. Highly recommend to anyone in the ft Lauderdale area who wants to hit the next level

Best gym Ive ever been in. They have a lot of machines and devices that you cant find anywhere else, as well as your standard dumbbells, barbells, etc. I hurt my lower back while moving furniture, and the GHD, reverse hyper, and belt squat machine allow me to sleep at night without pain. The cambered Swiss bar allows me to rep out two plates on bench press without soreness in my shoulders. Plenty of space, too.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Great people!! Tony, owner, is amazing and has so much knowledge. He is also a Chiro and can help with ailments on site in a private setting.. The trainers Rj and Miguel ROCK!! Great prices, growing business and so much coming in the future. A gym to grow with for sure!! Stop in and check it out.

If you haven’t been to this gym, you need to add it to your list! It’s hands down my new favorite place to work out, lift heavy and just be in a community with other likeminded people. The owners are fantastic, the place is super clean and they’re working on adding an outside edition. Don’t miss out!

Great place to train! If your looking to push yourself towards your goal I 10/10 recommended this place so much great lifters to learn from. Also a real clean gym.

This place is a MUST for anyone that takes their training seriously and is a must for those that want to be in a positive training environment. Tony is an extremely knowledgeable and great person that wants to give back to the community. Tony being someone who competes in powerlifting as well as many others in the Fort Lauderdale area knows how important it is to be in a positive training environment for growth with people that not only want to get better, but want to help the person next to them along the way. I live two hours away from this gym and it was well worth the drive when I trained there a few days ago. Amazing gym, great training equipment, and even better people. Highly recommend this gym to everybody!
