I appreciated the constant stream of communication. My home is located close to everglades. It is more prone to rain. Staff kept in constant communication in regards to weather forecast and changes to installation. I was able to adjust my schedule come and go as I pleased while installation was taking placed

Amazing experience from start to finish. Anthony was great at coming to the house and doing an in home estimate and gave us options. Roger was great at communicating the where, when and how. Jedediah was our installer and he was AMAZING! He communicated where he was and what he would be doing. Shen he had to leave to get a new drill he made sure we knew he had gone. He was by himself for the project so it took two days but we could not be happier with Jedediah and his work. He made sure to walk me around the house and made adjustments that I asked. He always smiled and was a pleasure to work with.

Due to heavy rain over the years the foundation of the house had issues. I conducted research and realized that adding gutters would prevent further damage to the foundation of the property. I conducted more research and read all the literature on leafFilter company along with there products. They are rated very high with BBB. There gutter and filter is easy because you never have to clean them.The investment is well worthwhile since it helps with fascias on house too. The installer was excellent. He installed LeafFilter in the back and front of my home. First he cleaned the gutters, and then installed the LeafFilter. It was a hot day, and he worked diligently. I did go on the roof a few times to check out the job and was completely satisfied. It was important that the gutters were throughly cleaned before the installation. I had leaf gutter guard installed on the house, I was happy with everything until the end of the day. I was told he would be back the following morning but I received a phone call instead, only to be told that he would be there later on that day. I finally called him after waiting and was told the job he was on took longer than expected, he then told me he would see me the following morning and he arrived in the morning, then completed the job. Overall everything looks good.

Leaf Filter Gutter protection provided and installed 112 linear feet of gutters and filters.Days after the installation, when it started to rain, we noticed that the rainwater passed over the gutter in several places.We also noticed that there is a part where the gutter was not placed.Another problem is that the water is stored in the gutter, this is very dangerous because the weight of the water can cause the gutter to bend and it can fall from the height of the ceiling.A Leaf Filter representative by the name of Scott went to check the problems. They went to repair it but they left and they didnt fix anything.Now they do not answer our phone calls or respond to our messages.Everything is documented with videos and photographs that we have sent Wilfredo, the head of services to Lief filters, but even so they do not respond.

I had a Leaf filter salesman come to my house for an estimate and when I asked to have the estimate in writing he said he couldn’t not give it to me. I asked why and he said that I needed to call him the next day for it over the phone (not email) or talk to his boss. I told him that I needed to compare with other estimates and he got upset and ripped the estimate he had done in front of me and told me good luck. He was very rude and condescending to me as a female.The training team needs more training on how to treat their customers respectfully especially females. Also every company I’ve requested estimates they put it in writing - they should do the same. It seems like a scheme if they don’t.

First installer was on time but had an unfortunate accident and fell off the roof. The company had a second installer out the next day..they were very professional and competent. They tried to use the existing splash guards that were already installed but one of the had been bent and creased from 1st installers accident. This second crew stayed till after 8pm to Finnish job and showed pictures of the work. On inspection in the morning we saw that the splash guard that was reinstalled showed signs of its damage. We called the company and they have arranged to have it replaced. They were very professional and Hassel free in handling this service claim to replace the guard.

I would count myself lucky to again with work with Keith (Installer) for any job I might have. He worked 7-1/2 hours straight (no lunch!) After cleaning the gutters and sealing any cracks, he inserted the LeafFilter Gutter Protection. We have not had any rain since installation so I cannot speak yet as to the system’s efficacy.Elliot the salesman, did a terrific job explaining all aspects of the Gutter Protection and once the price was established he set the date for one week in advance (quite a surprise in this Age of COVID).Keith arrived on time with a positive demeanor and got right to work. When the job was completed, he explained to me what he had done and gave me the paperwork to sign. Before he left he did another sweep of the property to ensure there were no nails, screws, etc remaining.An excellent job and if Keith’s professionalism is reflective of the company then a successful future is assured.

I called to obtain a bid for a small gutter protection project and was contacted quickly to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to give me a quote.Michael came out and was very nice and professional and provided a great proposal. I signed the agreement and they came out the next day.Even though the service man was a little late, I do understand that some projects can run over time, he quickly went to work and cleaned the gutter, caulked any areas where there was a seam, and installed the gutter protection product. He took his time to ensure the project was done properly and showed me photos of the work he completed.I am happy with the people I came in contact with and with the final work product.

While I understand Leaf Filter to be a national, reputable company, I am deeply disappointed in the whole experience with them. A sales rep came to my home to measure and to give me an estimate on gutter installation. After some discussion and product sample, I signed a contract and gave him a $500 deposit for a job that would ultimately cost $6,000. in total. At that time, we also booked a date of July 20, 2021 for the installation. The installation day came and no one showed up despite the fact that I had spoken to the sales rep (Andy) and he assured me that he had spoken to the installation team and everything was a go. When I called the 800 customer service #, I was told that my job was not even on the schedule for 7/20. I then asked to speak to a manager who called me back and told me no one came because the installer had an accident on the highway. After profuse apologies, we scheduled the installation for 7/22. Receiving a confirmation message the night before, I was informed that the installers would arrive between 12 noon and 4 pm. At approximately 3:15, I received a second call stating that the installers were having problems with their current installation but would definitely arrive by 4 pm. At 5:15 pm, a white sedan pulled up with cartons of the gutter product strapped to the roof of the car. Two men got out and said that they could not do the installation because they did not have a ladder to reach the second story of my home. In speaking with their installation manager by phone, he told me that no one came on 7/20 because the installers car was broken into - a third lie and another flimsy excuse. Finally, it appears that Leaf Filter does not have its own workforce to do their installations; they sub-contract out to individuals in the area...Not exactly the image they project in their ads. In the final analysis, I strongly suggest that consumers think twice and twice again about using Leaf Filer. Take the advice from one who has been burned..MRinaldi

I called Leaf Filter on Monday and a sales representative (Don)came out that very day.After measuring, inspecting and reviewing the product, he provided a quote. The quote was higher than I thought it would be, but the quality of the gutter guard system was enough for me to accept the final price.The following day I was contacted by customer service (Roger) who said he would be my point of contact and confirmed a firm date and time for installation.The installer (Trevor) arrived on time. He cleaned out the gutter and efficiently installed the leaf guard system. He also checked to see if there was any debris on our property. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Leaf Filter....

Crew of 2 men came over to clean, repair, and install leaf filter to my gutters. They were here for hours and did a fantastic job. I was shown pictures of all my gutters with product installed. The crew was very friendly, informative and worked very hard, doing an awesome job. They made sure all their equipment was back in their vehicle and walked around the house making sure no debris was left around. I would definitely recommend Finley C and his helper

On time and hard workers. Cleaned up after themselves. The only reason we didnt give them a 5 star review is because they started to do the whole roof instead of just the indicated back part of the house. Thank goodness my husband noticed it and brought it to their attention.

I had a wonderful experience with the estimator when he came to look at my job. He wrote the contract up and had it scheduled for between 1 and 4 the next day. That next morning I received a call that the installer was at my house ready to do the install. I informed him that I was not at home and that we purposely scheduled it between 1 and 4 for that purpose. He said that he would not be able to do my install that afternoon and that I would have to reschedule.Furious that he would not do the install as scheduled, I called the LeafFilter home office to explain my situation. I got a complete run around as why they couldnt do anything about it and that I would have to call the local installer to reschedule. After several attempts with the local office I called the home office back and explained that I had no luck with them. They apologized and reluctantly sent an email to the installers office. That afternoon, to my amazement, the installation manager from the local office called me and said they wanted to do my install Monday. I agreed and asked for a 5:00 pm install. The manager asked if I could make it 4:00 which I agreed to.On Monday I left work early to be at my home at 4:00. I waited until around 4:30 to call the installation office regarding my installer not showing. I was told that the install was between 4 and 8 instead of 4. Naturally frustrated I waited until around 7 and was informed that the installer was not going to make my Monday install and that we would have to reschedule.Again, extremely frustrated, I called the home office and told them about my situation. They informed me that they would call the installation office and reschedule my install. That same afternoon the installer manager from the local office called me to set up my third install. We agreed between 8 and 10 the next morning. I assured him that based on their track record, they would not make my appointment.To my surprise, an installer showed up at 8:00! He was a conscientious, hard working gentleman with a female helper. They did a terrific job that I am thrilled with.Its just a shame that a company like LeafFilter can have such a great sales force but such a lackadaisical installation arm. The sales force is completely cut off once the contract is worked out. There is no way to contact the sales person for help after hes gone. You are at the hands of customer service people who run you around with excuse after excuse. I was given a number of phone numbers and names that got me nowhere.A very frustrating exercise that no one should have to go through.Please do something about this if LeafFilter wants to survive in a ever demanding customer service world.South Florida Resident

The product works well but it doesnt seem as they installed they as described, With putting in the proper hangers and adjusting the gutter so it flows properly.

Two men from LeafFilter came to repair the gutters and add the LeafFilters. They started 6/16 @ 8:00 am through son and rain. At 5:00 pm they said that they were going to return at 7:00am the next day. They returned and finished around 9:am. Unbelievable job and great people. No complaints.

Updated review :Updating my review as I was contacted by Roger who assisted in getting some updates done which should’ve been quoted / completed at time of the initial estimate.If a customer is calling for a re-engineering of an already standing gutter structure, someone other than a sales guy should be present to review the job and make Suggestions for the customer.Roger made sure I was happy and that the product he sold would work for what we needed. Everything has been going great with improved/additions of gutters to properly drain the water away from our new synthetic grass that we had recently installed.I would recommend that Roger be not so aggressive with follow up and sending me links to update my review. Although there was no confirmed guarantee I needed to do so, I would on myTime when I was ready after seeing the product in place and in use. Ty.—————————Hired Leaf Filter after what I thought was a detailed plan of what we wanted/needed for new install of gutters after installing new turf on one side of our house. I stressed that we had a gutter needing replacement bc that gutter was directly over the new turf install and over time, would ruin what we just installed.I will say that Leaf Filter was able to schedule us that week which was appreciated. However, upon installation, after the job was done, the one specific gutter was still remaining over the turf and one of the new installs was directly align right where the turf starts. So that too would ruin any packed sand under the turf over time of abundance of rain flow from the gutter drop down spout. After receiving a call from Daniel that the job was done and the guys were outside, I walked out to no one being there. What I communicated with Elliot (sales guy that pitched the deal) was not addressed in the plan of install with the installers. Daniel advised that it was not recommended to remove or close up the gutter drop down spout which was not EVER advised during the sales pitch and why we had someone come out and give us an estimate. We hired professionals to engineer how the rain flow would be and coming down the spouts to avoid ruining an expensive turf install to fail. They said they’d be coming back out Monday. Monday received a VM that they could not come because of another job (which was totally ok!) but to not tell us a time for Tuesday. I receive a missed call and text that the guys were there. 10 minutes later I responded saying that my husband would be there in 10 minutes. No response from Daniel and no one was there when my husband showed up. Sent Daniel another text asking to please provide a day and time when they would be back out. Zero response. Not happy with the whole project and service.

There was some misunderstanding at first. When the installer arrived to complete the job of installing the Leaf Filter, he was early and performed the installation of about 150 linear feet by himself. He addressed all questions, explained the job, told me he would be adjusting anything that required the job to be 100%. We spoke of a lifetime commitment on both sides and he affirmed all. He explained that the supervisor would be out to inspect the job. He called his supervisor regarding a question about missing downspout/valve on the segment replaced by the gutter installers and the supervisor affirmed the same indicating they would return tomorrow, Monday, for any corrections or concerns. Igor had it all under control and was out in about 5 hours, give or take, by himself. My wife and I were a little concerned that he didnt have a spotter. We were more concerned with his safety, but he had no problems installing the job alone. As a matter of fact, there were contractors on my small section powerwashing and treating the roofs (48 total). At the first sign of drizzle or thunder they were gone. Concerned about the job and Igor. I asked about protocol if it rains. His reply was if it drizzled he continues. This is Florida, he said. If it rains hard, hed stop until it passes and then go back. If theres no relief in sight, he lets the supervisor make the determination. It did thunder and drizzle and Igor did complete the job. We await the final inspection stages. One of the splashguards need to be addressed.

It started with a low-pressure salesman. After we signed the contract we were given an arrival window of 9-11. The installer arrived at 9:15 so we were very pleased he was on-time. He worked straight through for the next few hours and did not leave any mess for us to clean up. He even let me climb a ladder for the last time so I could view the installed product.
