If I could Rate this experience a Zero I would!! My daughter (23 yrs) made reservations for her dad as a Father’s Day gift. My family was super excited and ready to. An hour and a half away my daughter calls him to let him know we’re on our way. He tells her, “he have no reservations and the boat is broken”. She’s was shocked and saddened. She gave Tim all her information and wrote down everything he told her, and that John will be the one on the boat. I decided to call Tim myself to see what was going on. Tim was rude, had no recollection of the reservation, sounded as if he was intoxicated, told me another story about the boat and hung up on me. I know the reservations was made because I was on the phone with my daughter when the reservations was made. The purpose of this post is not to bash them but to make others aware for you and ur families safety. My husband will get his Father’s Day fishing trip just not with this company. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! From my family to yoursEveryone be blessed and safeMom ❤️

I’m writing this review because of my experience dealing with the owner Tim. He scheduled a Bahama fishing trip, him and his crew went over there to meet up with his customers. Not sure how the week went. I do know that he and his captain left his deckhand in Nassau, without a proper passport to fly back to Fort Lauderdale. The US Embassy called me and email me because I was the emergency contact. They asked me to help get him back to the US/Fort Lauderdale. I was told by the US Embassy agent that it is criminal for the owner and captain to leave someone there if they came over with them on the vessel. I was also told that is the owners responsibility for all fees for this person he abandoned in another country. I spoke to Tim the owner and he made all kinds of excuses why he wasn’t going to reimburse me for the plane ticket that I had to purchase. I would never leave somebody in another country feeling helpless, I needed to help. He should have taken responsibility for his actions. Not trying to blame the customers, that were on the charter. Can’t even imagine how his employee felt being left in another country with no resources and having to fend for himself with no passport booklet to even fly home. The US Embassy assisted in getting a booklet passport. Shame on the owner and his captain Charles aka Chaz.

Terrible experience ... the guy was drunk and belligerent when my family and I showed up. Never been treated so poorly. Would never recommend to anyone. I am one hundred percent positive I booked the correct boat and it wasn’t an error on my part.

Captain Mike has got to be one of the finest! Thanks so much for an Awesome trip! So much knowledge, and loved your maneuvers even in that choppy ocean! A Great day!Butch, what can I say 3 of my guys had issues with boating, so it was up to one of them and my 8 year old Grandson and I! We could have not had such an Exciting, Thrilling and Fun filled day if it werent for you! Learned so much and caught a good bit of fish! Wonder Woman is still laughing!You all were so kind! I had a Blast! Will call you again, hopefully soon!

What a great experience!! We caught a sail fish and let a hammer head go back!! Wonderful boat, awesome crew and a lifetime memory!!

Captain Chaz and JT were amazing! Knew exactly where to find the fish, reeled in a black fin Tuna, a Bonita, and 3 Wahoos!We booked an 8 hour trip and will be coming back as soon as possible!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Disrespectful lied to us. And the owner was drunk when we got to the boat.

We had a great day fishing with non stop action! The boat is big, fast and comfortable. The crew and captain were knowledgeable and courteous.

Full Circle Sportfishing is the real deal. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. The boat was awesome, the captain knew where to put us on the fish and the crew knew how to get them in the boat. We landed 19 Blackfin Tuna and a Wahoo in 6 hours!!! They were friendly and professional from the moment we arrived and I truely believe that their 55’ Viking is the nicest boat in the fleet. Modern, air conditioned and fast. Really the highlight of my bachelor party weekend. Lots of charters out there- Make it easy and go with these guys!
