They worked with me to help me get my box to the perfect weight to maximize weight verses price mailing stuff home across country!! Never had a mail place give me that time of day! They were so so helpful and honestly saved me over $50 I’m sure!! So nice to have people that you can trust and want to help you rather than just be a mail place trying to make money. Huge thank you you can’t suggest this place more!!!!!

Since new ownership this place went down hill. The new owners are disorganized and the place is cluttered..Ive had packages delivered that theyve lost because of there disorder. Ive had a mail box at this location for yearsf. The old staff and owners were wonderful and I never questioned if I was getting my mail. Now I may have to find a new location and address because of my missing mail.

We moved here 3 months ago and I went to 3 difference mailbox businesses to get pricing and see which one I thought would provide decent service. I chose Mail Center even though they were a little further away. I made a great decision! A couple examples. They called me yesterday to tell me I had received a package marked perishable. When I went to get it I had to send a certified letter and she double checked the zip code I had written down and found it was incorrect potentially saving me a major hassle.

The Mail Center Fort Lauderdale provides amazing service by the nicest people. I cant count the number of times they have gone out of their way to help me mail packages. Absolutely the best!!

Since change of ownership, this place has changed ... and not in a good way. New owners rude and testy attitude on 3 separate visits. Also store is over cluttered with greeting cards and boxes. Not a friendly or spacious change..

Best customer service possible. Debora and Denisa helped me out of a serious jam and saved me from both financial and professional trouble. Over a two-day period they completed a task that they had absolutely no responsibility to help with and saved my customer and myself from long delays and missing product. You can completely TRUST this business to handle things with care and exceed your expectations!

This site is the most customer friendly and service oriented of the mailing centers in greater Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Wait till you try it.I have been to the Fed X centers and they are OK. This place actually offers service not the promise of service. Each time I go there I encounter pleasant staff, eager to help and willing to advise the most efficient and economical manner of moving my packages and mail.Truly I would prefer them to competition and albeit not the closest to me I drive the extra mile to get the great service and to enjoy their pleasant and courteous staff!Another benefit is they are right down town Fort Lauderdale and still never a parking issue when I go there. Not once have I had an issue with parking. Next door to a nice flower shop and just around the corner from the Davie Blvd and Federal Hwy intersection. What could be nicer.So I took a minute to share this find! Believe me you will be glad you did and dont wait. They are open early and the hours are another thing I like about the place.I am a very satisfied customer who lives in the Croissant Park Neighborhood just down the street.
