Nathalie Cruz offered me an opportunity. I explained to her that I would be resigning from a full time job to accept it. She led me to believe that it was a sure thing. After quitting my job and putting my livelihood at risk, she never called me back about it. Luckily my stellar performance allowed me to go back to the job I was unhappy with. Fast forward 2 months without a word from Nathalie. She offered me an opportunity at a different company. I accepted and reported to work for 2 weeks when I get a phone call terminating my assignment because of the result of a background check. Mind you i disclosed my background EXTENSIVELY AND REPEATEDLY since our very first meeting and I was assured that it would not be an issue. I have been trying to get a job through this company for MONTHS. The company I want to work for only hires initially through staffing agencies and that’s the only reason why I inquired. Jose M does not follow up with you but spams your email with job listings. Once you reply and show interest he disappears. There are so many other staffing agencies willing to work with you and find you jobs within days and this is not one of them.

FOR FISHERMEN ONLY...My very first time working with Randstad was during a summer while in college in Atlanta. I wanted to earn additional income while working as an intern. It was one of the most amazing jobs ever! I worked for Vista Disney during the evenings while the entire office staff went on vacation. Vista Disney just needed a body there to receive packages and answer phones as they would have call from around the globe. The extra money I earned changed my living conditions helping me to live in a safe building with a security guard and cameras.Fast Forward 20 years, and here I am as an adult, after a divorce, after death of parents, after graduation from college....basically after life happens. And truthfully, I thought I deserved more money, however opportunity comes in all different types of packages. The opportunity came first, the growth potential came later.
