Not professional! Or Responsive.Needs better people in office.I wish there was a option to give this place no stars!

Will hire anybody. I was told I would get paid 12.50 an hour for the first week. The next week it went up to 14.50 and the following week it went up to 15.50. One week they paid me 12.00 an hour for nine hours I worked and the other hours I worked I got paid 15.50. When I called the company (3-7 times)to have them fix my hours I was always told they would pass the message on to the branch and someone would call me within 72 hours. That was Dec 2020 and no one has called me til this day which means they will have you working for less than what they offered.. And they fired me without reason a week before Christmas.

I scheduled a phone interview a few days ago I set up my profile and got a email confirmation that my interview was scheduled for today at 9am. I received no call I waited a few hours and still no call. Don’t waste your time with this company very unprofessional.

Came in and they were super friendly and professional, I laughed a lot with the management staff. They were able to offer multiple jobs the same day and made sure I left with a job on the table. Overall I’m happy with my experience.UPDATEI have been waiting for a response on some job opportunity for about 2 weeks now. I was offered 2 but have no word or update on when I can start. I’m probably going to move on with another company. I was looking forward to it, but I’ve gotten no word back.

I Love The Work company But Ms.Michelle Texted My Phone Saying Im Stealing Hours And She Wasnt Going To Pay Me When She Actually Seen My bare face I Still Havent Received The Rest Of My Money && Still Waiting Like Who Do I Speak To Other Than Ms Amy & Michelle At Ship monk ???

I would not recommend this place to the devil. They never return or answer phone calls, they always refer you to Rafael & he brushes you off - no matter what. I made several attempts to have have my assignment change to something suitable & the only result is let me see what I can do . Im still waiting for over 2 months now - REALLY. The owner will review this & nothing will change, I will receive a Im sorry you feel that way & I will escalate this to the same person that DOES NOT REPLY TO YOU FROM THE START. This place needs better management.

If I could give this place no stars I would they so rude here plus I worked at they shipmonk locate under Michelle its been two weeks now she come texting me I never punch in witch I did cause she saw me even spoke to me

Great place, great customer service, even though they were not able to help me, but it was a great experience.

Went in to ask about a company that was hiring. First filled out the application then went back to testing. Once testing was completed I was advised that I would get a call or email that same day regarding setting up an appointment with the company. I called back towards the end of the day because it was almost closing time. Amy responded and said that she would call me back or email regarded the interview. The day ended and nothing. Next day I called and email her and no response still waiting on a so called appointment it has been 3 days with no follow up. If you are not able to provide an interview simple say it and don’t ignore applicants and treat them like they are nothing because they are in need of a job. I rated them 1 star because of the lack of professionalism and false information.

Company is all over the place. At first I thought they were professional but dealing with Michelle and her attitude when dealing with these jobs are horrible. Michelle seemed to take her daily job stress personal which could have cost me my position

I worked for them before with no problems but since i went back for a second full time job its been a problem you work at a site then dont get paid and when you call the staff have a issue as if you are holding on to there money if you work you should get paid IM CALLING the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR ON THEM
