Im grateful I found this place. I am usually a very picky and prudent consumer; my standards are usually way beyond the services I sometimes render. My Euro Exchange experience exceeded my expectations. They had great rates; far better than my bank and other places I checked. The staff were attentive and kind. The owner went above and beyond to make this experience top notch. I spoke to him through Yelp prior to going to ask a question. He was prompt and helpful. I have since exchanged my currency and spoke to him afterwards. He is personable and professional. Between the rates, staff, 2 locations and owner.....Im very impressed. If you need your currency exchanged, come here. You wont be disappointed.

Euro Exchange in Downtown Miami. Good rate. No transaction fee. Valet parking free. Todays rate was 1.195. Official was 1.179. Not bad they have to make money.The inconvenience was that they did not have €2K. They only sold me €1K. The lady behind the glass told me to go to their branch in Ft. Lauderdale if I wanted it today or to come back the next day. My friend behind me in line, went 1 minute after and they exchange him another €1K. 🤔

(Edited from my last 2 star review) I had a bit of trouble on my intitial visit with the place closing a bit before its posted time. I came today, and they were super apologetic, friendly, helpful, and they did improve the rates for me. Honestly though, the rate was INSANELY good even without the improvement. I expected to walk out with 75 percent of what I actually recieved. Between the employees and the rates, I cannot see why anyone would go anywhere else.

Got more than $100 better than the bank exchange. Cant complain at that, and good service?It doesnt get much better!

Dont understand what the hell the other ratings about...Im a American (hollywood,fl) who travels to European countries a lot...called earlier the lady on the phone was very helpful....came in and the 2 ladies took care of me quick,fast,no questions,no hassles...in and out under 5 minutes excellent customer service.
