He was open-minded, honest, and was able to perfectly find what I was looking for despite the current car shortage. Frank helped me once I got to the dealership. He not only was amazing with showing me the features of the car and customizing it to my specifics, but also handled a difficult financial situation flawlessly. Everything past reviewers have said about their service department is true, they are absolutely HORRIBLE! My husband went in to get our car serviced and the service manager Henry Cabrales was rude, dismissive, and quoted us over $1000 for an oil change and tire rotation. We had previously taken our car in for repairs and the person who checked in the car forgot to note the main thing we needed to be fixed which is the blindspot indicator, they charged us our $300 deductible through our extended warranty and promised he would make a note for the next time we brought the car in for it to be fixed without having to pay that $300 again. Evidently he did not make that note and Henry said they couldnt even check the car in without us having the pay that $300 again. I am writing this so other people who do not know any better should take their car elsewhere to be serviced, this place is a rip-off and has us even considered trading in our Audi. Ive had a BMW for over 10 years and never had to pay such an outrageous amount for servicing. AVOID!

I purchased a new A6 last week from here and Tim & Steven made for one of the least stressful dealership experiences I have ever had. They were no nonsense and a pleasure to work with when picking out the car and working out pricing, and were even able to save me a little extra money with a program I wasnt aware I qualified for. Tim went the extra mile in explaining the differences between my old Audi and the new one during delivery and I was able to learn a thing or two which I found extremely helpful. I recently purchased an Audi out of the Tampa office. The experience was amazing...quick, service forward, and pleasant. Given I live in Fort Lauderdale they have become my go to dealer. Whenever I have had an issue (which is more user than the car because its awesome) I have gone to Audi FLL and they have ALWAYS helped. The sales guy Frank Fernandez has helped me on 2 occasions and it makes me realize that you are not only buying a car but you are buying the service that goes with it. Each time, no matter how dumb my question they went above and beyond to help educate me on all the A7 has to offer. As a marketer, I realize the power of service and that translating to brand trust. I had a seamless service from beginning to end with Nicole. She was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me and she showed excellent customer service skills. She even offered to wait for me to get there because it was close to closing and I was stuck in traffic. Ive had my Audi for over 3 years now. Its been a great experience at this dealership, from when I first got my car here, through the years of service. Have to mention Michele and Demko Parking Carwash and Detail here; hands down THE GREATEST perk of having my Audi and this dealership! Theres no one else I would trust with my car; he and his team always do a phenomenal job. Michele has gone out of his way many times to fit me in when I am running late, always works with super attention to detail, helps me with any questions I have about my car. Audi experience would not be the same without him and his team; cant say enough!

The service dept needs to get some common sense.My wife pulled in today to get air for her tire and they saidwell we cant just put air in your tire as we need to do a 2 hour service.So of course my wife said she had a meeting to go to and they let her get right back on the road with a low tire warning. Totally nuts !!!

I didnt purchase my Audi here I purchased it in Chicago while on vacation, but I service my Audi Q7 at this location. Nicole is great she always gets my vehicle services with professionalism and is very courteous. She gets my vehicle services and updates me as needed. Kudos to Nicole!
1.5 Hour service ended in 4.5 hours, no loaner, decline drop off due to distance. Is this the new expected service for a premium brand?
I bought my Audi TT Roadster 2017 red convertible in 2020 with 15k mileage with short period warranty to expire. At 20k mileage, the car started to show loss of coolant antifreeze fluid . The service department kept topping off the system twice rather than inspecting the reason till I requested inspection and repair and found bad thermostat was leaking and luckily the warranty was still active . Four month later at 21k mileage with warranty expired, the coolant antifreeze started to leak again to the point the whole fluid lost and towed the car to the Audi dealer Ft Lauderdale. The service personnel in charged told me if the leak is related to the work done before (thermostat) no charge but different problem there will be a charge . Found the pump was leaking due to internal seal . How in a short period of time and at low mileage ofsuch a car a leak could happened unless the mechanic who worked on it did not put the removed parts back together accurately even the system had been pressure tested for leak that did not show up right away or the quality of Audi cars are trash ?!!! Within 2 hours after taken the car from Audi repair shop and paid big bill, sold the car immediately in fear of another leak since the coolant antifreeze system manipulated with it too much . The Audi service department personnel were good but quality of Audi cars TRASH !
This was BY FAR the WORST Audi experience I’ve ever had. My family has been driving Audi’s for over 15 years. We brought in our older car with some engine issues, and this dealership tried to RIP US OFF and buy the car for the price of the diagnostic. Turns out, when bringing our car to a different auto shop, we were told that Audi completely misdiagnosed the issue and was attempting to scam us and steal our car for a mere $600. The car is being fixed by excellent technicians down the street, and they don’t even charge for a diagnostic. Don’t waste your time and money at this garbage dump of a location. Also, our car sat in the shop for days without any updates from Audi, I had to call them each time I wanted an update, they couldn’t even give me a call back. And lastly, the manager of the service department, David, was absolutely terrible to deal with. I’ve never seen a worse Audi location and I highly advise to STAY AWAY from this one.
If you look carefully at the reviews you’ll see a pretty consistent panning of this service department. I should have read reviews first. Go somewhere else.
Buying a car was easiest at Audi, I was shopping at multiple dealerships and Audi ft lauderdale was not only the most helpful, but the easiest process I had. Brett was very helpful in making sure my wants and needs were met and Frank and Steve were very useful in finding the right vehicle and helping me decide if the decision was the right one from me. Car salesmen here are not pushy, not salesy, and are there to help you. I would have to say this is the best place you could go to buy a car.

Our recent purchase of a new Q7 at Audi of Fort Lauderdale could not have been a better experience. The dealership is an architectural work of art too! Our salesman Abbi was very knowledgeable about the cars and the whole process of selecting a new car with my wife. My wife and I were in and out with a new car in 21/2hours!! The staff is well trained and organized, so there were no problems. The car drives like a soft dream too. The F&I person, Maurice, was very helpful in getting us thru the paperwork in a timely, yet thorough, manner. Clearly the staff is all well trained by the owner. This must be the star Audi dealership that make all other Audi Dealer Owners jealous!!
Brought my Q5 here multiple times and it was always a hassle. Once they kept my car to fix an oil leak and it took 1.5 months!! I finally decided to try another Audi dealer. Even though it’s twice as far for me to go to Audi Coral Springs, I do it happily. Service there is much better.
My car threw the accessory belt and left me on the side of the road. Big mistake. I had it towed to Audi Fort Lauderdale. The problem is to look at the car they charge an hour labor rate of $289. Minimum one hour maybe two?? They also have a shop fee of $35 or so.. this they tell me is to cover shop supplies and washing. For the record, I don’t believe they used any shop supplies on my car and didn’t wash it but they insisted they had to charge me this fee. After looking at the car they quoted me approximately $2400 to replace the belt. It seemed like a lot. You should be able to purchase both the Accessory belt and the supercharger belt for less than $100. Of course I would expect to pay a little more at the dealership. In the end I did not have the car serviced there. I had prestige European in Fort Lauderdale come get the car. They provide the tow and the service and I was out the door for less than $1000. My charge at Audi Fort Lauderdale was $346. For that I got a friendly service advisor. Nothing else. A few years ago we walked into the dealership and gave them $90,000 for two new Audis. While they are nice cars the Audi a A6 has had a number of problems. The Audi A4 we bought has had fewer problems. But my biggest problem is the service department. It seems to me they are insanely expensive and prey on people who just want their car to work and don’t have any idea why it doesn’t. Audi Fort Lauderdale and Audi Coral Springs have a nice show rooms and nice cars. I wish I felt better about their service.
THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! MY POWER STEERING WENT AND IT WAS COVERED DUE TO A RECALL AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $700 FOR A DIAGNOSIS. AWFULL!!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND RUDE. IF THERE WAS A RATING OF ZERO STARS I WOULD HAD GAVE THEM A ZERO.

I picked up my car, which was in for Bluetooth issue, and my service advisor Robert was extremely helpful with explaining the issues and the resolution. He took time to walk me through the setup process of the Bluetooth system. In consideration for the unforeseen issue with my car, he, as a courtesy, made an adjustment to a feature that wasn’t a part of my car’s package. In the end I was happy with the outcome from the service department.

They ensured that the service would take 1.5-2 hours to complete and I said I would wait. (It’s just the 10k mile maintenance) I got multiple messages and phone calls confirming the appointment and time. I show up on time for the appointment and they tell me it’ll be 6 hours for the service because they are behind!!!! My appt was at 10:30?! How can you be so far behind in the morning? They knew ahead of time they were behind and didn’t let me know so I could prepare or reschedule. They waisted my time and money! I’d go to Coral Springs if it wasn’t even further away. Mercedes NEVER did this to me.P.S. The comment made by the service department on my last review stating I added a check of the sunroof last minute is false. That was part of the initial conversation I made when I called for the appointment a week in advance. I didnt even bring up the sunroof at the store, the advisor did. So the writer of the review is lying. The lady who set the appointment assured 1.5 - 2 hours. Instead of rectifying the problem and admitting fault on their behalf, Audi Fort Lauderdale would rather call out there customers and accuse them of something that didnt happen. I thought about rescheduling with this service department and biting the bullet, but that definitely isnt happening now. Its clear that I need to take my business somewhere else. Audi of Fort Lauderdale has had my 2020 Audi A5 for one month, one week and two days to date. The issues were the Bluetooth and SOS weren’t working. Initially I would receive updates ranging from “our mechanics is in touch with engineering” to “we’ve escalated” your case. Although I did receive a new loaner I wasn’t allowed to drive it out of town. I’ve had to cancel two trips because of this. Today I was told that they misplaced my key fob and a replacement was ordered and would be in on next Tuesday; today is Friday. I wouldn’t say the service staff was good or bad just indifferent. If Audi cannot repair their own product within a timely manner why purchase an Audi. I’ve spoken with another local Audi dealership and was told that replacement key fobs do not take four days to be replaced. I am very, very disappointed with Audi of Fort Lauderdale’s service performance. I will be trading my car for another luxury make that offers better repair service.
Audi Ft Lauderdale is the best place to buy a car and have it serviced at after you buy your car. They treat you well as long as you own your vehicle .
Been to several Audi locations south and to the west of south Florida. Fort Lauderdale is out of my way but will continue to service my vehicle with Eric Palmer! Highly recommend!

I’ve been with my friend several times to the service department at your dealership, as well as being present when she purchased a brand new vehicle from you December 2019. After being in your shop 5 times, she was advised she needed a whole new electrical panel to resolve the multiple issues she was having. After waiting six months (it was promised in a month), it was replaced and problems still exist. Some service appointments there were no loaner cars available after being scheduled for one. At another appointment they tried to sell her a new car at a $13,000 loss. There are too many other issues to list due to this dealership’s incompetence that my friend has endured. After seeing first hand what my friend has gone through I do not recommend Audi Fort Lauderdale.

Amos and Owen went above and beyond, actually searched all across the nation, to find exactly what I was looking for. I was in search of a very specific and elusive Audi TT and as they both knew, it was either this one car or no car. There were a total of three cars that matched my car in the nation. Luckily, we were able to locate and reroute a White Competition Package Audi TT that was headed to somewhere else on the east coast to its ultimate destination in Audi Lighthouse Point and then to me. Since it was coming straight from the factory Amos, Owen, Chris and Norbey had all of the paperwork finished and ready to go the second that I could drive my new car off the lot. It was the most enjoyable, yet efficient, car dealership purchase I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend any of the above-mentioned employees as well as Audi Lighthouse Point to anyone looking to step foot in an Audi. As far as my TT goes, well, it is exactly; to the “T” what I wanted! I could not be happier with any aspect of the staff and the car itself and I plan to be a member of the Audi family for years to come. Thank you!
