I dont usually give reviews but I feel compelled to provide my review of Yolo Boat Rental. I reserved a boat for 10am over the Labor day weekend. No one showed up to the dock and when I called multiple times and I was given multiple excuses and said it will be another 15 minutes. When they finally showed up two hours later the person that brought the boat gave a different excuse. The boat was in terrible shape with many ripped seats and was dirty. The owner said he would prorate the price however we were caught in a storm at 2pm and returned the boat within 2hrs. They charged be over half price and my familys day on the water was pretty much ruined. I personally would not even rent this boat to a customer in the condition it was in. I would inspect what you are getting before renting. Mike

Yolo deserve six stars, my family and I had the best time! The staff was very professional. They made the process of renting fast & easy. The boat was really nice! My mom called around and by far YOLO had the best prices. Thanks for the great experience. Will be back!

Don’t even know where to start with how bad this experience was. My husband and I called to rent a boat while in Fort Lauderdale. I called the number no one answered and then a different number called me back. I got a quote of $340 for 4 hours on a 21ft boat. Everything seemed fine at first, the boy on the phone sent me a link to pay a $50 deposit via PayPal. He also sent me a waiver form to fill out. We scheduled a time of 2:30pm for Saturday. About an hour later the boy sent another text asking what time again. No problem.... reconfirmed the time. This was all on a Friday. The next day at 1:30pm we get a call from a different guy asking if we can pick up the boat at 3pm or 3:30pm. Again no problem, we agreed to pick the boat up at 3:30pm. We got directions/address to the dock. It was not the address listed on the website. Glad I asked or we would have been at the wrong place. We get to the dock and there isn’t an office or building....it was just a guy with one boat. He does go over things on the boat, again all seemed fine. Lastly he asked us how we were gonna pay. I said “well we paid a $50 deposit and the rest is gonna be on our credit card”. He said no the $50 was just a temporary deposit and it would be refunded to us. I said ok and took my card out. I was thinking he had a square app or something, but no he proceeds to take a photo of my credit card. I should have known something was wrong then! My husband and I at this point just wanted to hit the water and relax. Once we left the dock and the man was gone, we quickly realized the boat’s steering was completely gone. We spent the whole time arm wrestling the steering wheel to not hit any other boats. We couldn’t dock anywhere for fear of hitting something or someone. When we returned to the dock the man wasn’t there. He did tell us where to leave the keys in case he wasn’t. We were lucky there were several guys there just hanging out on the dock when we got back, they helped us get the boat tied up with the bad steering. I checked my credit card the next day and there wasn’t a charge, then the day after there was a charge for $475.70. Remember we were quoted $340. They also never refunded our $50 deposit. I immediately reached out to the company and no one responded. I have now had to contact my credit card company to fight the charges and cancel my card. My husband and I own several restaurants and should have known better with the picture of the credit card that something wasn’t right, but all the reviews seemed good. Please make sure you double check the steering of the boat if you rent from them and use cash!!!! If not who knows what they will charge you!!! Bad business all the way around!!!!

Easy pick up and drop off. Communication was great with Captain Scott. The boat met our needs and we had a great afternoon.

Came to town for a bachelorette weekend! Scott was incredibly easy to work with! The team was extremely hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time— they even had the boat stocked with ice when we got there!!! Cole is a great captain and easy on the eyes— which helps too ;) We will DEF be back!

Chartered a boat with a captain for 4 hours. Price was fair! I most importantly am satisfied with the customer service that I received. All of my concerns were addressed and rectified quickly. They are open to making your time out on the water the best! So bring a good attitude and enjoy the experience! They will take great care of you.

These Yolo guys are absolutely AMAZING, plain and simple. I took my family and a few friends out to treat them to a bit of the highlife and was not disappointed. Their equipment, staff and experience was absolutely stunning. I plan on returning to them again soon when my schedule opens up.I highly recommend anyone that is on the edge about getting out on the water and having a good time... go ahead and do it. You wont regret it, I certainly didnt.

The experience was awesome! From my 23 questions prior to booking, to pick up and drop off. The location was great, instructions were clear and the service was good. I would recommend this company without reservation and plan on using them again.

I came down from Canada to South Florida 2 weeks ago with my family for a nice relaxing vacation. But one thing I always wanted to do was ride in a yacht. Too bad I really struggled to find a reasonable price range to rent them.That is until I came across Yolo Boat Rentals. The customer service was outstanding and not to mention the amazing quality of the yacht itself. I had a fantastic time on it from the beginning to the end!Overall, Im giving this a 5 star as the price and the service was outstanding!

Our experience was awesome. We live down here and will only use this business. We did 2 hours by ourselves so we cruised up and down the intercostal looking at all the beautiful yachts and homes, cruised down to the cruise ships which you can drive by them 20 feet away. VERY GOOD PEOPLE!!!!

Yolo Boat Rentals is one of the best water sports rental business I have experienced. Great customer service, safe, affordable, and make you feel at home using their equipment. Also, I thought their equipment was well taken care of and seemed brand new...highly recommend them!

I had a blast! YOLO was very courteous and professional from scheduling all the way to my snorkeling adventure. I only did the snorkeling but had the most fun doing it!! They are very affordable comparably to other places in the area. I highly recommend!!

Best Boat Rental in Fort Lauderdale Beach and Cheap! We had our Photo Shoot and was lots of fun with friends visiting from out of state. Yolo Boat Rentals had a friendly staff for the Yacht we-rented.

We rented a boat after texting SCOTT 8-10 times on details ... Was told the boat had a bathroom, and got there and the bathroom wasn’t even serviceable ... 2nd We took off on the boat for a 4hour ride, and stopped for gas, when the boat WOULDN’T RESTART 😒( 45mins on the boat ) SCOTT instructed us to get off the boat and call a Uber .. We were told he would reimburse us for the Uber ( 💥$113 💥But when texted he wouldn’t even reply !!! ( We sent him a screenshot of the Uber charges ) 💥NO REPLY💥Finally after we got back from the Uber ride to our car, We were hit with a parking ticket for $47 (SCOTT told us where to park our car )I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND SCOTT and I would NEVER Use him again TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and this experience was the low point of our vacation ... ( it was 5 people in my crew, We were all very DISAPPOINTED!!!!) P.S I was told the boat was New, it Wasn’t at All!! 👎🏽 I GAVE ONE STAR B/C the captain was so nice about everything .. (wasn’t his fault )

If you ever make out to florida and you need a boat yolo is this place to get your float. Prices are right and the rights are tight. When you have one of his yacht you know where the party will be that night! Never will you look for another boat rental place ever again. 10 minutes with these guys and they feel like your best friends!
