I had a great experience with David on my rental of jet skis and Scooters! It was exciting and David was truly helpful! Impressed with the great services for both my boyfriend and I. Definitely recommend and will be back again. Plus they offer free parking if you have a car and need a place to leave it if you take the Scooters for 24 hours! That a plus!

This is the best place to rent scooters and jet ski. We were on vacation and went to this place for a jet ski rental. The best decision made the tour guy was also we had a great day on the jets ski and not only that after being done with the jet skis there services was so good we ended renting a scooter the same day. Honestly I was a bit skeptical about this place because of the reviews that I saw, but after calling and speaking with David he made me feel comfortable to come and check out the inventory. I went there and in less than 5 minutes David got me on a scooter and taught me all the basic functions on how to ride and operate it. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family, and yes I got my deposit back lol.THANK YOU DAVID!!

My husband and I were originally going to rent a 150cc however the one they had in was having some issues and David thought it may be safe . He and his manager agreed that we could rent a Honda Shadow and offered it at the same price. We were very pleased and were so thankful we choose to rent it. We had a great time. David was extremely helpful in the process so I wanted to give a shout out from the Maryland visitors Great Service! We will be back soon!

My wife and I had a great time renting a slingshot and two scooters from this business. They are located right by the beach and we are here for vacation and plan to spend most of the time by the beach area so to pick it up and drop it off pretty much by our hotel was very very convenient for us. That was a great experience and we enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely be back soon. I shopped around and this place gave me the best deal there was. Thank you guys

Great experience. Dave who works there is one of the most personable and all-around great people weve dealt with. We had a minor incident with the moped rental and he was nice enough to help us out and make it as stress free as possible all the way to the end. Makes you feel like you have a friend rather than just a worker going through the motions. All around awesome prices and awesome time!

My friend and I are so happy we rented from this business. It was my birthday and I wanted to go out and rent something really nice so the both of us rented the slingshot and ate at a restaurant on the beach and we had a blast, probably one of the best times I had in a while. We got a lot of looks and attention because of the slingshot and I have to admit, I’ve never seen that type of car before but it’s very very nice and very fun to ride in. They also have a bunch of other things you could rent like golf carts, scooters, motorcycles, etc. so you have many options. They also have very good combo deals which I’m probably going to do next time. This is definitely the place to go if you want to have fun

I love this place when it comes to Renting “toys” as my husband calls it. They have so many things to choose from and really great prices and the longer you rent for, the more of a discount you get which is great because we had to rent a couple of scooters for a week and the price I got with them, I got the same price if we were to rent it for a day or two with other places. There were no problems and the scooters were in great shape and ran very well. One of the best things about the scooter is the gas is very cheap because it only cost a couple dollars to fill it up. We will be coming back again, but this time with our kids because they will love it

My husband and I did a combo deal at this rental business rented some Jet skis for a couple of hours and scooters and it worked out perfectly because my husband and I rode the Jet skis and our kids rode the scooters around shopping And all of us had a great time. They have so many vehicles and things to choose from that you will never get bored. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to do something fun

I’ve rented jet skis every vacation and this one was just the worst. Had a guide tour and the dude stayed in the no wake zone more than half the time. Which have us not time to actually ride the skis. We also couldn’t go past the guide or do what we wanted to do. We were also told it was an ocean ride but the guide kept us back in the river. The other rentals were fine but the experience with the skis were just a waste of money.

We rented from them for years and this one time they decided that they was going to steal our deposit and not give us our money back for turning the scooters in 2 days early because we rented it from Friday until Monday. They gave us one scooter that looked old but we thought nothing of it because they usually do good maintenance on them, but it ended up breaking down and we returned it the next day. So after returning them they told us its our fault for turning them in so we wasnt getting a refund for turning them back and they said they was taking our deposit because we was out of town, but we discussed that when him before rental and he said it was okay because we purchased insurance on them. Previous years he allowed us to take it out of town but soon as we bring them back he said he wasnt giving us our money back. If you want to be defrauded out of money go here, but your best bet is to go somewhere else where they dont lie and steal, referring to management because the employees was good.

I had a great time and overall very happy with the experience and process I came in there to rent a Harley and enjoyed every minute of it. We had previously made our reservation for 10:00am. Due to traveling our credit cards kept getting locked. We spent the entire day on the phones with the bank. We were unable to make it to the location for reservation until nearly 6:00pm. This was after my friend got in a fight after standing up for a girl who was being mistreated by another man. My friend ended up getting beat up and knocked unconscious. Also his phone was stolen. Hot Scooter was so nice and let us extend our reservation until 6:30pm the next day. I highly recommend this company

The whole experience was very PROFESSIONAL! The one guy I dealt with as far as reservations was very patient and detailed on instructions. Anthony the Guide was the best instructor I’ve ran across in years. I highly recommend his services if your a beginner on jet skis

Scooters were great, fun opportunity. But the fact that you get charged $300 for taking it just outside of the county (didn’t go on any highways) is absolutely absurd, especially when ur responsible for filling the gas. I’d understand paying for damages, but it’s honestly just there way of getting more money. Wouldn’t have rented if I knew I would get robbed! Definitely not worth 600 for a week.

My son and I had a great time renting their slingshot and Jet skis. My son has never seen a car like that before and he was very excited. That made his day. They have a variety of things to rent and amazing vehicles there and the prices Are lower from others we went to so we definitely want to go back as soon as possible

This rental company is very appropriate and friendly. I have rode many of the scooters and had a very fun time. I can tell you from personal experience they work perfectly and are a great way around Fort Lauderdale. Slingshots are amazing, motorcycles are a blast! Only reason you wouldn’t like this place is if you don’t know how to drive a stick!Recommend to all my family and friends

I advise you to be very careful when renting here... The attendant is rather arrogant and lazy.... the manager is not interested in doing anything other than riding his hover board and dismissed me when I had an issue.I prepared for a 150cc scooter on line. When I came to get it, the only one available of 3 they have was so old and ratty it must have grandchildren... It was dirty, the storage compartment was also dirty with junk and a dead bug inside. The whole thing was rusty and the speedometer cover was almost opaque. I found that it was to small for my 62 frame, my knees hit the handle bars making it difficult to ride, so I returned it and Opted for a 50cc instead.. This transition took a while. When I returned the scooter the attendant would not charge me the lesser price for the 50cc scooter that he could not change the 150cc scooter charge.... a $30+ difference. Since we were leaving on a flight shortly I was unable to come back in 2 hours, as suggested, to speak with his manager.... Having already spoken with the manager and his dismissive attitude earlier, I would probably be wasting my time anyway...Do not pre pay for any thing with these guys, I can imagine they pull this all the time...

I had a great time with my family renting from this place. We rented the slingshot, two scooters and Jet skis and we all had a lot of fun. Great location right by the beach and you have your shopping and restaurants in the area so it’s very convenient. The weather was beautiful and we pretty much rode all day. The Employee there was very nice and helpful and we plan on going back very soon

Be careful.Horrible service, they treat customers as nothing.Double Check the price before they charge your card. Instead of one price which mentioned on website I been charged total different price.The website and discussed price been 75$, they charged for some reasons 121$. After that I just wanted to return their bike back and take my money back. They refused to give my money back even with this accident and with no passing 24 hours of my rent.

My family comes here 3 times a year and every time we do we get fantastic service from the gentleman up front (named Bill). Jet skis were a plus watching the air show. STAY AWAY!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!Bill is a hustler and he will try his best to keep your deposit. He tells you the deposit covers any damage such as scuffs or scratches but when you turn it in hell still try to charge you. 2 weeks later and i still never received my deposit back, when i call they dont answer and when they do answer they just give me the run around. I usually dont leave reviews but my experience was so bad. If you do rent from this place, make sure you take pictures of your rental before leaving the parking lot.I DO NOT RECOMMENDRESPONSE TO THE OWNERBill told me hes been working there for 3 years, at this point i dont know who to believe. I wish I knew about this place a while back when I had family and friends coming to visit because we would definitely have something to do. A friend of mine referred my wife and I Here and we had a really good time. We rented the slingshot and Jet ski combo and it was a very good deal. I rented a scooter for my son for a couple of days and he loved it. Great price. We felt like a celebrity because people were looking at us and waving at us while we were in the slingshot. I’ve never seen such A cool looking vehicle before. We will definitely be back again and I will tell my friends and family about this place also. The slingshot we rented, started to spill out hot antifreeze on my wifes feet.We took it back over two hours early.We asked for a refund, but were still charged for the full 4 hours. We would not recommend this business to anyone . They care more about money than customer safety. We did not in any way shape or form Rev. The engine and when Dave opened the hood you could see total lack of maintenance. Im pretty sure the air filter has never been cleaned, I also own a Polaris and have never had an issue as these people are saying, sD to say they neglect there equipment then blame you as the customer for there lack of professionalism

Worse place I have EVER rented anything from, $300 deposit for a scooters that barley ran, once I got it back to my hotel the scooter wouldn’t start called many times before someone answered and they claimed that I broke the bike and didn’t invest in the road side assistance even though I was told that was free of charge at the time of my rental and then hung up on me. I was never properly trained on how to kick start the bike in the event this happened. Thankfully Henry from ocean sky resorts was there to help and even gave me another newer scooter free of charge to make up for this company’s negligence. Not to mention I rented 4 scooters and all of the gas gauges except one did not work, while out riding I ran out of gas and had to push my scooter to a gas station If you plan on renting scooters or anything while in Fort Lauderdale I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as possible, unless you don’t mind spending $300 on nothing.

Worst experience of my life! They rented us a rusted out scooter which broke down. At which point they tried to charge us to come pick up their broke scooter! If you dont want to spend your whole vacation sitting on the side of the road pay a little more and go somewhere professional.Fyi, the owner likes to comment saying all the 1 star reviews arent real.

My girlfriend and I love this place. This is our third time coming here to rent and when I came the past two times, I had nothing but a pleasant experience with them. It was great and they helped us out a lot. They have a lot of nice vehicles, in very good condition. We got a great package deal with some scooters, slingshot and Jet ski rental. Can’t beat this places price anywhere. I’ve checked around the area and they don’t have the prices like they have here, not to mention they don’t have half of the vehicles they have at this place so there’s a lot more choices here. We Stayed in Fort Lauderdale over the Labor Day weekend and We ran into this place by mistake but we are certainly happy we stopped. We ended up taking the Jet Ski and slingshot VIP combo which was probably the best $300 I’ve ever spent. We had so much fun the entire day and definitely had the VIP treatment and we loved it. Thanks again guys, we will definitely be back

A couple of my friends and I rented two slingshots for two days and we had a great time and when we returned the slingshots, we rented the Jet skis for a few hours. I’ve never seen a slingshot before, prior to renting it, and we all had a blast. I had so much fun with the slingshot that we extended the rental for another three days and the manager gave us a very good price, especially with the Jet skis so we were very happy. This is my fifth time coming here and renting from them and every time, it has always been good, no problems at all and the staff is very very friendly and helpful.

My friend and I took two scooters around for a few hours to do some things down by the beach and when we returned the scooters, it was still early so we rented Jet skis for two hours and it was a lot of fun. The weather was beautiful and the prices were great. Even the manager was very very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and now we know where to go when we need something to do. They have a lot of different vehicles there, some I never even seen or heard of before and it’s very interesting. We will be back

A couple of days ago I was on my break from work and I was walking in the area and saw this company and I stopped in and I’m glad I did because there were so much things to do and rent over there so I went inside and right away, the manager Greeted me and asked me what I needed and it was a pleasant experience from there on out. I had a lot to do after work so I rented a scooter from them for the day and I left my car parked there because it was much easier and more convenient to get around in a scooter. I had a great time and everything went well, no problems at all. When I returned the scooter, since I had a blast, I rented the golf cart for a day so my friends and I can drive around, up and down the beach and go shopping and eat and we had a very good time and now I got my friends to rent from them also in the future. I wish I knew about this place earlier but glad I found it now

STAY AWAY! The reviews are true! Tony and Bill are both SCAMMERS and they will RIP YOU OFF AND KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. My boyfriend and I rented a Jet Ski on the 13th of February. Once we were placed on the Jet Ski, we were told to circle around at speed of 5 miles per hour. We did so and waited for the go ahead to proceed. Five minutes into our ride, we were at a location were it was safe to increase our speed. Well, the jet ski was still going at around 5 mph even though the odometer read 30 mph. Something clearly wasnt working! Ive rented a jet ski before and this never happened. Tony was right behind us and told us to stop the jet ski, and informed us something must be clogged in the propeller. Since we didnt pay the extra $35 fee for the guide, he told my boyfriend he had to go into the water, stick his hand in the propeller, and pull whatever was in there, out. I thought he was joking, but no he was completely serious and my boyfriend jumped into the water and tried to clear out the propeller, to no avail. At the end of the day, we were on the jet ski for less than 20 mins and we paid for 90 mins. We werent given a new jet ski or a refund. Just attitude! I wish we read the reviews before renting a jet ski from this place, because there are such good honest people out there, that are professional and would never act rudely! They kept our money and the deposit, for a total of $440. Who would pay $440 to ride a jet ski for 20 mins at a speed of no more than 5 mph? NO ONE. What a rip off!! STAY AWAY!! Your wallet will thank me!

We rode the Jet skis this weekend and we had a great time. We went to other places first and other places added additional fees on top of their rental fee so when we got there we compared it to the advertised price And we walked out. They were way too high so we are glad we found Hot Scooter. These guys were honest and they provided a great price. We highly recommend renting your Jet skis with this place .

I had made a reservation for 2 Slingshots. The day of pick up the Owner sent a text confirming that we were indeed on our way. He FAILED to mention that one of the slingshots weren’t in working order. Upon Arriving, there were 2 young boys at the counter that provided HORRIBLE customer service. They thought it was a laughing matter that they inconvenienced us. All they were offering us were to keep the 1 sling shot for an additional day. Here we are A month later & still no refund. Save yourself the headache and go to a place more Professional. Completely ruined our Saturday! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Our group of 4 had a great time jetskiing in the canals through to the ocean with Tony the guide. Tony was AWESOME and made sure we safe, he sure knows his way around cuz we didnt lol. You can either go touring the canals or shred the waves in ocean. It was $150 per jetski for 2 hrs (your time starts when you get in the water), $200 security deposit per ski (which youll get back in about 3 days if everything turns out fine), and $80 for the guide. Wed go back forsure next time were in Florida.

Rented us a cart that died after minimal use and then kept our $500 deposit after making them aware of the problem with their cart.On February 14th I contracted a cart rental to Hot Scooter rentals for 1 cart as I was production manager of a festival. We are used to contracting carts to get around the venue to get our job done. After very minimal use not even a half day into the festival it died. We tried boosting it up with no avail (No i did not leave the headlights on or anything of the sort). I had the crew load it back on the trailer and deliver it back to Hot scooters as it was rendered useless and used my SUV instead to get from stage to stage. On top of not even acknowledging the problem, and saying all they had to do was charge the battery and that the cart was fine they then decided to blame us for loading or unloading the trailer wrong & causing damages to the trailer or really the $18 trailer jack. I told them if they sent pictures i would come bring them a new trailer jack and replace the supposed damages and i needed my $500 deposit back. After not issuing the $500 deposit back, they then then came with accusations that we damaged their wall and sent a picture of some tiles missing off the wall and said they would refund the remainder of the deposit after fixing the wall. I still have not recovered a penny back and it is now July. I tried to be reasonable and understanding and didnt even fight for any money back on their non working cart but this company has now scammed me out of my deposit on top of issuing me a non-functional product. First bad experience & worst experience I have ever had with a vendor!! After just reading their other reviews here I wish I would have read them prior to renting from here. This is not how you do business, especially with other businesses. Dont dare get robbed from this place like I did. Horrible Horrible experience......

My family and I rented a couple of scooters and a golf cart for two days and we had a lot of fun. The prices are not expensive at all. I priced around the area and this place was the lowest. They explained in detail what to do and what not to do and the employee that assisted us was very very friendly. He gave us some ideas of where to go while we were staying by the beach. My best friend and I rented the slingshot for two days and we had an amazing time. It was my bachelorette party and I had a great time, thanks to the slingshot. It was so much fun driving it around for the night. We got a lot of stares and thumbs up and some people wanted to take pictures of it. I am so happy that we rented here, and you can’t beat the prices. While we were there, they offered us the combo for the slingshot and Jet skis which was a very good deal so we will be back. Rod hooked it up big time! Great dude and phenomenal company. They have everything from motorcycles to electric scooters to slingshots to Jet skis! I even wasnt comfortable in the slingshot, and they let me swap into the Indian Scout for a good time! Thanks for the love, yall.

I had so much fun renting jet skies from this place. They gave us a brand new Jet ski that literally had only 15 hours on it and it was perfect for what we wanted to do. We had so much fun, we will definitely be back next weekend

My family and I had a great time renting from Hot Scooter. We rented the slingshot and a couple of scooters. The employee was very friendly, he went over thoroughly how to operate the scooter. He also gave us some good places to check out. They have really good prices, especially on there combo deals

AVOID THIS PLACE!We were on vocation in Fort Lauderdale, so decided to find the closest place to rent a scooter for 24 hours. The guy seemed nice, but initially informed us inappropriately at the beginning:1. He said that Florida state allows to drive motor bike wearing either with hamlet or sunglasses, so we took 2 hamlets for our own safety. In the end the police stopped us and gave a ticket for not having the sunglasses.2. The guy from the rental informed us that we are allowed to drive on a bicycle line, which appeared to be prohibited by the law. So we got the ticket for this as well (and we agree, as we have had to check this on our own as it’s only our responsibility).We left the deposit of $300 in case of bike damage, but the rental place charged us the deposit saying that we got 2 tickets, so they have the right to keep the deposit WHICH IS A SHAME! We did not do make any damage to the vehicle, but they decided to charge the tourists even though the rental place is not paying for the tickets we received.In the end the guy told us that this is just business and how people make money. Not mentioning the fact that the guy was not clear if you know I mean.Highly recommend never use this service! And please double check the places in order to not ruin your vacation.

I had a bunch of errands to do and no vehicle and I knew taking an Uber would cost a lot of money and be very inconvenient because of all the places I had to go to so I rented a scooter from Hot Scooter for the day and it was very very convenient. The price was very very fair, other places around the area charged almost double or more for the day then what this business charged and I was able to get everything done. After that experience, I am thinking about purchasing a Scooter now and Hot Scooter can help me with that also so that’s great

I rented four scooters for the family and I for the whole day and we had a great time. It was my kids first time driving a scooter and they enjoy themselves very much. It was very convenient and the price for the day was great and they were very helpful with the whole process. They also gave us some options to go to eat for dinner in the area. We can’t wait to come back again

A friend of mine referred my wife and I to this place because we were trying to plan something to do by the beach and we are very very happy and pleased that we rented here. The Employee that assisted us was very very helpful and he went through everything in detail so we understood completely. We rented two Scooters for the day and we had an amazing time. Stay as far away as possible. Was told about a security deposit and no refund policy after putting initial payment down to hold the scooters. Unprofessional workers and management!

Has a couple of cool toys to rent out and have some fun! Very reasonable prices compared to many out there and right by the beach!
