This was a horrible experience for me. Granted I needed a haircut because I had an event earlier that day. I felt very desperate coming here. When I walked in, it was just female barbers. But I was assured I was in good hands. Once I was done with my haircut I had to tell the barber what to fix after she finished. Clearly it wasn’t a good job. This woman never cut anyone’s hair like mine before. The owner however spoke on her behalf. Even showed false work she’s done on clients. When I finally looked close up to the job she did. It was horrible. My fade was way to light on one side and uneven on the other. Tried to charge me $50 bucks for a botched job. When I stated my displeasure with it. She got defensive and said your not getting your money back! Instead of taking it up with the barber and just apologizing. She was very rude and got very animated for no reason. But when I spent my money she was calm and collected. I would never. Come here again ! Rather give my own self a haircut with a razor!

Came from out of town for a conference and found this place open on MLK day. Walked in maybe 30 minutes before closing, and with a mop of hair I havent cut in months. Now, I travel a lot and my hair grows very, very quickly, so I find myself in this situation often: New city, long hair, important day tomorrow, very little time.After explaining to Henry what I was looking for and a quick glance at a picture, he got to work very quickly.I came in with enough hair to be in that chair an hour+ at least. Henry was not only able to get it done in 45 minutes, he did so while also tailoring the haircut to my headshape. He didnt cut corners and covered all the details he should have. Id pay 45-60 dollars for this cut and style back home, but was only charged 35.Dont let looks deceive you! This shop is top notch and Henry is definitely one of the better barbers youll run across. Truly a wizard.

Good haircut. It is a kind of shady place though. The sign said haircuts starting at $20. I didnt request a special or difficult haircut and was told at the end that my haircut would cost more. I dont know why my haircut would cost more but it would have been nice to know at the beginning that it was going to be more expensive. Again, it was a high quality haircut though so Im not too upset about it.

Not a bad cut, but the service and attitude from the staff is horrible. Dont seem like they want to be there, or do the job at hand. Expensive for what you get back, and you get pushed into a corner to leave a tip.
