Terrible customer service. Been trying to set an appointment with the main barber for WEEKS to get my calls and texts ignored on purpose. Mind you he’s a friend of the family since I was a kid. So I had to pull up to the shop to set an appointment and all of a sudden he’s “booked for a whole month” as if he’s the top barber of south Florida. Loss respect for that man and a loyal customer

Sunday, October 4, 2020, I went to this place to get a haircut. I was not greeted and the barbers didnt recognize I was there. Other people came in and were the barbers took care of them. I felt unwelcome so I left. There are other barbershops in the area and I will certainly not bother to come to this place. Im very disappointed especially with this place having many high ratings, I would thought they knew how to treat people. Places like this doesnt stay in business very long.

I have been coming to L & B Barber Shop since I moved to South Florida. I was in the area and I stopped by for a cut. Even after several years, the owner recognized me, there were familiar faces of other barbers which is unheard of and the shop was amazing. They recently renovated the entire shop. If I didnt live so far away, Id be going every week like I used to. Still the best cuts in town.

I miss these dudes! I moved to another state but my ex hubby recommended them and they are By far the best barbers ever! When I come back to Florida to visit we will stop by for a cut . Loyalty.

Quick friendly service. The shop was clean and had a Steelers Shazier Jersey so that gave them 5 starts right away even if my ear got buzzed off. That didnt happen it was a good clean cut and got what I asked for when I gave the barber instructions. If Im ever in the area again for work or travels and need a trim Ill most definitely stop here for it.

As soon as you walk through the door you can feel its a real barber shop I mean BARBER shop!.The warmth hospitality from the staff is unbelievable....it reminds you of the Barber shop you went to as a kid when your mom took you, The chairs are huge and comfortable just like the old days and the climate inside is just as cool no sweating, my barber was D and forever will be...and let me tell you that man can cut, if you looking for a barber that can make you feel good about yourself when you come up out of the chair hes the one.. If you ever go here NEVER LET DEE Do you Hair She Has Very poor customer service, let her do my hair 2 times and both time I had a appointment, had to wait 45 mins both times for her to start my hair booked another appointment and called told her I was 20mins late she tell me she can’t do it she already started somebody else hair and I need to put down another 25 deposit for another day
