This is the BEST experience I have ever had with and auto repair shop. Took my car in for a “noise” I heard. Wade took it for a test ride with me and heard the “noise” I was referring to. Wade knew exactly what it was and was able to fix it! Wade is professional and honest with very fair prices. I have a new mechanic!

The guys here are honest and nice, the only issue I had was my car was hit in the rear and scratches on my door, but they said thats how I gave the car to them. Make sure to ask for condition report when dropping off your car and verify the cars condition.

I have been using the Gullett Family Car Repair Business since 1981. I met Loretta Gullett at Southern Bell cust serv. My VW Beetle was on the fritz and she said drop it off at her house for her husb to take to his shop, I drove to work with her, after work we drove back to her house and my car was ready to go. I have used them ever since..Twice over the decades our family bought 2 new cars, once out of warranty, A&V was our place to go.The shop is owned and run by the sons of Lorettas husband. Wade and Brian Gullett. Both are certified mechanics and can take apart any car and put it back together. I highly trust them to have a reliable car to drive. Since 1980 they have taken care of 7 cars I believe. That includes my kids cars..Because of Wade and Brian Gullett I usually keep a car for 10-15 years from purchase and still get a trade in value.Cost are kept low due to cash or check as payment. Not to carry the cost of credit cards...they are located just one block north of Commercial Blvd by Lockhart Stadium. You can also drop your car off after hours, as they have a mail slit in the office door. Or have your car towed to them at any hour for another convenience.I give them 5 stars for saving me countless times over the years.
