We couldnt be more impressed with Ian Harris and his staff at Allstate. We had been shopping around for a better rate on our condo homeowners ins., as our premium had risen too much, and we hoped also to bundle it with auto insurance for added savings, but were so far unsatisfied with other carriers. Ian was able to arrange exactly what we needed in a home-auto bundle, and at excellent savings! What a relief! He is super to work with, and he left no stone unturned in paring down our costs. So important too was being able to do business the old-fashioned way -- in person (masked of course), so my husband and I and Ian could hash out all the details face to face -- so much easier than the impersonal online or by-phone process many use now. The office staff are very friendly and welcoming too. Really wonderful service all around. Thank you so much!

I had ALLSTATE insurance for years many years ago… After I relocated I ended up somewhere else…Somewhere along the line I got a letter from this office asking to give me a quote… I got a call back but I was not able to make the move at that time…My CSR Katie kept in touch with me… As it turned out when I needed to add a vehicle Katie hooked me up with a better deal I could find anywhere else I was happy to sign up… It was only a matter of a couple days later that I had a need for my other car so I called Katie… Once again totally hooked up with great prices and coverage ...yeah I was very happy … So I went with having no cars with Katie to two cars with Katie in a week ! Being as I am kind of a pain in the butt and want all my tees crossed… I have called her many times always answers the phone or calls me back… Answers emails within minutes… I’ve always been very happy with ALLSTATE very happy to be back with ALLSTATE at this Local office… Very happy with the way I’ve been treated and the product I have been sold… And especially Katie five stars just for her alone… The rest of the office gets five also… Ha ha!… Hope just review is helpfulKevin
