Dropped my TV off on Saturday. Open at 9. Nobody there till 10. Repairmen didnt speak English. Couldnt give estimate till week. Then picked up tv. Better. But still has shadow. Told me was shadow from lights in store. Not the case. Called back. Phone was off.. No service. No voicemail. Will not return.

Called to schedule a quote for my broken Samsung dishwasher. I mentioned to him that I had removed the motor to see if I could figure out what was wrong, at that point he cut me off and said I want nothing to do with it and hung up on me. Rude guy. Maybe having a bad day, but there are better ways to handle this. Maybe explain why you cant help and recommend a place that will? Anything other than how he handled it. Dont recommend.

I dont recommend this company at all! Ive contact them mutiple times and they only say i will call you back. On top of that they charged me $85 to analyze what the dryer has. And still no answer !!!!!! Do not waste ylur money nor TIME !!!!

OK my problem was not huge. But what is great about D&L is that they gave me great service. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I grew up many years ago in a small Western New York town where everyone knew who my parents were when I walked into a store. Gil treated me the way I was used to be treated more than 45 years ago. Just good skilled professional people. Also it really helps that he is such a nice person. Just a super guy and really a quality shop.

I have came to D& L to have Two my the tv’s serviced Richard the owner was very pleasant. The technicians are honest and know what they are doing. at the same time service was fast only a couple of days . Thank you D&L electronics.

We took our Samsung TV to see if we can get it repaired. They kept our TV for 2 whole months and never did they bother to get in contact with us to let us know of any updates. We called once and spoke with someone after a month of dropping off our TV. They said they still needed to verify with Samsung to see if warrenty was approved and that they would get in touch with us. Another month passes and we hear NOTHING of them. We call and their excuse was owner might have been sick and thats why noone got in contact with us. They are very unorganized and you speak to someone new everytime. I find it disrespectful and unprofessional to leave a client WAITING the way they did to us. If we would have never called we would have never received a call from them. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Its a waste of time, energy, and probably money! Do yourself a favor and find another place to go too. Make sure to read all reviews prior to choosing your location otherwise you might have a similar experience.

Dropped my tv in March before the pandemic, told me he’d call in a week. Nothing. Called back multiple times nothing but voicemail. I’ve gone to the shop and it’s been closed during “normal hours”. Don’t go here, they will steal your tv.

Took My Samsung in with no power. The set was repaired in the afternoon and Picked up at 6:pm I was treated very nice and the Owner Richard Carried my set and put in my car. Great Service

I was ready to spend $800+ on a new TV and instead called D&L, who I found through a Google search as an authorized Samsung repair service. A fellow named Ray listened to me very patiently describe the problem. He assured me that he had dealt with the problem before. This was on a Thursday.On Saturday, the repair technician, Joe, showed up within the time frame set and proceeded to fix the problem in an efficient, professional and friendly way. I was very pleased with my encounter with this company from the get go. I lucked out.The charge was very reasonable. Later, on line, I found a quote for what they did at a hundred dollars more than they charged.

Very polite man working there, I was able to bring in the TV for a free quote. He recognized the problem right away and I had my TV back the next day. TV is an 8 year old Samsung flat screen by the way. It also came with a 6 month warranty on the repairs. Why not five stars? Two months after I had the repairs done, the original problem returned. Im bringing the set back in today for warranty on the repairs, and if the problem is fixed then I will rate five stars.Edit: Five stars. I needed a power supply and it was delivered.

Called and spoke to Richard in the morning and explained the problem I was having with my Samsung television. I brought the set in around 10:00 that same morning. He let me know that it would probably be ready the next day and said I will text you when it is ready. An hour and a half later I got the text saying the television was ready to be picked up. That is customer service period. Thank you for being the professional that you are!. Highly recommend this establishment to all.

Hated it is an understatement when referring to the experience I had. The Guy Richard is a Moron. He will not last long with the customer service that he provides. I had a quote from another shop and wanted to know if he could do better and was very rude and told me he does not do quotes over the phone and told me to have the other guy repair my tv and hung up. I have taken my business elsewhere. Customer service is the new marketing clearly this guy has no clue! STAY AWAY!

October 10, 2016After contacting Rich, Joe was here to service our Samsung TV after Comcast advised the TV had system failures. Joe performed basic tests and determined Comcast was wrong as their box was faulty and the Comcast tech probably failed to test the system with a monitor before leaving. I commend D and L for the professionalism and integrity as they could have charged me for a master board and still noted Comcast had a problem. Thank you, Joe!!Bob

Terrible experience! Waited for over a month for an answer and when i finally got it he yielded at me that is the way i do business well let me tell you the way he does businesss: i dropped my flat screen tv ONLY for a quote one week before the 4th of July, one week passed by and no answer or calls from the guy, when i called the day after the 4th of july no one answered the phone, i called multiple times during that week and nobody answered the phone, next monday i called again and found out that the guy went out of town for vacation! Next thing you know the guy spends 3 weeks on vacation and when he returned he couldnt even locate my TV! I had to help him to locate it, 4 days after still no answer and when i called to see what the hell is going on and why a month after i had dropped the tv still havent gotten an answer he said that the parts are on the way and that it will be ready tomorrow and that it will be $150, then i said to him that i didnt want a repair but only a quote to see if it was worth it to fix it and he said that is not up to me to decide if is worh to fix it or not and that is the way he does business and that if i didnt like it to come and get the tv. You dont talk to people like that specially if they are your customers and you are providing a service. The right way to do business is to call the customer with an estimate on repairs to see if the customer can afford it and too see if the customer wants to spend that amount fixing it instead of buying a new one! Good luck doing business the way you do business.
