My wife and I were referred to Jax by a friend of ours. We wanted a get away just the two of us. We contacted Jax (one of the fastest replies may I say) he really got to know us on the phone- we then talked about some budgets and what we had in mind. Jax got back to us hours later with a mind blowing experience package (all inclusive pricing.) He chartered us a private jet and a super yacht- my wife was so beyond excited yet anxious as she didnt plan much of any thing. Not only did he exceed and excel but he was on the jet and the super yacht with us!!! His attention to detail isnt explainable- my coffee hot coffee was in hand every single morning before I even had to speak- the coordination and communication was flawless through and throng. Jack is an incredible teacher and leader. His butler training school is extremely thorough and interesting. I was fortunate to have a one on one 2 day training with him, and I learned so much!
