Chris Allen, owner, is nothing short of an angel. His fleet is well maintained, his pilots excellent and his prices very fair. Hes worked tirelessly to provide hurricane relief to The Bahamas, where he made a bigger difference than anyone I saw when he flew me there to do some medical work. Im baffled at any negative reviews. My theory is that the negative reviews were generated by an angry person who likely didnt get what they wanted, whatever that might be. Allen bends over backwards for every client. I will fly with him again and advise you to as well. This is one business thats more than deserving of the bookings.

Staff and pilots were very experience & offered outstanding service! This company has assisted with Flight to and from Abaco after the storm helping those in need of food, water, clothes and tools to help clean up and rebuild our community! This company and their staff brought a beacon of hope and Joy to so many on the island and they did it with such passion, professionalism and went be on there paid hours!

Finally made the break from commercial air travel! I was traveling to a remote Bahamian island for vacation and Air Flight Charters made it simple, relaxing and affordable! From the moment Heather picked up the phone to schedule my flights, I knew I was in great hands. I received an immediate quote, inclusive of all fees so I was fully prepared and ready to travel. When my party arrived for travel, we were met immediately by Rosie and the flight team (2 pilots). The aircraft was as described and more importantly, waiting for us! Beautiful flights to and from the Bahamas with personal escort through immigration and customs both ways. Cheerful, complete, customized service affordable and waiting on us!!! Thank you so much for all you did for our family..getting us to long island bahamas safely and picking us up to get us home even when the bahamian airports were shut down..we had to re do our plans many times over so we could connect to our connecting flight from fort lauderdale back to michigan which was cancelled 5 times..you kept in daily contact with us and told us that you could secure the proper permits and get us whenever we felt we needed to come home..unbelievable customer service in a day when businesses could care less about that..the owner chris is a professional and he has 2 awesome assistants sandra and dayanna who answered our calls anytime as we obviously were anxious about what was going on.. our pilot jorge was awesome and our flights were smooth and comfortable..once again these people are true professionals... thanks again ...The Trainor Family

The experience of a lifetime... having always had to rely on commercial flights to get where I need to go on business trips, flying private for the first time was en eye opener.I saved so much time not having to deal with long migration line or waiting for luggage. It was literally a door to door service that is awesome... this is better in so many ways that flying commercial first class, and I will definitely fly with Air Flight Charters again when going to the Bahamas or anywhere in South Florida.I was met by friendly staff at the airport when I arrived, Heather took excellent care of all the TSA issues while I got to grab some food and rest. In the air, the pilots, Guy and Dean, were the personification of courtesy and professionalism... although they warned me about the wind gusts and that there would be some turbulence, the flights, both to and back from the Bahamas was a smooth ride, skillfully executed.Upon arrival back in the US, I was greeted by Rosie who took excellent care of everything upon arrival and guided me through the checkout process without a hitch.I saved so much time traveling this way, and I would highly recommend that anyone who value their time to consider Air Flight Charters as their chosen private carrier to get where you need to go in style.

Used AirFlight for my trip to Staniel Cay in the Bahamas. Amazing staff and very knowledgable pilots. Never felt safer or more comfortable in the sky. Very quick to respond to any booking questions I had, and the most friendly charter service I have ever worked with. Would recommend 1000%!!

After having a flight here last week, we would never ever again use this charter service! We booked our flight well in advance but they were completely disorganized with the paperwork, the planes were old and they seemed to be having mechanical issues with them. One pilot quit and took his plane with him after screaming and yelling at the office staff. Unprofessional doesn’t even come close to what we dealt with, this was scary! PLEASE do not use this company!!

Very unpleasant experience, plane in very bad shape, no a/c. Pilot did his best to make us comfortable by keeping his window open but still...not worth the price.
