We were very satisfied with our Coit service last week. Our tech, Luis Perez, was professional, courteous to us and the condo staff, and did an excellent job on our sofa and rug. We would definitely use Coit again and I highly recommend them.

My tech was Luis Perez and he was OUTSTANDING. Everything about the COIT process was super easy, everyone was friendly (I dealt with Sage at the office), professional, thorough and timely. 100% will use again in the future for my cleaning needs.

I made an appointment a week ahead. With a tight time frame, I needed a significant amount done. As I waited on my appointment patiently, they were a no show. I called to them to see what happened and the person on the phone proceeded to tell me they cancelled my appointment because i did return their call the day before. I suggested they call before coming out or even a confirmation via text, the most common form of communication and like most people do in today’s world. They said “Why didn’t you check your voice mail? It was in your hands. Not our fault.” They wasted my time, were rude on the phone, and now I will find a local company who actually show up and has good customer service. Don’t waste your time on sub par cleaning from this location and who can’t just say “sorry for the mix up. Let’s get you scheduled.” Thumbs down.

Raul arrived on time, and was knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned the grout on bottom floor as well as cleaned living room carpet. Results are astounding!Robin arrived on time after contacting me first to let me know he was on his way. Again, very knowledgeable and efficient. He cleaned air ducts and a/c coils after showing me a picture he took on his camera to detail the debris on the coils. Extremely personable and experienced young man. I will undoubtedly be calling COIT routinely, and can only hope future technicians are competent as Raul and Robin.

There is delicate fabric used to make my beautiful tufted off-white headboard. I was concerned that the fabric would be damaged, but I was very impressed and excited to see that the fabric looked like new when Luis P. finished cleaning it! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about how to care for specialty fabrics like mine. The results speak for itself. It has been restored to original color and texture. No stains after drying. He didnt soak the fabric and/or suck it dry (which would have damaged my fabric), but used a 3-step method to loosen the dust first and then to clean with a light solution. Phenomenal work. Thank you Coit!

Raul Ramirez came out to clean my outdoor sofa and chair cushions. He was on time, very professional, and kind enough to clean the accent pillows for free. I appreciate that he took his time and answered my questions. I would definitely request for Raul to come out the next time I hire Coit to clean my upholstery.

On 12/5/2019 I contacted Coit for cleaning of a single sofa, love seat, and a three piece sofa all microfiber with leather like trimming. I was told to take pictures and send to them, which I did. Was called back after they reviewed the pictures with a price of $188.00 which I was told was after a 25% discount. Technician arrived on 12/9.2019 wrote up bill for $240.00. After questioning him he called a female who told me the person who gave me the price was in training. I told her I was asked for pictures which was sent and then given a price. She refused to honor the original price and so did not use their service. My husband called ask for the supervisor and was told we had asked the technician to leave; she was told that they would not honor the original price. She did not try to correct the problem. NEVER AGAIN WILL I CALL THEIR PHONE NUMBER. NEVER. BEWARE

Luis and Fernando did a fantastic job with my grout cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Also very polite!

Robert came to perform the cleaning of the AC Conducts. He called me 20 minutes before to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time.After placing equipment he took the time to inspect each conduct, and informed me the status of each. I asked him many questions on how to keep them clean, how to improve the weird smell in the apt, etc. He was very thorough, informative, provide with pros and cons for me to make the best decision, he was very careful during the cleaning, after he swept the floors. (Really, very minimum dust) Provided the receipt, I did the payment etc.Overall very happy and pleased with his TOP QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Highly recommend Robert and the company COIT.

Coit was highly recommended so we had them come out and clean our entire office suite carpet. They did a great job and we are very satisfied.

Technician showed up later than the guaranteed 2 hour window. Twice I asked for a morning appointment, twice they gave me a 2 hour window involving 3PM. No contact regarding tardiness. Technician was friendly and professional. I thought their pricing estimate was a tad steep but I agreed considering the scope of the job. Then I realized that the price ($415.00) was steep after the technician was finished in less than an hour for 15 ft of sectional sofa, love seat, 2 person ottoman, full size recliner and 7 counter stools with upholstered seats and backs. How thorough was the cleaning ... I dunno. I recently had new hurricane windows and doors installed which created a construction dust tsunami and when the technician finished he showed me the collection container and it had zero dirt in it. I was expecting a shampooing, deodorizing and vacuuming not just a go-over with a damp dog cleaning mitt and vacuum. Would I use them again? That would depend on a flip of a coin

She help me figure out how much I would be charged, and set up an appointment right away. My technician Angel was courteous, polite, and very efficient! Customer Service very patient with allowing me to reschedule a few times and worked with me on the time of the service. The quote was significantly lower than others and the pro was did the work, was just that a real PRO. Major mold throughout the system, he killed it and cleaned thoroughly and left no odors, toxic or otherwise. We returned to the house, aired it out for an hour and turned the AC back. Excellent service, highly recommend PK Miami.
