I truly hope that the people that own Sams know what a treasure they have in their employees. Especially Misty she is the lady that gathers up many of the curbside pick up orders. She is always ready to go the extra mile if you can not find an item you need. She really is great!

Ive been a Sams Club member for some time now and I am starting to feel like Sams must think their members are dumber than a bag of rocks. Recently, everything I purchased is noticeably smaller portion wise but I am paying the same price as before. I shop at Sams at least 2x a month and Ive noticed a price increase on some food items which I can understand because of Covid19 but other items arent noticeable until I open the packaging.

I had a simple car battery purchase today and was very pleased with the service tech Sebastian. I had trouble getting it installed so returned - Sebastian was right on it helping me get the job done. He was a nice man and very professional.

Members beware!!!!! I got a membership last year and lo and behold it is auto-renewing. I know some people think that is not a big deal but I did not sign up for auto renew. So whoever signed me up took it upon themself to check that box. Sams Club you need to educate your members more and do not Auto renew members as a default.

Wow! So THIS is what Sams Club is supposed to be like? Customer service, GREAT! The employees are ALL either paid actors or they really are appreciative of their members. Products IN Stock? YES! Better than others prices? SURPRISINGLY, YES! Clean? Yes! Parking was easier, and clean too, even on a friday.Why are ALL sams clubs not like this?? Seriously, Fort Collins Sams Club is a shining example of what sams club USED to be!!

Terrible experience here at this Sams Club in Fort Collins. I visited on Tuesday August 3rd around 12:30PM and have a membership as well as a gift card I was wanting to use. The lady at the register was extremely rude when I was trying to use the gift card. She had to call the manager in to figure out how to ring it in. The manager was questioning where I got the gift card and how much money was on it. If you are going to sell gift cards your staff and management needs to understand how to use them.

Very nice, $45 membership with a $45 gift card. They have pretty much everything and you dont have to put up with the Costco crowds.And how do you beat a buck fifty hot dog and drink combo for dinner.

Great meat selection! Awesome choices for canned and other dry food. Fruit is delicious! Clothes are nice.

We enjoy stocking up on all of our favorite snacks & necessities. And looking for new finds. Unfortunately, my son & husband could not find shorts or pants in their size 😕

The service desk quickly replaced my member card. Everything was in stock and a good selection. Self checkout was very fast with virtually no waiting.

Sams is Sams. Its just the same old same old, but in spite of their issues, they generally managed to keep in stock what my wife and I need. Ive been using them more and more for online ordering and find that its much preferable in many cases, especially from me, to have my stuff delivered, for free.

Plus Members hours are 8-10 am so is nice to get in early. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They have some new cashews that are delicious!

Great liquor store with fabulous prices outside of club. You dont have to be a member to purchase. The Sams club is nice, clean, and has a good selection.

We did drive up and pick up via internet order. They did a terrific job. Order was very correct. Quick service.

I love coming to this particular sams club! I was there right near close and made a last minute decision to buy a deep freezer. Everyone was so helpful and kind! I love Sams! My only complaint ever is that I wish they had more ethnic food items. The employees are always nice, I do wish they were more informed of their inventory. All in all, I will never live without a Sams club membership!

My husbands family has had a family owned business for 60+ years and have had a business membership here for 20+ years, always with business accounts you get the perk of shipping early, also with my being an EMT/Healthcare I am given the same perk. We were there yesterday at 9:52 (doors say open at 9) but some gentlemen, nope, man came up harassing us for not having a credit card with them and how we can’t be in there until they open, he claimed the rules changed. He said he would let it slide this once... we had already paid and were leaving while he was like 2 feet in front of us and extremely threatening! We are on my husbands family plan so it’s pretty simple to just buy our membership at Costco! It’s even closer to our home, don’t need some creeper guy yelling and talking down to us! Not interested!

I tried ordering pizza from the food court. I called like 4 times and waited for like 5 minutes, they never picked up. 👎

Great place, just ask for a cashier to get some actual service, with these covid restrictions, it makes it hard on all of us at one time or another, just have patience and help with the common sense issues of todays youngsters, and youll be happy.

Was good except we got the $100 membership and was told we would get money off on a cake, batteries, and croissants but at the register did not. But was given a $10 gift card. But feel they should be better informed on the perks!

So ever since covid they have moved to people shaking you down trying to sell you stuff at the entrance. Today they were trying to upsell me on my membership and credit cards and the person at the exit makes me feel like a criminal as she scans just about everything in my cart to make sure it matches my receipt. Probably switching to Costco when this membership expires. Its been good being a Sams customer for over 20 years to get squeezed out because of your new business model.

It is the third time I drove 20 minutes to get there, and the cafe is closed because they dont feel good enough to open it !!!!! and they did not mention it on their website !!!! frustrating and annoying

This Sams is pretty typical compared to other Sam’s. We have actually been greeted here very politely as we walked in. We have been looking for a small, pre-lit Cmas tree for our front porch. See picture below of what they have to offer for the season. And pick up a roll of their epic wrapping paper — for $9.99 it will last for YEARS and is very durable AND double-sided. Love it.

As i was walking inside the bathroom i had an employee approach me saying carry unpaid items. I had a jacket that had the price on it so he assumed. The sad part about it is that they dont have jackets for sale.... So the employee doesnt only assume somethong to approach me but doesnt know his inventory.

I have had a Sams Club Plus Membership for several years. My only complaint is the lack of quality outdoors clothing options such as tech fleece for women. This location is great but women want ski pants and specialty athletic apparel, too! The guys get all the choices. 😕

Be careful were you leave your carts if the cart return is full. Make sure a employee doesnt see you leave your cart in front of the returned. The employee yelled at me and when I was backing up he pushed my cart into the back of my car and laughed and ran back into the store.

On many days, despite having several registers, they only have enough cashiers to run two.Employees, particularly at the registers and self-check, are under constant pressure from management to sign people up for a Plus Membership or a Sams Club Credit Card, so they will often try to convince you so that management will stop breathing down their necks (according to one I spoke to). It can be very frustrating to be asked every time or by multiple people during one trip, but thankfully this does not always happen and they DO take no for an answer.The Cafe generally has good food and they try to give you quick service. As a result of the pandemic, their soda fountain and ICEE machines are out of commission (like most locations in the area).The bakery has some really good deals and some excellent products. Around Thanksgiving they have the best pumpkin pies Ive ever tasted, and their cookies are perfect.Which manager is there and how much they interact with the employees seems to have an impact on overall shopping experience; on certain days many employees all seem very stressed and can be less enthusiastic and positive when answering questions or helping find something. I am not certain but this appears to vary along with what person is managing up by the registers. Personal observation, take this with a grain of salt.Over the past couple years, they have reorganized and remodeled quite a bit and sometimes they move items or entire categories and it takes time to find where theyve moved to. A lot of these changes appear to be intended to make them more like Costco, eg walk-in coolers to buy milk and eggs.The cart guys in the parking lot are generally very helpful if you need help loading something, but sometimes they are too overwhelmed with carts and cant help, especially if there is only one of them. During very busy days you may have to wait for a cart because the store does not seem to have enough carts to maintain a consistent supply in the entrance area.Sometimes the entrance greeter will ask for a card as you go in the door, sometimes they wont. It depends on who is doing the door greeting. Some of them are very polite and will pull carts out for you and wipe them down, some just stand by the door and look at their phone or chat with coworkers. Most Ive seen in action are somewhere in the middle, but closer to the former than the latter.All in all, good service most of the time and a good place to shop.If you keep in mind that it is smaller than many other Sams Clubs in the region and has understaffing issues, and lower your expectations accordingly, it is a very good experience. If you come in expecting perfection, you will be disappointed.I would say it varies between three stars and five stars trip to trip, which is why I rate it four stars.

Usually a great shopping experience, even though inventory is very very slim. The gas station however is another story. Went to get gas twice and told my card declined, my card being my gas card only had 50 dollars. My car takes only 20 dollars worth so I thought it was fine. They want you to have 300+ dollars if you want gas, I had to push my car to the nearest gas station because of this. I was denied gas for no reason other than they have cheap prices that are only for the rich. Its sad, hope it changes soon or I will switch to Costco.

I worked at this sams club and let me tell you about the 5’ tall miniature manager. My car was stolen and he told me to take the bus home from work at 11pm. Don’t steal from sams club just buy whatever you want, cook the food you want to eat that night, and then return it the next day and say it was disgusting they can’t tell you no. Take advantage of it every chance you get :)

Canceling my membership due to cannot utilize curbside pickup. Every time I order the pickup, the order wasnt ready at the set time. With 5-6 order ahead of me. Wasting of time and gas to go to this club.

We have been shopping at Sams for years. We thought we could save some money purchasing a set of ties there. Now I can only say that we have had all the service required at the store. Pressure checked and adjusted, rotations and repairs. When we purchased the tires the installer broke one of the TPMS sensors and they refused to replace it and informed me that if I got a new one they would install it for free, yea the TPMS light never turned off after the sensor was replaced. We took it to the Honda dealership and they did the work for free and the light went off. This last time we went in for a rotation and was informed that on a set of 60k mile tires they neede replaced, and after only 22k miles. We were then informed that the warranty has been denied because the tires were wearing unevenly. Then further told that they were overinflated. Um, what?! You have been the only ones besides the dealership to work on these tires. And with that I strongly suggest you do not purchase tires at sam’s club!!!!!!!

Its Sams club. They are always out or dont carry pork steak anymore. Did not see them cleaning the self check out at all. They were more interested in talking to each other.

Did not appreciate the way your store manager approached me, or his manner of individually confronting customers about Misdemeanor Offense for not wearing face masks. Signage is appropriate.....having an individual come into your personal space to try to enforce an unconstitutional act, while they physically touch everything around them with their hands.............His threatening mannerism made a tense situation much more so.I promise I will not be back to support this store anymore.

Very efficient, staff helpful, store well stocked, and the best part is being able to scan and pay with the app, no checkout lines whoo hoo. Online inventory was inaccurate; said they didnt have paper towel but when I got to the store they had stacks of it ... Thats understandable considering the current circumstances.

12:45 pm today.We were trying to buy water, and this lady told us we can only buy 2 cases of water, I understand the reason but when I asked why, she simply said “two, period.”

6 months into a pandemic and Sams is still struggling to get their supply chain figured out.Hit and miss on a lot of stuff. Not worth going in half the time these days.

This Sams is big, its clean, always well stocked. The lines are never long. The staff is helpful, cheerful and efficient. Theres plenty of parking. If I dont find what in looking for they usually get it in for next time. Shopping here its always a pleasure.

Its ok. They still dont take cash. They are always out of bathroom paper unless you want Charmin or the individually wrapped cheap rolls in a 120 count box. I HATE being asked to show my Sams card upon entry when you have to have a Sams Card to check out. Then we are forced to show our receipt when leaving. Its ridiculous. Im sure there is a reason they do business the way they do. Just feels a bit insulting.
