A huge shout out to Frontier Access & Mobility Systems for helping my family to get into this handicapped van after our one completely died on the highway in Denver traffic.They help us get our son this van and worked with the right bank for financing and really caring about our son. They went out of their way to help us out. Purchasing a handicap accessible vehicle is a whole different ball game than purchasing a regular vehicle.If anyone need this type of help, please consider them. They really do care!

I have had many interactions with multiple departments for my many issues! I always find them helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done and done correctly. I reside in a power wheelchair and have had issues with my chair, my car and my platform lift that are just normal with daily use and age of the equipment. Frontier access has been able to correct any problems and in a very timely manner. You are in good hands when you work with this company. Highly recommend!

I cannot express adequately how fantastic my experience has been with Frontier Access and Mobility. I purchased a conversion van from them and from beginning to end the customer service I received from Michelle and her team was excellent. At every turn she made the process smooth and went to bat for me when dealing with the lending and licensing company. I so appreciate her advocating for me.

Excellent People

Horrible people work here. They are racist towards minorities. I live directly behind this business and I have experienced the managers racism directly. I wouldnt even give 1 star, but in order to Express my experience I had to check 1. Bad business

After a competitor completely messed up the installation of our Bruno chair causing the wiring assembly to be crushed and broken a couple days before Christmas, the folks at Frontier bailed us out with both a temporary followed by a permanent fix to the problem. Chris was super and obviously knew how to deal with this equipment. When you count on something like an electric chair in your vehicle to transport your loved one, it is really a dire situation when it doesnt work. The team in Cheyenne was so generous to help us over the holiday weekend and we are SO grateful. Thank you Frontier.
