I had a great experience at the Fort Collins location with Courtney. Online booking was a breeze, I went in for an arm wax and it took less than 15 minutes which was great. Although it was fast, it was very thorough. Courtney was so friendly and personable, as well as being clean and professional. I will definitely be back!

I made an appointment that needed to be verified, I hadnt verified it yet and still got chargered when I didnt show up. Why did I have to pay for an appointment the didnt even verify? I basically paid you for nothing. And now that little bit of extra cash I discovered I did have, is gone because you guys charged me. So here I am with an appointment that wasnt even finished and no gas to get to work and I still had to pay you. There was nothing that said Id be charged for not showing up either so I feel kinda stolen from and lied to.

Well, this is definitely my new go-to spot! All staff were amazing and helpful, and Morgan did an absolutely wonderful job with my wax! Professional, clean, and comfortable (at least as comfortable as a wax can be 😉). Thanks for an awesome experience, looking forward to going back!

Tried them out because I had a coupon... WORST. WAX. EVER. They were not thorough at all - I still had to pluck in many places afterwards. Really disappointing since I was leaving in vacation the next day and couldnt get it touched up... It was patchy they should be doing a thorough enough job you dont need a touchp -, but it must be common since they have a sign about it in their rooms. I really questioned their cleanliness too as I was rashy for a week afterwards and Ive never had that happen. No pre/post wax instructions/warnings which would be important if I had never waxed before. Coupon wasnt applied, but I was told I could use it next time I came in - not coming again though. Itd be a waste. I called about it and my phone call wasnt returned. I really hate leaving bad reviews - rarely do. But their a place was an overall terrible experience. She She Beauty Lounge is much better - environment, Estheticians, overall quality....I shouldnt have tried to save a buck.

Went in for a Brazilian, no wait, and I was done within 10 minutes. Professional, friendly, and decently priced. The woman who waxed me was super sweet, made me feel comfortable, and told me lots of info during the wax. For my first wax it was not nearly as painful as I anticipated. I will be back next week for my free touch up, and then again in a month or so when I need it. Would highly recommend!

Went in at 630pm on a Thursday, 30 minutes before they closed and they were no longer taking customers... that’s strange. People have jobs and you have the hours you’re open posted on the door. You’re open til 7pm! Won’t be back again. Hire enough staff to accommodate CUSTOMERS that pay to keep your doors open.

I love how quickly I can get in here! I walk in and am seen immediately. The staff is always so pleasant. I dont think I would ever have a bikini wax done here though because the rooms and tables are not clean. I hate laying down on them with my clothes on for an eyebrow wax so definitely would not undress and lay on them. I appreciate that they do free touchups, there have been a couple times I could have utilized that for missed hairs but I wax so frequently that I dont. But I feel its wonderful they offer that.

They do a decent job and are cheap, but Ive never been to a place with so many inept and rude workers. I guess you get what you pay for, but the customer service is awful. I have been probably 6 times, so it is really more of a culture thing than just one person. But I keep coming thats because they are fine for a cheap eyebrow wax too. And a convenient location. Just be warned.

After trying many waxing places, now i have selected wax factory as my best companion while it comes to get that beautiful hairless smooth feeling. The best part is girls here are so friendly and perform their job flawlessly. Trust me, try the Wax Factory. Every one of the girls is super friendly and nice - seriously, you leave a 15min appointment thinking you just made new friends! They clearly have a method to how they do things and how to make it as easy of an experience as possible and they teach every new person that method so its consistent and youre not feeling like you need to make up an excuse to get out of there when you figure out who is doing your wax that day. NOPE! Ive been going to Wax Factory since July and havent had an issue, Ive actually had good experiences until yesterday. All the girls who work there are super nice, however after my wax yesterday I realized some of my skin was ripped off. I honestly felt bad calling the manager, because I really do like the girl who did my wax, however the manager basically blamed my pregnancy saying that this can happen as you get further along in pregnancy and said she would put a note in my account to use sensitive wax - sorry, but this is not my first time being waxed during pregnancy and I think the waxer was just in a rush... not to mention the past two times Ive gotten waxed there theyve USED sensitive wax! So, unless you enjoy paying $50 to get your skin ripped off, leading to days of burning, bleeding, and potential infection, I would avoid the Wax Factory!

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Wax factory. End up with a burned tight and taches of hair throughout. On top of that payed £35 for it - more expensive than I pay in England! I recommend you to stay out of it!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I have to warn you all.. I went to get my eyebrows done and the skin under my eyebrows was literally ripped off! It was the first time I had gotten my brows done so I honestly thought it was normal until I saw my friends who were shocked! When I got in the car they started to bleed and I had scabs under my eyebrows for about a week.

I have been here twice now, and both times it was great! Friendly, fast, and I love how my eyebrows look after every visit. Thank you Wax Factory! ^_^

When I couldnt get into Waxing the City, I decided to try The Wax Factory. I was expecting the experience to be similar to WTC and it was anything but! From the demeanor of the receptionist, to the frantic sense of urgency of the actual waxer, it left a lot to be desired.At WTC the rooms are private and sophisticated, meaning the walls go all the way to ceiling (so you dont feel like youre intruding on the person next door), they are tastefully decorated and obviously clean. At TWF you feel like youre in a teenagers bedroom, complete with the chalk board wall where you can leave a message! Rock on!A WTC its not awkward, despite having someone ripping the hair out of your ladies bits, and conversation is easy and not forced. At TWF, the waxer came roaring into the room and practically shouted WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING. She didnt so much as ask my name and had horrible conversation skills. The waxer in the next room wasnt any better. Her client was in town because her daughter was in the hospital. Its ridiculous that I even know that and I doubt the woman wanted to share, but clearly felt she couldnt escape the question.I will say this, TWF was fast. I was in and out in under 7 minutes. However, I left with residual wax everywhere and today I can barely sit down because my first layer of skin was literally ripped off with her fast and furious technique.Those who feel this place is great and worthy of 5 stars have never had a good, professional, waxing experience. You should try Waxing the City; youll be amazed!
