We had a WW2 photo of my grandfather, a pic of my grandmother along with their wedding picture redone. The photos were very old, crumbling and had missing pieces. They were able to clean up the pictures and fill in the missing pieces, the pictures ended up looking amazing. The customer service was absolutely wonderful. They treated our fragile pictures with care and respect. We have more old photos that well be taking in to be redone. Thank you for helping us preserve our family photos that are going to be passed down to their great grandchildren.

Marsha was great. We had slides from 1960’ish that I wanted to preserve digitally. I dwant willing to risk mailing them off to have it done. Gave LAL a try in transferring super 8 to flash. Satisfactory results. Requested reproduction of professional brown sepia portrait from 1961. First attempt produced copy remenisant of my last visit to kinkos. Attendant was very happy to make second attempt. It was better but nothing like the original. Causation atributed to inability of program to convert in its own way. My reproduction ended up gray. Not what I had expected in terms of scope of work. Very nice staff.

What was suppose to be a wonderful memory making experience, turned into a nightmare. I dropped off a box of videos and my camera (that had a stuck video in it). We asked how much it would cost hoping to spend around $800. She said she could not tell us by just looking at the box. two weeks later we got a bill of $2,300. I couldnt believe it. She told me that she didnt know I had a budget... told us that she COULD have given us an estimate before they started but I didnt ask. I had no choice but to pay, she had all of my things. Then I find out that she had thrown the video camera away because it no longer worked. Thats the kind of service you will get.

We recently received 4 eight track tapes that contained voices and music from deceased family members. Leave A Legacy was able to capture the entire tape with great success. We felt like they really cared about the content and went the extra mile to make sure the transfer to CD was complete and decently audible. We highly recommend their services.

My grandparents would’ve celebrated 66 years of marriage this year, but my grandma passed away suddenly back in June. For their anniversary, I had a few photos from their wedding day digitally enhanced and colored to give to my grandpa (and my dad) to keep my grandma’s memory alive. When my grandpa opened them up, he got tears in his eyes and said, “This is the best gift anyone has ever given me.” They were together for over 70 years and when you talk to him now, he just seems a little unsure and lost when he holds conversation. But pictures like this speak a thousand words and I was so overcome with joy when he brightened up like a Christmas tree, reliving his wedding day as if it was yesterday. Leave a Legacy is the best! I recently brought in a 23 year old cassette tape to be converted to CD/MP3. The staff was professional and always nice. My finished product was converted two days earlier than expected. Most importantly, my original cassette tape was intact and the audio quality of the new CD/MP3 was perfect. They have been more than helpful on several occasions. The first was in putting a slide presentation of photos, with specific music, together for my Moms funeral service. With little time, during a difficult time, they went above and beyond in what turned out to be a beautiful presentation. Next were the boxes of 8mm tape we gave them, which went from birth and covered several decades of our children as they grew up. They successfully transferred all those memories to multiple external hard drives, putting them in chronological order, so each one of us could have a copy. Working directly with Marsha, the owner, she made sure it was completed in time for Christmas and that it was affordable! Im so glad we did not trust this important task to a mail in service, and used Leave A Legacy!

What a joke. I paid to have videos digitized and ensured that the company knew exactly what was needed along with the short turnaround time. They promised that it wouldnt be an issue at all. I picked up the videos to put together tonight for a funeral tomorrow, and its just audio.
