Lumber Jack and Jill Tree ServiceBe careful of their “proposal.” They proposed to charge me $315.00 for a service. They repeated several times in the proposal that “the tree is not likely to recover” from their service. In no part of the proposal could one find an offer for a refund if their skill level did not produce the desired result. In no place did they acknowledge that moving ahead with such a dire result in the offing should not be pursued. In no place did they offer to share in the price of their lack of skill or responsibility. However, they are clearly set up to take your money for their proposal.In addition, although a more minor problem: they don’t answer their phone and they don’t respond to emails, even though they have a phone number and an email address.They will call you, however, if they think you will bite at their “proposal.” Be careful.

Very professional and skilled at what they do! Quick, efficient and they cleaned up so well that after they left, you wouldnt know that they had been there...except for the tree missing! Definitely will do business again when needed.

A huge tree limb fell on my car during this last storm and they were able to come and remove it the very same day. They made me feel comfortable and I felt that they were very professional and competent!!

Good price for stump removal and high limbs on the tree along the street. Super quick. But needed to pay with a check. I understand overhead for credit card, but how many checks do I write a year now?

We needed a stump ground out in our yard to accommodate the planting of a new tree and we waited until kind of the last minute to call landscaping companies for estimates. Lumber Jack and Jill was great, they set everything up to ensure wed have an estimate and locates done in time. Then when the weather forecast called for snow on the day they were originally scheduled to come out to do the work they ended up rearranging schedules to come out early. The crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job, left the yard really clean and looking good! We ended up being able to get everything done in time for our new trees and are really appreciative of everything that Lumber Jack and Jill did to make it happen! Price was also very reasonable when compared with what it would have cost (rental+ time) to do it ourselves.

Lumber Jack & Jill removed a very tall, inosculation (double trunk) Silver Maple down to a stump and raised the canopy of a Blue Spruce.Janis was great to work with to set up the free estimate, schedule the work, and deal with the paperwork involved. She was great to talk with and very prompt with replies.Jack, Jeremy, Lane, and Taylor did wonderful work on the trees. They were all very friendly, worked hard, communicated well with me, did the job safely and quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly. I asked for the Maple trunk to be cut to a certain height and they did so well and asked me if it was okay or would like them to make any changes. The Spruce canopy was lifted so that it would not lean on a fence or block cars from parking when branches are weighted down with snow. They also removed dead branches and the Spruce looks much better now and can be parked under.I highly recommend Lumber Jack & Jill and would use them again.

Lumber Jack and Jill LLC was one of three companies I asked to bid on removing three large trees from my yard. They weret the lowest cost but their professional service from start to finish proved my decision was right on! On-time, on-budget, complete, professional, great team, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it!

Three terrific young men from Lumber Jack & Jill (Jack, Taylor, & Jeremy) worked their tree cutting magic on my huge old cottonwood tree. Several dead branches were worrisome, and it just didnt look very happy. The three guys were very conscientious about trimming to my specifications, and they took care when passing through my property to reach the tree. Great job cleaning up when done, and Janis was so helpful regarding scheduling the appointments for the estimate and actually trimming. Very happy with their work, and would definitely use their services again.

This is a great company. Everything we experienced from making the appointment for the quote, through the actual day of the job was handled professionally and with great customer service. They never left us hanging (like two other local companies) their bid was hundreds less and we got our gutters cleaned as well. I highly recommend them. Will definitely use Jack & Jill again!

Called a tree service and didnt get a response, Lumber Jack and Jill answered the call and came out within a few days. Very professional, fast and did a great clean up. Price is very reasonable and the main office was very friendly and detailed. Great service all around

I had the unpleasant experience of crossing paths with one of their employees on my way to work this morning. He appears to suffer from road rage; he was driving erratically, and purposely held up traffic. I certainly would not invite the man who nearly ran me off the road this morning to my property for ANY reason. I feel this is a poor reflection of their company which is unfortunate for a local business. Maybe they should be more aware of their company logos while yelling, hand gesturing, and driving erratically.

After a slight confusion on time, these gentleman did an amazing job on my trees. The event cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

Did a great job taking down my Ash tree. They cleaned up everything well and stacked the wood for me to burn.

Was extremely frustrated when they cut our neighbors trees and left many branches in our yard....didnt even attempt to clean them from our yard!
