I live next door to the lot where they store equipment. They spray herbicides to keep weeds down in there parking area. For the last 4 years they have sprayed into our field and allow drift into my property. I have submitted complaints to the Colorado department of agriculture concerning this problem. Todate nothing has been done. Hundreds of gallons of glyphsate have been sprayed which goes directly into our water table, by employees who are not trained to handle toxic chemicals. After reading other reviews, i think it is time for a change in mangement.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The organization is operating in the Dark Ages.
While Kellies 1 star review may seem a bit harsh just for not having an online payment method, the fact is they dont. They dont even seem to have a web presence. Thus, they probably will not even see this review. Chances are you are only reading this because, like me, you went searching for information (bill pay, account info, what is the utility they provide, etc.) and all you found was this Google profile...Update: While my earlier comments still stand, I have been able to get bills paid effectively. And they do what they do! All our waste goes down.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They really need to invest in customer service. There is no website or direct phone number to speak to with someone about your account. Businesses that hide their contact information from customers is always a bad sign. When I call the main phone number I receive a recording to select CHS or CD Fastners. When I select CHS, an extension is requested...I am unable to find an extension - how do I talk with someone in the office? If there was another option for this service I would use it. I am very dissatisfied.
I recently dropped off a payment into their “secured mail box” in front of the building. When I noticed a few days later the payment hadn’t been posted to my checking account I called them and told them I had dropped it off. They looked for it and but couldn’t find it and suggested that I do a stop payment on it. The person I spoke with there rudely told me that it was probably between the seats in my car eventhough my husband was also in the car with me that day and saw me drop thevpayment into the “secured mail box”. At the time I told them I was going to reduce my payment by the cost of the bank’s stop payment charge which I did. I noticed today that they are continuing to deny they lost my payment by including the charge in the current payment. I have been a customer with this utility for the last nineteen years without incident. Considering contacting the PUC or BBB just based on principal.
Fantastic customer service! Always!
This company provides a public utility, but yet you cannot pay your bill online, you either need to write them a check or bring cash to their place of business. Its ridiculous in 2018.
