Orkin has been our pest control service for three years and have always been very effective and professional. Matt is very thorough. We never have problems after his visit. We recommend Orkin to everyone.

Calling and setting up an appointment was very easy and the services were fully walked through over the phone with an explanation of future expectation. The gentleman who came to do the service was able to get out to our house two days after I set up the appointment (very fast!!) and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! We learned a lot about the species present in our home, where and how they were coming in, and what we can do to prevent future visits from pests. All in all a great service, a great deal, and 100% recommended.

Service was good, communication was very bad. Had asked last Thursday not to be here till close to 2:00 pm, service man showed up at 12;00. I had questions for him and he was here and gone before I got home. Russ told me he had just got his messages from late last week. Now he’s making another trip to Wiggins to look at my problem. Really disappointed in communication between office and service providers.

Huge nest under a platform that we were not able to access. Carl came with his wasp busters equipment and took the nest out. Amazing!

My Orkin technician, Mike, is AWESOME! He is always on time, friendly, and caring. He takes the time to check-in with me and discuss any issue i have.I have a very old house and was having a ton of issues with bugs, so i signed up for the maintenance program in which Mike comes out every-other-month, sprays inside and out (as necessary), and checks all the sticky traps. It is very affordable and definitely $ will spent... after the first visit, the only bugs I’ve seen are dead ones😉

The tech sent out to my house was literally one of the best people me and my family have ever met. He was very professional but also very nice to me and my family. He worked his butt off and literally stayed until 8:30 at night so he could complete the job for us. It was a great experience and just because of that guy alone we decided to get more services. I hope Orkin reads this and recognizes him as a great employee. Good people and good employees are hard to find!

I have Orkin come once a quarter to spray my basement, garage, and around the outside of the house for spiders and crickets. After a new housing development went in nearby I started having them out mouse traps out too since my cat found one. I appreciate that they listen to what I say has been a problem lately and adjust their treatment on the spot. For instance, the last 2 weeks I’ve had a bunch of crickets get in my basement and a few in the garage, so they added a treatment for them to the usual routine.

Matt has been treating our home for a while now. He’s always on time, answers any and all questions we have, explaining what he’s doing and how it works and is very respectful, as well as professional! Orkin has helped us tremendously and we would definitely recommend them as well as Matt specifically to help with any pest issues!

Couldnt kill a tiny bug on my own, couldnt even identify what it was. Michael came and informed me they are springtails; and theyre resilient to chemicals. Sprayed basement for standard bugs, and laid out glue boards to collect the springtails. Gave me pointers to follow to reduce the problem-basically remove all moisture, thay love moisture.

I called because I found a mouse in my house the night before. They came out the same day and even made it an hour earlier than scheduled. Very helpful and professional. They explained everything very thoroughly.

Carl was very nice and went through each of our rooms - upstairs and downstairs. He also went around the perimeter of our home :) He set traps and rebated everything. Thank you.

Michael was the gentleman that came out to my home that we had just bought. We put our traps down and just werent able to catch the mice that have been living there since before we bought the home. We definitely didnt know they were there, ugh. When Michael came out he made sure that I understood it was an agreement and not a contract that I was signing up for. I showed him everything we had set and sealed up ourselves. He said we did good but they might be coming in from other areas. He explained what he was going to put down and that if the trap goes off we can throw them away if a mouse gets stuck. Which is nice to know so they dont start stinking. After he showed me all the traps he got right to work and only was there for an hour at most for start to finish. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the communication from the office. I had my appointment told to me and not called or texted to ask if the date offered would work. I wasnt able to be available the date they scheduled me. I called and got a new date and time set up. My time was for 10-12. However every text and email I was getting was saying a time of 12-6 and 12-2. Every time I called I got asked what time it was suppose to be set for. Then was put on hold for what felt like forever. They finally saw that it was suppose to be set for 10-12 and put a note in. Michael saw that note and called me to say he was going to come to me before the other 12 appointment so I can get to my doctors appointment. If it wasnt for Michael, I dont know if I would have left a better review. I will definitely ask for him everytime.

Virtually free of bugs and rodents. I love my technician. He is always on time, very professional and respectful of my property and kids, and very through. I would highly recommend them!!! Great service, great price, and best of of all of these, great results!!! No more bugs, spiders, or rodents. Pet and kid friendly treatment, si no worries about that either. Best decision i ever mad to keep my house free of pests.

Been fighting a horrible infestation of mites / fleas after some Starling birds built nests on my eaves, and some were resourceful enough to make holes from the eaves into my attic. Id hear noises in my attic and didnt know what they were. The bites I felt were sharp stings, mostly on my feet. Unfortunately, these types of birds are a nuisance, refusing to leave and have rebuilt nests, so Id have a nest removed, Orkin would treat the house, then the birds would pick another spot to rebuild. The cycle would repeat itself, which was all very frustrating, but Orkin has great people that really cared. People from Orkin came out to not only spray, but also took the time to educate me on what needed to be done to stop the infestation from continuing. They even covered some potential entry points with steel wool / foam insulation / and caulking, to protect my home, my family and myself. This experience has been horrible, but Orkin has knowledgeable professionals, they knew exactly what to do. Even if it sounds corny, I felt like they were the Sheriff riding into town to save my home from being broken into by bad guys. Now have a regular maintenance contract with them, to continue to eradicate any remaining bugs in my home. I couldnt have figured out what was happening to my home and to our family, on my own. They showed no fear when entering my home. God bless these brave people at Orkin!

We have used Orkin for pest control over the years.Our regular technician Pete is just fantastic and all interactions we have had with the local Fort Collins office have been professional and easy to navigate.They really do seem to care, the services provided are effective and the people are exceptional.

We had an appointment between 12:00 and 2:00. I had someone at the house and they didn’t show up. At 3:00 I got a call and they said they would be there at 4:00. I sent something be to our house. They were at the house for just a few minutes and left. I was charged $270 for a few minutes. I was told over the phone that they would go the the house and find where the mice were entering and they would block the access to keep mice from entering the house. They just put a few mice traps out and left. We’ll see what happens from here.

I called orkin on Thursday, salesman came out the same day, technician came out the next day. Im very impressed with the turn around time of service. This is after working with a different company that scheduled me 2 weeks after the the salesman came out and then their tech quit so they rescheduled me for 2 weeks after that. This is when I canceled my service to go with orkin and Im happy so far.
