It was great to get out and do some bowling with the family. This alley is much as I expected. Everything was clean and didnt have the greasy feeling I often experience at bowling alleys. We were able to find balls that worked for everyone in our group. The scoring system was pretty easy to use and had really run animations for the kids. In the end the rating comes down to fact that we had a great time.

Grandsons birthday today. So Ordered 2 cheeseburgers two fries two drinks. He hit me with the price. $52.50 shay shrikes can you can make up for Covid. Hey crooks we won’t ever come back.

Today was a father and sons day. We did bowling, played video games and had a fun time. Place was clean and staff was really polite. A lot of positive vibes at this place. Thank you for making this place welcoming.

This is a super fun bowling alley that also has a bunch of different arcade games to choose from and a laser tag area. I only got to do bowling but I had a fun time and it was a very clean tidy location with a bar as well as a restaurant so that you can enjoy delicious food and drink while on a date or hanging out with friends!

Had a young child learning to bowl without a ramp and got her ball stuck in the gutter twice, and one of the employees was very helpful to run down between the lanes both times without any complaints. Ordered some bar-type appetizers and the were good.

Kids had fun, but they overcharged us for our drinks.Sad dayThey also made us tip them for signing up for a lane. I like helping people, but that was a bit excessive.RESPONSE:I always tip, but I prefer to have the option. I dont appreciate being told I must do something.Plus, we paid for extra drinks we didnt receive. That is extra revenue coming in for you. =)

Timmi is the absolute best ever, she made our friends birthday the best ever!! We have never laughed so hard and want to go back all of the time because of her, my daughter came home tonight with the biggest smile on her face talking about how much fun she had bowling, I asked her if Timmi was the one helping her and she said yes and that she wants to go back all of the time because of her haha. Even if you don’t like bowling and laser tag, just being around Timmi is all the fun you need

It was my bday on 10/26/2020 and we went to chippers for bowling originally then later found out from a worker there Timi that there was laser tag! I didnt even know there was laser tag. Timi was extremely accommodating and the onion rings were delicious!

My friends and I came here for some fun one evening and Tim made our experience unforgettable. She is outstanding at her job at creating a fun family friendly environment for everyone. Got a Groupon for this place to take my 9 y/o nephew & 15 y/o brother for some bonding time. We had a blast! The lanes and bowling balls were clean, the staff was all very friendly! Their pizza is actually quite tasty! My brother commented that the crust was great and I have to agree. They had a nice selection of beers on tap, for those of us old enough to appreciate it. Overall, we had a super fun time. 10/10 would return, even without the Groupon deal.

I was visiting the area with family and needed a weekend activity. Was a pit pricey but otherwise a great time. Nice staff, clean facility. Small bar and concession area. Also in the building, laser tag and a coin arcade. Family approved fun.

Amazing experience! The staff really made the experience for us. We bowled for multiple hours and there was a time period it got super busy. The staff still all talked to us with a smile and our food we ordered was still delivered smoking hot. We are moving here from the vail valley and cant wait to come here more often! Nick was insanely helpful throughout our whole experience and Solyn was awesome as well! Cant wait to come back!

Just got done finished bowling at this location this bowling center takes care of the lanes and its customer service is amazing. I ordered a pizza and it kept getting burned which happens Im totally cool with but the lady felt so bad that she ended up giving us three free passes to come back in and bowl which I thought was amazing and beyond my expectations and they brought out the pizza and it was cooked perfectly tasted amazing. I used to bolt this center years ago and its nice to know that they keep the lanes in good condition and with covid-19 going on your safety and the safety of others is still a high priority for them which is amazing definitely will be back thanks Chippers Lanes.

Employees very nice, but it is old and the lanes need to be refinished - they werent slippery at all and it was difficult to bowl.

We went to Chipper Saturday afternoon to bowl with another couple. I can say we had a blast and the Chippers staff took great care of us! Becca, our lane host, was so fun and accommodating! She made sure we had a great selection of bowling balls and handled all of the food and drinks. I was very impressed with the covid protocols and sanitation processes in place. We cant wait to return!

Great job with CDC guidelines... felt very safe! Service was good. Lanes were oiled 100% which isnt good for a serious bowler. But really cant complain, Im happy to be out n about!

My family always has the best time here. Our last visit was by far the best. I truly appreciate the woman who was in charge if the arcade games and laser tag. Called Saturday for unlimited bowling was told by the front that we could 2 lanes and have 3 people each on them. We end up getting to the lanes and then they said 4 per lane so we ended up not doing unlimited. Then next order food got a pitcher of doctor pepper and some food brings the food out before pitched I remind them said she would go get it and proceeded to go over to the counter and start talking to all of her do workers and sit on her phone and then we asked another girl and she did it

The rating has nothing against Nick the front desk guy, but the overly charged prices. We went to unlimited bowling for 4 people. At the prices per person its suppose to be $9 dollars. We ordered food which was for 4 people and 2 people needed shoes. I dont get how all that was over $100 dollars. The meals were over priced for the product quality and I dont see how $4 dollar shoe rentals are a fair price. The 2 staff that were up front was nice and attentive to everyone, but the food and prices are way to much for the portion and way to much for how the bowling alley looks and the lack of a lot things that dont cost much. We wont be going back because I feel if the prices are high then there should a lot more done to the bowling alley. I been to other places that looked, feel and had more going on and was way cheaper then this place. So sad to see

Reserved a lane online in advance (recommended!). Very easy process in staying socially distant, as the employees brought everything we needed to our lane and took food orders from the lane as well! And, Kids Bowl Free is the best! I wasnt able to sign up online before we went, but they honored the deal and explained to me how to register for future visits. All-around fun!

My son and I have bowled here several times. The staff are enthusiastic and remember us when we come in! They have closed every other lane now due to COVID but it was slow when we were there on Sunday afternoon so they gave us even more room between groups. The balls had just been disinfected as the finger holes were still wet. They bring your shoes in a bin right to your alley and you leave them there when youre done. Plus, the manager brought us a pitcher of water to enjoy while we bowled. I highly recommend this establishment! Its always a great and fun experience!

My family and I had an awesome time. Staff was extremely friendly. The food we had, for the most part, was pretty good. One of our pizzas didnt seem cooked fully so the dough seemed a little under cooked. Glad to be supporting a locally owned business.

Do not buy there deal from Groupon, they do not honor the deal. You are not able to set a reservation unless you go in and maybe you can get in if theres an open lane I offered to buy a reservation still no. First off, our server Becca was amazing! We could not have asked for a happier or more attentive server. She was amazing!!!!! Thank you Becca. Second off. The bartender Kerry was also amazing! We felt more with Becca when it came to food and bowling and as you can imagine the adults hit the bar, lol. Kerry was fast, polite, professional and very easy to talk to. We will definitely return thanks to those two ladies.

Me and my husband took our three kids here. I dont think its a place to take a one year old but my four year old and three year old had a blast. Overall staff was nice, but there was an older heavy set guy with grey hair who watched us like criminals the entire time. He was very rude and also said mean things to my children. If you are ethnic I would recommend not going here.

We had an okay time the place wasnt that sanatized and clean especially during covid time and staff was friendly but had to many customers apparently for staff because it took forever to get any attention my husband and i were humiliated leaving because we paid the wautress and as we were leaving a man yells hey you didnt pay we turn around see hes talking to us and our 2 small children the place was packed everyone stared at us like we were begger theives and the lady beside him said we did jeez that was embarrassing that was our first time vut we wont be returning

I haven’t even went here yet, and I don’t believe I will because of my “pre-“ experience. I purchased a group package for 6 that was to include shoes and two hour bowling. Additionally my daughter purchased another group package for 4 which included the same. So we have a total of 10 people and the packages have been paid for. I went to the website where it says “due to Covid restrictions walk-ins are not available and a reservation must be made“. So I attempt to make a reservation and it will not let me do it without purchasing it through their website. However, the packages have already been purchased, so I Called and emailed their event manager. I was basically told “too bad”. If I wanted to reserve a lane, I would have to pay full price from their website. Also, the restrictions have been lifted, so currently they are taking walki-ns, but there’s no guarantee they will be taking walki-ns next week? I explained to her that this was not indicated anywhere on the voucher that I purchased, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased it. Again it was “too bad”, and she would update the Groupon to indicate that it is only for walk-in. So basically we have Two packages purchased that we cannot even guarantee we will get to use unless we drive the 30 miles there and “Hope” there is 2 lanes available for 2 hours together. I feel like in this instance, because this information was not available, and exception should’ve been made to allow me to make the reservations. However, it’s just “too bad” that the customer service is not any kind of service for the customer who has already paid.

I was there to pick up wow bao. Which is misrepresented my its menu. It seems to come from an upscale street market when it is in fact a bowling alley consession stand. It was some sort of a mid day bowling league and there were maybe 3 out of 20bpeople wearing masks

Services as advertised, good protections for COVID. We had good clean fun. Felt a little pricey.

So happy that Chippers has opened back up since the crazy pandemic. Our family has been bowling 3 times since theyve reopened and everything is super clean, safe, and fun. Special shout out to Sue for makings sure that things are right, Kerry for taking care of us from the bar when shes not counting inventory :), and Dane for being the friendly face to get us set up. Keep up the good work!

Staff is fine but management needs to rethink their policies. Charging peak pricing for all of winter and spring breaks when it is not even busy. Id understand if it was crazy busy but gouging regulars is awful. Also, they do NOT accept free game cards during these times either.Lastly, they do have a better variety of balls at this one than other locations.

We had a great time bowling and playing laser tag. The laser tag set up was good and the equipment worked well. We had a mix of ages and experience levels and all were able to play together. The staff were friendly.

We had such great fun here. Its your average home town bowling alley and I find that comforting in the bustle of 2020. Its also clean and stocked with a good number of each pound ball.

We had a group of 35 people, coworkers and friends, join for a planned night of bowling. This was our sixth year doing the event at Chippers Horse-tooth and we had another excellent time. They put our lanes on the bar side to make it that much more fun. I worked with Shauna Gray to pre-plan and everything went smoothly. No issues, friendly staff. Shauna is excellent. We will back back again next year for the same event.

It was a very fun experience visiting this location! I brought a group of my cousins ranging in ages to the arcade section, where it was easy and fun to use. The kids had a really good time and were happy with the range of game choices. We also enjoyed a great game of laser tag. The staff of the arcade and laser tag were very accommodating and great with the kids! We have also been here for bowling with family and friends including a wheelchair accessible member, and staff was very friendly and accommodating then as well! Would definitely recommend for a fun and easy going night out !

My friend group and I went on a Saturday night. It wasn’t busy at all. It was $50 for 90 minutes of bowling. So split four ways, with shoes it came out to be about $17 per person. We honestly had a good time and got through one game and we were almost finished with our second game before we ran out of time. Unfortunately this is why I was disappointed with the service, because as I mentioned earlier the bowling alley was not busy at all, in fact almost all the lanes were open and there was no one waiting to bowl. Initially one of the workers offered to extend our game 5 minutes so we could simply finish and see who would have won the last game. However, the manager refused which seemed pretty greedy and just rude. They expected us to pay for an extra time slot to just finish a game that could have been completed in 5 minutes. Had they been extremely busy and people been waiting I would have understood. But like I mentioned almost all of the lanes were open and no one was waiting to play. In my opinion this displayed poor customer service and made it seem like they didn’t care whether their customers enjoyed their experience or not. So we ended up having to leave without being able to finish the last game and while we still had a fun time it could have been that much better if the customer service was better.

Had a blast on my first visit to Chippers Horsetooth Lanes since Ive returned for school this semester. The new Unlimited bowling special starting at 9pm is a steal. The gentleman working the desk, his name was Campbell, has exceptional customer service and is also quite funny. My friends and I will be coming back to bowl, drink, and visit with the staff all semester long! Thanks for the sweet spot Chippers!

Had a family day with my kiddos here and had the BEST time. One of the employees was so amazing it made the evening. I believe her name was Anna. She was so helpful with my younger kids first bowling experience. She helped us get bumpers and even suggested a ball for my oldest (age 8). We will 100% come back!

I had my sons birthday party here, it was the best. The party host Becca was the best! She makes all the kids feel so special and is so patient with all kids. The entire staff are great people and so helpful. The food was wonderful, Halle was in the cafe and the food was so yummy!

My kids bowl in both Junior Leagues at Chippers. They have wonderful coaches to help improve their bowling skills. While enjoying bowling, they are also earning college scholarship money. If you have a child that likes to bowl, Chippers is the place to be!

Carrie is the BEST! I’m visiting from Hawaii, my brother and his roomie are with me and they always come here. They recommended this spot instead of the other one because Carrie is a great barkeep and isn’t just a servicewoman, she’s a damn entertainer! If I lived here I’d be coming here with these clowns! Y’all have a decent selection of brews and a good atmosphere.On the real, I really respect service people that make sure to check in on the clientele. It goes a long way for me, it shows that she’s not here just for a paycheck. She’s here to make me feel welcome and to recommend product for me to try.She’s great, makes this entire establishment better! Bowled here for the first time a few days ago. It was a nice experience. 5 stars for their laser tag as it was really fun. The lady that helped us was awesome as well. Definitely recommend doing the laser tag.

We had a large group here so we reserved some lanes which included shoe rentals and some food. The staff was great to work with and they took care of us. Great place for bowling & arcade. Family friendly - also includes a pool table and bar.

Good bowling alley, but terrible pro shop, they can sell you a ball, but they have no one to drill it. Which is kind of ridiculous, might as well not have a pro shop in the first place.

Fun for the family

In the states visiting some family for a long overdue holiday. Havent been bowling since my favorite alley in Killarney closed a few years back. The lanes were incredibly well maintained and i bowled the best i have bowled in longer than a decade! The young lad working the desk, I believe his name tag read Campbell, was incredibly kind and very professional. When youre here, try the fries! Fantastic! All in all it was a great experience fueled by great staff and falling pins!

We went to the pro shop here. The guy who runs it was the nicest guy. He drilled my new ball. He gave us a great price and did it really quickly, even though he was super busy. He also gave me some really good tips and helped me learn a lot more about the game. I’ll definitely come back just because of him.

The whole team at Chippers was amazing for our event. We set up a staff party at Chippers for about 40 people. Before the event, Shauna was in great communication to help me plan the party and food options. When we got there, everything was ready for us. They got our lane assignments set up fast, and all of the employees helping us were friendly and responsive. I would definitely do an event here again!

Their parking lot is OFF THE CHAIN, NUTS. Me and my girlfriend sat in my car waiting for our stomach pains to go away after eating at the local Chili’s restaurant. I always thought Chili’s was an American classic, but my pancreas says otherwise 🤢. I’m sorry Chippers, but we’ll have to come back another day.

Chippers is a laid back bowling center with lazer tag and a small arcade. The staff there is always courteous. I would recommend this place for recreational bowlers on the weekends.

We booked our company party for 150 people and it went off without a hitch! We had a band play on the lanes and catering set up near the arcade, which gave a casual fun atmosphere. Guests could play arcade games or bowl at their leisure. The staff was easy going and helpful. Everyone had a blast!

Bowling was really fun here but the real treat was Gabby! She was so kind and charming. She made sure all our needs were cared for and truly made the experience impeccable. I’ll be returning for sure!

This place is a great experience for family and friends to go to. I attended for bowling and lazer tag and the employees were so helpful. One of the employees gave me their name because I asked for it because my experience was so great. Her name was Sue and she had a stand up attitude. Definitely will be there again.

I hosted an event for the College of Engineering at Chippers and they were great! Wonderful, personalized service - right down to setting up space for us to have pizza and chips/salsa with green and gold table clothes. Thank you so much Chippers!
