Doctors Mary Rondeau, Steve Rondeau and Scott Shannon collaborated on my care during a comprehensive psychiatric assessment this May. I gained life changing information! They ran very innovative diagnostic tests which yielded the results to completely change my treatment trajectory. Having dealt with a damning bipolar diagnosis for all of my adult life and never gaining any ground with the traditional polypharmacy approach, I made my way to the Wholeness Center not a moment too soon. I would have given up the fight if not for these compassionate, curious, and highly gifted team of Doctors. I am 7 months into my new treatment plan from the Wholeness Center, I am free of psychotropic medication and I am out of psychosis, which I began to doubt was possible. If you have been struggling with your mental health, seek services from the Wholeness Center. You will not regret having the holistic support to aid in your recovery. Truly time for more facilities like this to emerge and set precedent as the humane standard of care for psychiatric concerns. They take the time to listen to and investigate the whole body and its systems, rather than simply looking at behavioral anomalies. Thanks team Wholeness Center. Youve given me the gift of dignity, an opportunity for true healing and a passion to share my results with others!

I was charged a couple hundred dollars for a missed appointment, despite calling to tell them that I woke up with vertigo and could not get out of bed (due to severe spinning and nausea). So much for caring for your patients. My impression is that they just want to prescribe the kedamine treatments to churn out money. Also, they wanted to test for a depression gene. I could be wrong, but according to recent studies that I came across, there is no such proven catch-all gene.

I love everything the Wholeness Center is about. They provided me with great care and wonderful natural solutions. However, the provider I was seeing left. No explanation, no letter, nothing in patient portal. Therefor, I have to start all over with someone else. Completely okay with me, the drawback is this is out of pocket for me as they are not approved on my insurance. The Wholeness Center stated I would I have to start all over, including the first time fees. My thought was I am a returning patient, not wanting to leave the clinic! If patient care was truly top priority, returning patients should not have to re-pay fees that has already been paid due to providers changing. Thus making me question wanting to stay. Disappointing.

Dr. Steve and Dr. Mary literally have saved my sons life! My son started having seizures at 14 months old, a team of Dr.s, tons of tests and thousands of dollars later no one could tell us why. After two years of refusing to stop searching for answers Steve sought out the help of specialist and FINALLY we have not only answers, but help and relief for my son. He has been seizure free for 6 months and we owe it all to the Wholeness Center.

The Wholeness Center of Fort Collins CO virtually saved my life. I was hours away from suicide, and after 48 hours of working with Gail Dawson and the team of other support staff, I was on the road to recovery. I went from heavy drinking and drugs to not drinking at all. I have been tapered off of Zoloft and Xanax after just 8 weeks. I have my life back, and its better than it has ever been. Everyone is committed to making you healthy and fully alive. Thank God for the Wholeness Center. Traditional medicine was making sicker, and now I am moving forward with real happiness in my life. Dont give up; check out the Wholeness Center.

Overall, Ive had a pretty good experience with the Wholeness Center. I liked my providers approach to treatment, and I appreciated that she was very creative and intuitive with solutions. However, this situation has left me feeling very disappointed. The provider I was seeing left the practice, and my appointment was cancelled without any explanation. Furthermore, it has left me in a bit of a bind when it comes to refilling my prescriptions. My PCP had to step in and call in my prescriptions when my pharmacy couldnt get ahold of my former provider. When I contacted the Wholeness Center, they stated that none of the other providers could call them in for me because my former provider takes care of her own patients now. Apparently a notice was supposed sent out on their online portal, but I did not see one when I logged in. I was also not presented with the option of seeing another provider through the Wholeness Center, or getting a referral or recommendation to another clinic. I was given my providers new number and sent on my way.

Front desk staff is nice but did not follow through with contacting the doctor when asked and then when my doctor apparently moved on, my appointment was canceled without rescheduling and I was not contacted - I was just sent an email (with no context) that my appointment was canceled. It was I who had to reach out to THEM for instruction on what was needed to continue my care.I was then told I needed to go through the full assessment process with a new doctor – at FULL new patient cost – all over again.I needed emergency consult regarding my medication. My needs went unheeded. Very poor business practices.

We would like to commend the Wholeness Center in Fort Collins, Colorado. Four years ago Larry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. He has been taking various prescriptions to help slow the progress of this disease. Earlier this year, a friend of ours was showing Dr. Mary Rondeau pictures of Larry’s stain glass work. She said to our friend “lead”. Larry then became a patient of the Wholeness Center. After a series of tests, it was determined Larry’s lead was at a very high level. Dr. Mary put Larry on a regiment of one prescription drug and several vitamins. At the time, she promised Larry if he followed this regiment his mind, speech and walking could likely be better. In late July, there was a remarkable change in Larry just as Dr. Mary said there would be.We want to thank the Wholeness Center, especially Leo Salazar, Dr. Mary, Anaca, Dr. Nicole and the staff at the front desk. Your professionalism, kindness, caring attitude made the journey a very positive experience.Larry and Judi Krebs

After paying for tests and appointments and paying for consultations, I am left with not only no next step for my sons care, but insufficient interpretation of the tests that we already paid to obtain. There were follow-ups for follow-ups and after I found myself paying for follow-ups to tell the doctors that the prescribed action produced no useful information, and that I did not have an understanding of the results we had already obtained, I asked if I could leave a voicemail for a doctor. I was advised to keep it short otherwise I would be asked to pay for another consultation. Their patient portal does not allow me to contact/message any caregivers. This experience has been a money suck machine without viable direction. But I didnt leave a voicemail... that is no way to handle patients. I understand that your time is valuable, but if you cannot permit overhead to address failings and gaps in the appointments that have already occurred, then your business model is overly greedy and preys upon confusion.

When your doctor has to google the medication she is going to prescribe it really instills a great deal of confidents in me as a patient. After a plethora of pills being thrown at me I requested to be put back on my previous medication. The process to do so was painful I called my doctor and left multiple messages without being called back. I left email that took for ever to be replied to. Now I am out of my medication and can not contact my doctor because we have shared too many emails between visits. Great way to suck another couple hundred dollars out of my pocket. No reason to have another appointment nothing has changed guess she has another vacation house to pay for.

My experiences with Dr. Mullin, Dr. Mary, & Dr. Nicole have been exceptional. From the first they targeted in on the issues that pretty much everyone else had ignored or said were in my head. After I filled out the longest medical questionnaire of my life, I met with Dr. Mullin. He had actually read my whole form. Asked very focused and detailed questions. It was exceptionally refreshing after years of filling out forms to then later have to go over the same ground verbally in an appointment.Working with Dr. Mary on the nutritional & supplement angle has been life changing. I wont say its been all easy or smooth. But it has been successful on a level I never thought possible.Dr. Nicole has been beyond caring & understanding when it comes to the IV treatments. Im a dreadfully difficult stick but shes always cool & calm, plus she didnt give up on looking for a way to get me the treatments I need.Im not going to say that as a whole theyre perfect. Or a magic wand to poof fix all your problems. But overall Ive found them generally very patient friendly. If youve been through the traditional mental health or medical treatment paths & they arent working for you they are a great bet to find a path to getting back to yourself. Or to put it otherwise to help you make yourself whole again (pardon the pun).

I have two children that are being treated at the Wholeness Center. When I took my young son into the Wholeness Center we were having problems in our home that had taken a toll on the entire family. After having a complete blood panel done we learned that my son had a genetic mutation on both of his genes and he needed different medication and a lot of supplements. My daughter also had a complete blood panel drawn and we found out that she has a rather rare problem and is also on medication and many supplements. My son is a different loving boy that is fun to be around. My daughter is gaining strength, some weight and trying to have a life as a teenager. I am so thankful to the doctors at the Wholeness Center - I have hope for my children!!!

As soon as I transitioned from child to adult in the fight against depression and anxiety the psychiatrist I was dealing with made the experience worse than it already was. Doctor Heacock was the psychiatrist I had dealt with and I do understand he was only trying to help in the way he thought was most healthy. Apparently loading me up with large amounts of medication wasnt helping and as I reported to him that the medications he had me on were not helping me barely at all. Most of all they were destroying my ability to function let alone be happy OR sad. However, when I reported this information to him he acted as if I did not understand the affects of the medication. However, whether he thought they would affect me positively, they did not. And then acted as if I was psychotic (in his words) because I no longer wanted to be on medications. I believed if this man has the ability to earn credentials to give me loads of medicine that will make my problem worse (then blame me for the issues that the medicine have been causing) obviously it cant be that hard to beat depression without any medication right? And so I stopped visiting Heacock and began a new regiment of coping skills, distress tolerance, DBT therapy, and personal therapy. Now, one year later I am now healthy, functional and most of all happy. Without drugs. When a year ago this man told me I would never be normal without medication. My intent of writing this review is not to destroy the reputation of the Wholeness Center or that of Dr. Heacock. My intent is to warn any person struggling and thinking about visiting Heacock. Make sure to keep yourself safe and know that there are better, safer, and more accepting Psychiatrists.

I go to the Wholeness Center all the time. Ive met with Dr. Mullin, Anaca, Dr. Mary, and Dr. Steven, and have done neurofeedback with Corey and Amy, and Ive ALWAYS had a great experience. Even the staff at the front desk are SOO nice which I really like. Ive gone to too many doctors offices where the people up in the front are so rude. They even send you reminder e-mails the day before your appointment which is another good thing in my case because I can be so forgetful! I would DEFINITELY recommend the wholeness center to anyone!!! they have helped me so much!

The wholeness center is a wonderful place!Anca Niculae has counseled me through life changes, hardships, relationships, and starting a new business. She centers her sessions around each individual client and delivers the best services for their needs. She is motivating, comforting, and compassionate. She will support you the push you need to be at your best.Mary Rondeau helped to heal me from my battle with inflammation of my GI system. She does not apply the same old ways of thinking to a problem - instead, she looks outside the box for answers. For me, she found them. After 6 years of having digestive symptoms with no diagnosis, I met Mary. Within the first few sessions we discovered I have food allergies. I removed them from my diet and I am finally feeling better. She is empathetic and determined to help. I highly recommend her services!Jen Strating helped me to manage my anxiety through biofeedback. She trained me to control and conquer my stress/anxiety through the use of breath and muscle relaxation. Her help came as an epiphany of sorts for managing my day to day. She was caring and a pleasure to work with!As you can see, my experience with the Wholeness center has been life changing!

I have been going to the Wholeness Center for the last two years. My psychologist referred me to Gail Dawson MHNP because I was going through a horrible mental health crisis. She saw me the following day. I have several ailments and she has been a God send. I have gone to psychiatrists most of my adult life and they never figured out what was wrong with me and kept prescribing meds that made me feel worst. Between meds, very effective supplements and different therapies my mental health and other physical ailments have improve tremendously. I had gain a lot of weight with the traditional SSRIs and since I was treated by Gail I have lost 58 lbs. I am now on the right meds and supplements. She is not only very knowledgable but extremely caring with wonderful bedside manners. Every time I have called her she has promptly returned my calls. The staff at the Wholeness center is extremely caring, proficient and courteous Thank you for being instrumental in my path to wellness.

I have never seen such horrible management or communication. They pride themselves on having an intricate sharing system, which they conveniently dont often use. The receptionists are absolute tarts. I get told something different by four people every time I ask a question, and at this point I dont even know what is the truth anymore. My psychiatrist did not tell me about the side affects the supplements she gave me would entail, or even that they had side affects. After a few days, I knew something was wrong. I was okay sometimes, manically depressed other times. And yet she told me that I did not have bipolar disorder. I had to get all the information on the supplements off the internet, and I found some very disturbing things. When I asked to switch psychs, she canceled my appointment with her so I could see someone else. It wasnt until after she canceled my appointment that I realized the person I wanted to see couldnt get anyone in for over a month. And when I asked to have an appointment with her againI had a huge meltdown yesterday, very frantic and panicky, and yet when I went to the clinic, they simply told me that they in fact DONT offer emergency crisis appointments, and that if it was an emergency, then I should go to the hospital. The interesting thing about that is, I wasnt suicidal. So if I went to the hospital, they would have held me there for two hours, deduced whether or not I was suicidal, and then if I wasnt, they wouldve sent me home, or they wouldve had me admitted to Mountain Crest. They claim to be free of the stigma society has about depression and other mental illness, but so far I have seen even an even worse understanding, stigma, and abysmal communication from this clinic as a whole. Dr. Heackock is the last saving grace of this place, but even he cant keep it afloat. Hundreds of dollars per appointment, most of the practitioners dont take insurance, and a bedside manner that has probably caused more suicides than quelled.Im coming from a place of desperation. I have seen every shrink, psych, taken every pharma known to man, gained almost a hundred pounds from the meds Ive been on, had electro convulsive therapy shoved down my throat, and all of it for nothing. These people promised that I would have relief from my depression, bipolar, and anxiety which I have suffered from for over a decade, and they made it worse. Poor medical assessments, terrible bedside manner, awful management, pitiful communication, this place really is an intricate web of corruption and sub par support.

Terrible communication! I am new to the state and needed a doctor asap. I tried to cancel within 24 hours due to uncontrolled circumstances, didnt think 72 hours had to be a magic number. So since I was unable to see the doctor, without my notification, I was automatically charged 100 dollars to my card. What a shame since I wasnt forgiven within the canceling notice. If you want poor communication and to get ripped off, please stay away from this place! On top of that, they are picky as hell with what insurance you have. Terrible place!!!
