Love Marriott. Dog friendly, clean, nice beds, decent WI-FI. great parking, Dish TV. Only minor quibble is the TV channels didnt match the on screen guide, but not certain Marriott controls that. However always highly recommended.

Nice accommodations. Courtyard is very nice... seating outside pool area plus fire pit with additional seating near office area. Pool area was very warm. Hot tub totally relaxing. On the go breakfast with a true variety; if you didnt find something for you, you werent truly hungry.

First MC Ive stayed at that doesnt have a coffee maker in room. Covid? Weve been in other hotels during covid and they have coffee makers. And a microwave?Nice staff. Comfortable bed. Nice grounds.

Check in was quick and easy. The front desk politely handled multiple calls while checking us in. The restaurant was not open during a two night stay. No ice bucket was provided, though the ice machine works. No coffee maker was provided in rooms. Wifi did not work throughout the stay. Only three prong plugs are available to charge electronic devices, no usb. Rooms were clean, but dated.

There were stains on the carpet, and the bathroom wasnt very clean. Also the bathroom door latch was broken. The check in guy was very helpful and why I didnt give my stay here 1 star.

Michalea (sorry if I butchered that spelling) was very friendly and helpful. Got me checked in really quick, shauna was friendly as well. But more importantly I would like to thank the housekeeping staff. My stay was great because I came into a spotless room. While leaving I noticed the housekeepers all with masks and gloves, they were very aware of guests and made sure to keep distance while people were walking by. It’s a super small thing but I really appreciate they taking social distancing seriously. I know it’s hard, especially at a hotel.

I stayed at the Courtyard under very difficult personal circumstances. The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating, and attentive. The food is really good and the coffee shop staff, (especially the manager) were awesome. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. Overall, it felt like a much higher priced hotel. The outdoor courtyard, fire pit, and comfy seating were a welcome end to the day.

This hotel provides a peaceful, artistic, comfortable and clean environment for couples to enjoy during their entire stay. The rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are uber comfortable. The fireplace provided a warm and inviting place to watch a football game on the big screen TV.The staff is competent, efficient and friendly.We found excellent Italian,Korean barbecue, Vietnamese noodle, Japanese Sushi and Egg and I breakfast Restaurants within a 3 mile radius. All were as good as any in the country.There is an excellent nail salon across the street and a mall 3 blocks away.Overall, the Courtyard and surrounding businesses provide the perfect place to spend a few days.

I haven’t been “wowed” by a hotel in a long time, but Courtyard Fort Collins pulled it off. From the minute we entered the lobby to check in, it was obvious we would enjoy our stay. Clean, comfortable room, nice facilities, and extraordinary customer service. The staff genuinely cared about the guests and it showed in every interaction. Hanging out at the fire pit in the courtyard was a highlight and was a nice way to cap off a family wedding weekend. I don’t typically leave detailed reviews, but this hotel deserves a shout out for exceeding our expectations. Thanks for a great stay!

Me and my husband had a great stay-cation! My husband is a truck driver and we like to do a little getaway when He is home sometime. It was a beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. It was just a little pricey for 3 days.

Good price and close enough to CSU campus. is a quiet refuge outside of the noisy and ruckus of the campus experience. My son is a graduate of the school however I would stay here every time I went down to see him especially for graduation events.its conveniently located off of the campus with easy access to the freeway to get back home in the mountains.

We stayed there 3 nights for our sons wedding. We had a lot of family and friends there too. The people that work there were so nice and accommodating. It was a great home base for all our activities. I enjoyed the comfy bed, the workout room and the open spaces to gather.

Reasonable hotel. Nice staff. Courtyard is cute. Beware if you are allergic to pets and choose another hotel. They are more pet friendly than allergy friendly, although the staff were good about letting us find another room. There was also an overwhelming chemical perfume thing going. There is not a free breakfast here, although you can buy things at their bistro and they sell a limited menu of Starbucks options. Our stay was OK.

No room cleaning, no breakfast, no room service, no pool or hot tub access. The reason they state is Covid. This is not valid as we just stayed in a Marriott last week here in Fort Collins less than a week ago and had access to ALL of these. Spoke with the manager and she was very rude and did not care. Would not recommend this hotel at least until Covid is completely removed as an excuse or they get a new manager.

Part of an 80+ person bus tour which this hotel handled expertly. Luggage was delivered almost at the same time we got to our room, our room fit four without feeling we were running into each other, and breakfast was tasty and efficient (good coffee too). Wish all the hotels on our trip were this good.

Walked in and the staff was singing Happy birthday to someone. I said mine is Friday will you do it for me? They did. Super friendly team. I would stay there again. Staff at the Starbucks for morning coffee were super professional.

This pet friendly hotel was perfect for our overnight stay as we passed through Colorado. The staff was outstanding and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area which was welcomed after a 10 hour drive. I would definitely stay there again.

I was in Ft. Collins for a funeral for my brother-in-law and stayed at the Courtyard, as I have frequently in the past. It is my go-to place whenever I am in Northern Colorado. Each time I have stayed there over the years, I find it comfortable and enjoyable based on the personnel employed there and the available accommodations. Parking is never a problem and it has numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and is close to downtown Ft. Collins and easy access to I25. What more could a traveler want?

Housekeeping missed servicing my room during a 3 night stay. Was told my do not disturb sign was out all day. It was removed before 10 AM and still not there when I returned at 10 PM. However front desk staff when informed chose to believe housekeeping and not the guest. “What do you want me to do for you, Sir?” Should have been offered a comp night not have to ask for it. So I said I’ll simply give you a negative review on social media which I have done. Implying a guest is lying about a do not disturb sign is simply nuts. Now to be fair, this would be a great property to stay at as long as your Do Not Disturb sign is down before 9 AM. After that Housekeeping puts you on the Do Not Service List.

The staff were welcoming, kind, professional. It may seem odd to comment on what most of us would expect staff do as part of their job, but they don’t always. Everything about our stay there was worth every cent spent. One highlight... the grounds are beautiful. Fort Collins is an exceptional city. Can’t wait to go back and explore more!

Great place. Comfortable beds and clean. We loved the fire pit outside. However the hot tub was broken while we were there and we could not use it. I was a little disappointed they do not include breakfast as many Marriott chains do. They have a place you can buy breakfast but we sure do like the complimentary Buffet when its offered.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was great the staff was amazing and the hotel in general was very comfortable and clean environment. Our only complaint was the bed and I guess no bed sleeps like your bed at home.

The stay was good after the first night having some bumps and having to change room twice. First room (#129)smelled like cigarettes, called front desk and was asked to walk all the way back from back of hotel to get new key, went to new room all the way at the back of second hallway (#158). Was not offered to have anyone help even though I was pulling a lot of weight with luggage and I weigh 112 lbs. Just did not feel like customer appreciation was a priority at all. First night, did not sleep well at all b/c room was next to ice machine or some other machinery which was so loud that it kept making a very loud noise. The room was warm, didnt know how to work AC, called front desk and explained to Jazmin that box on AC was stuck, was not offered to have anyone check on it, not even for the next day...Also, was placed in a room facing a wall, felt like it happened b/c of complaint of first room, and I was very polite in making the request-even apologized for the inconvenience. In the morning, very nicely asked to have room changed, Kim was very helpful and assured it would be taken care of. When I called after 12 to make sure b/c I wanted to go to new room, unpack and shower, was informed by Phil, mngr, that he wasnt aware of the change and didnt know why there was noise that night b/c there is no ice machine there.. Also, that after 8pm there is no technical person able to assist with AC. Felt like instead of helping, I was given excuses and not acknowledged for my concerns. Anyway, by the time I arrived, room was switched thankfully. The rest of the time the stay was fine, was given a room with a much nicer view than a wall.. This left such a bad beginning of my stay that I gave it an average overall. I will think twice about staying here again, had to basically ask for basic creature comforts for a night of lodging, thats not acceptable, and if you are paying for a service then that is what you should receive.

Our stay was excellent. Our room was big, we had a room with two queen size beds and they were very comfortable, we fell asleep as soon as we hit the pillows. The room included a mini refrigerator which is one of the things that we always look for in a hotel room. It did not have a microwave but, that was okay. That is another thing that we look for. Maybe in the further you might want to add microwaves to your rooms. It would be a great addition. We also had a small coffee maker in our room, which I like (my husband not so much). We used the fitness area and that was great. You had pretty much the latest equipment, the only thing missing was an exercise bike. That is the one piece of exercise equipment that my husband really likes. Due to his knees he can not walk on a treadmill too long. The up keep outside and inside was great. The hotel is in a good location, easy to find. It made you feel like you were at home. Thank you for the great service.

A last minute business trip took me to Fort Collins and I decided to stay at the Courtyard on Harmony. The Staff was friendly, accommodating, and made me feel valued as their customer. The updated lobby, and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I always like a quiet stay when I travel and the Courtyard certainly filled that bill. The in house restaurant and coffee bar was very convenient. Overall I enjoyed my short stay and would absolutely stay with them again.

The Asian looking young man who checked us in had excellent customer service skills. The rooms are nice. The bathroom was a little too tight for me, i like big garden tubs. They have an indoor pool which is good. The hot tub was not working during labor day weekend. It is a nice place for people who like to go out. I love room service and pampering, of which they have non. Overall-good.

I was staying in the area of VET School at Colorado State University for my dog needing care there. Unexpected that the hotel would forego the Pet Fee. That is really nice. The hotel was clean, easy to check in and check out. The entrances were helpful to load and unload the car. They had well designated pet areas. Nice location with plenty of places to see and visit in the area.

Super friendly personnel, comfortable beds, comfortable office chair for my in room desk. Really loved the Bistro. Great food, great beer selection. I would give it a perfect rating if not for the lack of an in-room safe. Definitely would stay here again.

The air conditioning blew directly onto the bed so that when it came on at times during the night, it woke me up. Also, they charge $20 each night upfront (which they refund 3-5 business days) for incidentals, even though there are no incidentals in the room. I do not appreciate them charging the $20 each night.

My experience at Marriott Courtyard Fort Collins was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was very comfortable, the location was convenient, and the courtyard was a welcome space to walk and spend time. The Bistro food was well prepared and very good. There was easy access to all areas of the hotel. They welcome pets, provide treats, and liked my dog. I was in Fort Collins to take my dog to CSU Cancer treatment center. I was there 11 days, both my dog and I were stressed, and it was a difficult time for both of us. The staff went out of their way to support me and assist in any way possible. This was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, updated look of this Courtyard. The public areas were modern and welcoming, as was the room. The staff was accommodating and friendly. This is sure to become my “go to” hotel when visiting my child at CSU.

I think for families, this hotel is average. The beds were great, it was quiet. It has a small indoor pool and a hot tub that were working when we stayed. The staff was average, friendly but not going out of their way to offer carts or automatically offer where the carts were, to bring your luggage in. This hotel offers no free continental breakfast. Their Bistro, or eating/ dining areas was lacking family food, and geared towards alcoholic beverages and health food individuals. My nine year old daughter ordered a vegetable pasta and it’s portion size was ridiculously small, no bread accompanied a pasta meal or anything to replenish/ sustain energy. We were at this hotel as it was a “host” hotel for a figure skating competition. The kids practiced hard. I ordered a hamburger and was the only one in my party not still hungry after eating and spending the money we spent. The hamburger was the only “ family” portion and not totally health food. I was annoyed at their “ Bistro.”

Wow, this is a great hotel. Marriott again hits it out of the park with this hotel. Everything was clean and tidy; additionally, my late night check in host was great! Easy, free parking and just a great place. I only wish they served breakfast!

Clean rooms for a decent price. One of my main places to stay when traveling to Fort Collins for business. The hotel is in a great location for dinner and shopping. You will need to drive a little to get the sights such as Horsetooth Reservoir, Downtown Fort Collins... etc. There are plenty of stores and restaurants surrounding this location. Some within walking distance.

We might have found a special deal on the hotel, but the price was extremely reasonable for the quality level of the hotel. The staff was phenomenal, and helpful in any way needed.The Marriott app even made it to where we were able to request extra towels for the shower without even leaving our room. The staff had them there in just a little over 30 minutes.Beds were extremely comfortable, and we didnt hear a lot of noise outside our room which made it very easy to sleep.

I love Fort Collins! This hotel is about 15 minute drive from downtown with traffic but close to Best Buy and Petsmart as well as many other similar nationwide stores. Shares a parking lot with Carrabbas. Get a courtyard room if possible. We didnt see it as an option for pet friendly rooms.

I stayed 12/2 to 12/6 for business. All staff were efficient, professional and thorough. A lot of things happen behind the scenes to make your stay pleasant, and this group knows how to get this done.

This is a newly rennovated property. The room was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating around. The walls were a little thin; we could clearly hear the family next door. The breakfast was really delicious. This is a reasonably priced hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was our home-away-from-home for a week. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating to our requests. We used the pool every day to unwind after a busy day with our CSU student friend! The fee for our pets was the most reasonable any where. We recommend highly!

Great front desk staff to clean rooms and comfortable beds. What more can you ask for? Unless youre a workout freak and need to use the gym, this would not really be your ideal hotel as the gym is pretty small. All in all, was very satisfied with the overall quality of the hotel.

The Courtyard is very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Its right next to the Carrabas Italian restaurant and close to major thoroughfares in Fort Collins. Its also away from traffic noise. There is a small restaurant and bar in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Ill definitely stay here again!

All was great but the Fitness Room was very sparse considering how nice the rest of the hotel presented. The lobby/lounge/ restaurant was very convenient and the food and bar were reasonably priced. We were pleasantly pleased and we would stay again if our travels takes us this way.

We ended up at Courtyard FC following a snafu downtown and our check-in was rocky due to miscommunication. However, staff resolved the issues by the end of our stay, for which we are very grateful. The location is quiet and convenient, and the amenities are fair.
