Really happy with them. Russ and his Wife are great and really care about their customers. They were slam packed and hustled to make room for my elk. Very happy with them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR GAME HERE!! Dont let the 5 star reviews fool you- this place is absolutely horrible. I took two nice sized female antelope here and what I received back is almost unusable! The cuts are inconsistent ranging from 3oz to 10 oz, it was not kept in sanitary conditions, some of the meat was rancid, and we are missing almost an entire antelope according to multiple veteran hunters that I know. They steal meat and they do not care about the environment your food is in. Never ever will I use them again and I will be sure to keep all my friends far from their facility! I am not just disappointed, but I am broken-hearted as these were my first 2 big game animals and they trashed them.

Outstanding experience. My elk came back in about 10 days, perfectly cut and packaged. Yield was exactly what I was expecting. No meat wasted. Add to that good customer service and a price about $30 lower than anywhere Ive been. From a group of 25-50 year veteran hunters, we have seen a lot of different processors. Id recommend them 10/10 times. Very happy customer.

I am fairly certain that I was shorted meat. I will not use them again. We brought in a large doe over 150 lbs on hoof. We received 23 lbs of meat in return. Contacted DOW and CO dept of Ag and reported the discrepancy. They said there is nothing they can do. You tell me if the deer in this picture holds more than 23 lbs. of meat on it.

In previous years when we have taken our hogs to be processed be have gotten a larger return on our meat. We believe we were shorted about 30 pounds of meat total to our hog. The owner said he double wraps and would Ziploc bag it, that was not fulfilled. We had to wait over 3 weeks to get our cured meats back when they said 5 days. Also we had our pork chops 2 packed, and the chops would range from 3 oz to 12 oz in weight, very inconsistent especially when me and my husband would like a nice chop dinner. Roasts were extremely small. Being in the food industry to see where they actually process the meat was unsanitary, warm with actual propane heaters, and watching them cut good meat off other peoples steers and thrown into their scrap bucket, mostly likely for them or their dogs.On multiple times their freezers went out so you never know how long your meat has been at wrong temp, possibly creating bacteria in your meat.Nice people for sure, but Im sorry, please do NOT use them. Learn to process your own meat if you can or go to someone else. Thanks

They did a great job for me. More meat from a smaller deer than what I have taken to other processors in the past. I can not recommend highly enough. I suspect the negative reviews are from people that did not take proper care of their harvest in the field.

Never never again! We dropped off a massive mule buck pushing 200 lbs field dressed. We quartered him up, and tossed it in a XL cooler along with all the neck meat, back straps, loins, and even a good portion of the belly meat. 3 weeks later we went to pick it up and they only provided 38 lbs of processed meat! 38 damn lbs. They said we only dropped off ~90 lbs on the bone. Fail on my part for not having them weigh it when I dropped it off...

In my opinion, R & C Processing is stealing meat from hard working hunters. That makes them the scum of the earth.

We worked really hard to carry a large buck off a steep mountain. We took it to R & C Processing and they lost half of the meat. How do you misplace half of the meat? I just reviewed several other posts and it looks like a pattern for them. Actually, the more I look into this I think they are stealing meet from people.
