Over the years we have used Leonards Mail to ship many objects including fragile items such as fine china and crystal wine glasses and goblets from Fort Collins to our home in Washington state. I have used Leonard’s Mail services often. They are a great small business. However, today I went to drop a package off and they weren’t requiring anyone entering to wear a mask. There was no social distancing and the two employees working did not have a mask on either. I didn’t see any hand sanitizer either. I understand it’s everyone’s choice to wear a mask, so use their services at your own risk.

So I love this place. I sorry of dead organizing and shipping things, which is a problem as Im a bit too active with Amazon prime. The folks at Leonards make the whole process as simple and possible. Everyone who works there is super helpful, will make sure you have what you need to ship efficiently. They even have offered to re-pack to a smaller box for me to save on shipping. Go there, youll see.

1.2 lb binder cost almost $14 to mail out to a in-town address, 3 times as expensive as the federal post office. People are nice, pricing isn’t competitive at all. :/ had no time to wait another day to mail them at the fed post office

I went in to drop off a UPS package and asked for a receipt, as occasionally Ive had packages get lost in the mail. The woman behind the counter snapped at me and told me they dont do receipts and that I should just go to the UPS store. I wanted to visit a local business in case I might use them in the future to ship other things. Wont be going back.

I love that they keep my vendors addresses in their system. All I have to do is tell an employee where my package is going and they have the address ready! Couldnt be easier!! In and out!!! Great staff too!

Much shorter wait than US Postal Office across street, also with UPS and FedEx. Very friendly courteous service! Good for businesses also.

I always try and support local business. However I bought shipping materials coming to about $13 and they said they cant take a card unless the transaction is over 15 no exceptions. I took it over to ups, paid about 3 bucks less and they took my card. Good luck guys

Quick easy and reasonably priced. Next to the post office so if the line is too long to drop off your package just walk across the street and Leonard will take care of it. Drop off and/or full packaging services for FedEx, UPS, USPS couldnt be more convenient.

I loved the staff, I came in with a lot to mail with my baby and they did everything and compared with usps, fedex, and ups, so I got the cheapest price. Grateful and thankful for them.

We have been customers of Leonard and Marilyns for nearly 2 years. We live full-time in a motorhome, slowly migrating around the USA. Fort Collins is our home-of-record. We use Leonards Mail as our primary mailing address for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local drop-offs. Every few weeks, we request Leonard to forward all our mail to a recipient that is convenient to our temporary location at that moment. Usually, it’s to General Delivery at a nearby USPO. We have an open account with Leonard to cover the cost to forward our mail, packages, etc. Their base fee is very competitive, and their shipping fees are reasonable. We fully trust Leonards Mail. Their performance and professionalism are excellent. Without reservation, we confidently recommend Leonards Mail to any potential customer.
