Always happy with their COVID policies. Members are considerate of others & wipe down on their own..elevated track reinforces safety while walking upstairs!πββοΈπββοΈπΆπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ
I had a massage with Taylor today and her work was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted to work on, checked in to make sure her techniques were right for me, and demonstrated a clear professional understanding of what makes a great massage. I highly recommend Taylor!
Been going here since high school, absolutely fantastic gym. Had an issue with the front desk not providing disposable masks and the staff was absolutely so accommodating after writing a review and now provide them. Its definitely my fault for forgetting my mask, but I really love that they understood my frustration and want to make sure everyone has a great customer experience. Would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone to join since its such an accepting place
Great Gym with a great staff. The people who work there really seem to care about the members. They have awesome equipment too, everything you need for functional fitness and all the classic favorites, would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
Fun gym with lots of amenities. Staff is kind and welcoming. Worth looking into!
Absolutely love Raintree! They are very conscientious about caring for not only their members but reaching out in the community as well. Very clean, super friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Itβs a place where even if you arenβt used to going to a gym you could walk in and feel right at home.
Great staff and very clean facility with lots to do and join.
I have worked at many gyms and been a member at many gyms in Fort Collins and I can say that I love Raintree! I initially joined during covid and kuddos to all the staff (And members) for doing their part to keep each other safe. The aquatics employees are all amazing as well. My only concern is how dirty the fans are on the track- Just a few dust bunnies to take care of.
I have loved Raintree for almost a decade now. Always clean and even more so due to Covid. They do an excellent job making sure their facility is clean and open to their guests through this entire pandemic. I could not recommend this gym enough. It is worth every penny
Iβve been a member at RainTree for years and have had nothing but good things to say until today. I was on a family plan and when I checked in today. I got pulled away from the front desk and was told that I am not allowed to be on my family account anymore since I turned 23. (I turned 23 4 months previous from today) and was shocked to just be hearing about this as I workout everyday and had been during the 4 months I was 23. They had let me know I slipped under the radar and they didnβt catch it until today and refused to let me workout. I was not trying to argue the policy and completely understand that those are the rules... however I was shocked by the extremely unprofessional customer service and the fact they denied me access to workout.I wouldβve purchased my own membership and kept going to RainTree but instead I switched to Genesis health clubs where their customer service skills are much better. The owner was kind enough to reach out and try to resolve the issue... I greatly appreciate that!
Raintree is the best! I love going to all the fitness classes here. Itβs such a positive, supportive environment and I always look forward to my workouts.
If Raintree thinks sending out 1 email in regards to a membership matter, with it possibly going to spam, is a good form of communication, you are sadly mistaken! Why wouldnt you follow through to make sure the individual received the information or had any questions about the matter. You lack of communication lost you and individual membership and probably a family membership. Maybe train your employees to follow through on matters and teach the front desk people to respect members that are paying for their salary.
Great gym! Have not gotten coronavirus yet due to good safety measure. But, they never put enough spray bottles in the free weight area facing the pool windows. MORE SPRAY BOTTLES PLEASE :-)
Raintree is my second home. I never fail to feel welcomed and am always surrounded by such an amazing staff and community when Iβm there. Their Covid measures are above and beyond and I feel much safer there than at any grocery store! Not to mention, their classes, equipment and Pelotons are amazing!
This is the perfect spot. The equipment is everything you would need to get a good workout. Parking is super easy, staff and members are friendly, tons of workout and yoga class options with great instructors, consistent hours everyday of the week. Love it!
Love this gym! The staff is very pleasant to talk to and very professional. Facility is always clean and equipment is very organized.
I do love this gym! Lots of variety, friendly staff, and super clean. Definitely think its the best in Ft. Collins.
Raintree Athletic Club is a great place to work out. The welcoming environment, sense of community, amazing staff and fitness professionals make the whole experience so enjoyable and beneficial.
This gym is like my home. I have never felt community and love in a business quiet like I have at Raintree. If you are looking for all your wellness needs to be met RAC is the place to go- even if its further than you want to travel- it is worth it.
Okay facilities for the price. --Great-- staff. Very meh covid protocol. Beyond the signage the effort to keep people obeying the rules seems to stop at the front desk.On the response. Ha. Nice. Good public speaking(its what you need to say to a review like this). But all that means is were hands off because we dont want to create an incident, which certainly will make some members happy. Just not all. No easy answer, I get it, but my politics align differently. And frankly, a virus has none. Besides, what does it matter, a few more bodies that due to the increase in danger, is nothing when compared to having to take the blame yourselves via having to confront a problem directly and face monetary damages and lawsuits for doing so.
They have a sauna Pool and hot tub! And of course a Gym lol π the best!
Just joined this gym! Arguably Fort Collinsβ most complete althletic club. I was impressed with how theyβve adapted due to COVID-19. Felt super clean and safe....also they have a βchillβ secondary weight training section for folks who donβt need mirrors and loud music
Were fortunate to have a great gym open during these times. The studios are well maintained and sanitized after every class. Glad youre around RAC!
They have everything, very open and clean. Love the sauna and steam room and punching bag.
The staff is down to earth and real friendly. Very creative settings from a quiet space, a heated room for hot yoga, and lots of other amenities. Their steam room is real spacious, gets unbelievably hot, and always has eucalyptus spray bottles equipped within it. Itβs definitely a gym worth checking out! Give them a chance before reading the other reviews, people will find anything to complain about now a days.
I love the yin yoga and pilates. The gym is clean, all the equipment is far apart that makes you feel safe even during the pandemic
The best! Great staff and amenities. Great job Raintree during this pandemic crisis.
I signed up for a free 7 day pass this morning. I get in there and they inform me that due to covid they cant allow a guest, its members only due to the head count. They told me if I signed up right there on the spot theyd be happy to let me in since then they could count me. Doesnt make much sense to me. I dont understand how you cant count an additional person based on whether you collect money from them or not. I was 100% going to sign up for this club but thanks to their misleading policies and lack of flexibility Ill just give everybody a heads up on here instead. Dont waste your time. Thanks Sarah π
Love going to this gym. Staff is so friendly and helpful always as well as the teachers of the classes. Great judgement free vibe. Definitely worth spending the money to support a locally owned business.
Ive been a member at a few gyms in Fort Collins and I like this one the best. The group fitness is amazing. They have all kinds of programs for people just starting to work out all the way to people who are very fit. The layout is really great of the gym. Theres a swimming pool thats pretty private and theres a small workout area for those who dont want to be in the big part of the gym. The locker rooms are great, the staff is friendly, and the kids club is fun for the little guys. I highly recommend Raintree and think you should check it out.
Membership since March 2011. Clean fitness center, staff usually making the rounds to see if towels are stocked, other supplies available. Membership is not expensive, especially considering quality of clubs interior upkeep and plentiful programs available for free. Plenty of parking. Deducted a star because some analysis needed regarding which of the weight machines are used more than others so availability can be improved by buying more highly used machines.
I love this gym. The classes are great, teachers are inclusive, itβs clean and has everything I need. I had an incident occur by accident and the owner, Martin, dealt with everything very professionally. Totally recommend.
On the whole this place has been good to me over the years, from back when it was The Pulse. Actually, becoming RAC was an improvement for them in terms of investment in their equipment and offerings. They have solid equipment and space when theyre not too busy. They do have a habit of getting busy during rush times and when that happens it takes patience to work through with everyone else and some exercises stop being possible.Their training staff has been friendly overall and competent. The failure is that Ive done training for a significant time and I dont need to walk through an introduction. They have their process though and they wont deviate from it. This feels like wasting my time and money and so I didnt stick with their training for long. The general staff is friendly, especially in their nursery, which is a very welcome part of the club for those of us with young children. They try to work with people on issues, though they do have their club rules and its unusual for them to deviate from those for much any reason.I would say that this place is a solid option if you want their range of services (like the hot tub and sauna) and are nearby. If you live closer to other gyms and dont need those amenities, the drive probably isnt worth the inconvenience as theyre not necessarily vastly better than 24 Hour Fitness or Miramont.
Great fitness club. Super helpful and friendly staff.
Such an awesome facility. The staff is incredibly helpful, itβs clean, the trainers and well qualified and the general community is awesome. The offered classes are well rounded and my kiddos love the treehouse. This place is great for everyone!
Fantastic service. Extra clean.
Just came in to get a workout while visiting. This seems like a fantastic gym. Clean. Lots of great stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ori was very helpful. Im sure Ill be back whenever in the area.
Nice area and Atmosphere.
Not sure why everyone is saying itβs so expensive. This is a superb gym for the price, have you ever been to a bigger city? Itβs amazing that this gym is in Fort Collins. Iβve traveled around a lot and itβs close to impossible to find a gym with such a nice steam room and clean amenities. I love that itβs open later hours and everyone that works there is nice. The yoga room is awesome too.
Overpriced and crowded. Since I have been going to this gym they have raised the price twice with no kick back to recurring members. Members have actually taken a hit with the loss of a racketball court in change for this TRIBE area that you must pay an additional charge for. This gym is not worth it. Far better priced gyms out there with way more bang for your buck!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here!People are great a wide variety of guests coming here! I dont feel alone being easily 50 lbs overweight and sweating my butt off running on the top track or joining the body pump. Trainers are excellent!Sonia is one of my favorites she does everything from body pump to body combat and she will push you to work out harder!I love the yoga classes really every trainer there is doing a great job i havent ran into anyone where i did not enjoy my workout or felt uncomfortable.Pricing is fair for what you get for sure! personal trainers are quite pricy but i heard its worth it.I dont really know what i am doing with weights and what not so i usually join the classes if you are there for the first time everyone is glad to help you out and show you how to set things up for the class.Spacious girls bathroom with lots of mirrors and space to get ready for work in the morning.plenty of spacious and awesome showers and never out of towels. They also have hairdryers, flan irons and curling irons for the ladies to use :)Even have a daycare for the kiddos, my friend dropped of her little one and they were satisfied
As a disabled veteran i attempted to drop off an application and was told to come back when a manager was available. Then i was given the application back. So i asked how is the manager going to call me if they dont have my info.I was told i would need to keep returning with my application to inquire about the managers availability. This blows my mind how much power abuse they are putting into place before you even apply. This simple lack of respect to customers and applicants is appalling and they have permanently earned a spokes person against them.
The decor is great, especially the tile in the locker room. Its nice having a choice of using equipment in a room of TVs or in a quiet area. The pool aerobics class is fun. Its great having a coffee shop/deli right in the club. But the best part is the people. The staff is always friendly. And I love my trainer who always has a fresh new hell for me every session!
Raintree is a great community experience. The gym is complete with wide range of equipment, but what really matters is the people working at Raintree. Great instructors! And the roll they play in the community doesnt stop there. They help with all kinds of events, including sponsorship for running races. Raintree has a genuine home town feel.
Raintree is one of the most modern fitness clubs in Fort Collins. The club is always clean, the lockers do not require you to bring your own lock, and there is a variety of group fitness classes. Its one of the only places where you can do hot yoga, one of my favorite things. There is a cafe & bar and everyone is always friendly.
This 5 star review is dedicated to the Treehouse Childcare. Nadine, Roman and Shelby stand out as amazing childcare professionals. I have been bringing my son since to them since he was 6 weeks old, and they have been nothing short of amazing with him. As a new momma, i cant thank Raintree enough for providing top quality child care as a convenience while I work out (or just sit in the hot tub). Thank you!!!Also, my 6 year old niece loves swim team, and my 3 year old niece is in swim lessons. It is the highlight of their week!!! Coach Nick rocks.
I thought the gym was very nice. However when I went there to see about different membership options, I came to realize it is kind of expensive. It really truly is a beautiful gym and the people seem very nice and they have a wonderful cafe as well as other Amenities.
Raintree has a great schedule of classes, varied options, and committed teachers. I love their childcare; its inexpensive but still high-quality. The cafe is yummy. The sauna and pool are crucial. The locker rooms feel like Im in a high-end spa. Its a great community, and they take care of their members.
I like how there are older people as well as young, & larger people as well as the fitness fanatics. There are lots of people in just normal workout clothes too - you dont have to try & look trendy to fit in (which is just as well!) The Les Mills classes are fab as are the instructors, & everyone is really friendly. Its really clean too. I really recommend it. Its maybe a little pricey but you just have to go more to get your moneys worth!
Lots of space, great environment, and a well kept gym!
Great gym with the best group classes and training you can imagine. I have used a trainer for four years and I am now stronger than I was at 25 and in great shape. Invest the time, get a trainer and live again. 10 stars for the trainers.i also use the child care and this is 10 star. The kids love it and the care is incredible. The added bonus is the positive feeling they will develop about this healthy lifestyle that will stay with them.
This gym is expensive (Students pay ~$45 a month and it goes up from there) but it has every amenity a gym rat could ask for: towel service, machines, free weights, classes, indoor track, pool, sauna and coffee bar complete with liquor license. Itβs a little cramped, especially if itβs busy, but I donβt have one genuine complaint about Raintree. I walked in, did a tour of the facility and found it really hard to say no.
Cleanest gym in town! Even before COVID I felt RAC was much cleaner with a better layout than other clubs in the area. They worked so hard during the initial COVID closure to make sure the club would be ready to open ASAP once gyms were allowed to reopen and did an amazing job at spacing out equipment and implementing sanitization protocols - they even fog the gym every night to kill airborne pathogens. The childcare here is great and its a great place to work too. I like that RAC is locally owned and not a corporate franchise like some of the other large gyms in town. They also have great massage therapy and personal trainers :)
I love this athletic club! Its a gym where, truly, everyone is welcome and there is something for everyone! I personally love the group fitness classes-- and there are a variety of classes offered at different times throughout the day. The management is very open to receiving feedback from members, so it feels like my voice is heard, and Im a part of the bigger community.
I joined around November of 13. The places is incredibly clean, the folks who work there are always super helpful, and they literally have everything I need/want in a gym...everything. I even crank out weekly yoga classes there which is new to this guy, but which have been awesome. Its simply a great place.
I love everything about Raintree. The gym is great and their locker rooms are always very clean. I also love that they have a cafe where I can meet friends for happy hour or get some work done while the kids are in childcare. My kids also love the swim lessons at Raintree and they adore the childcare workers, which makes all of us happy.
We have been members of the club for over 20 years and when it was The Pulse. We recently left the club only because we moved. Michelle in membership has always taken great care of us and Martin runs a great establishment.
Raintree has the best staff, theyβre so friendly and accommodating! The equipment is plentiful, clean, and up to date. I love the HIIT spin class! Thanks raintree for the best gym experience
I have been a member at this gym for over 15 years. I have also worked for a couple of the other large gyms in town. The ownership of Raintree is by far the best in town. Not only do they invest in the club, but they are genuinely invested in their members lives. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the employees and GM of Raintree who have been such a large part of my family and our fitness goals.
Constantly closing showers and locker rooms and the pool sauna and hot tub. Been a member for years and cant take it anymore. Too expensive. Rates go up every year. With all of the closers of the facilities they should be giving members refunds not increasing rates.
Great health club in the center of Fort Collins!
The establishment is outdated in some areas, but their renovation added modern touches. The parking lot fills with water during torrential rainfalls and creates a lake in front of the building. The basketball court is nice but the basketballs need to be replaced and filled with air. In my experience, I will be using Anytime Fitness for now on.
Open and looking good.
Staff and members are both racist. My husband and I experienced racism and they denied the facts, chose to not do anything, then preceded to terminate OUR membership after going there for years!! All we would do was go to the sauna and steam room and leave; not cause any trouble, not even engage with others!!! And when other people confronted us the staff would tell us that WE need to be more understanding...
Best gym Ive ever been with. Great student discount. Employees always have a smile on their face, greet you, and always say thanks for coming. Raintree is an experience that will change your whole day around. I strongly advise you to choose raintree.
Been going to this gym off and on since 2010 and it has been great. Moving away, but the this gym has treated me right. Thanks Raintree
Got signed up for the club pretty quick... $39 dollars a month with a student card. $49 without. After 6 months cancellation fee drops to $50 bucks. Best price and value in town in my opinion.
Phenomenal service, fantastic facilities, amazing classes.I have been to a lot of gyms/clubs in my time and have never had the experience that RAC has offered. The facility is fantastic, the classes offered are second to none (Ive tried all of them) and the service is phenomenal. Even the front desk staff never fail to remember your name and greet you every day at 5:30am. That is a tribute to management, as is the service-orientated culture of the club whose unspoken mission seems to be what more can we give you for your membership.Moving out of state, I am dreading finding a new club because I feel like locally owned clubs wont have the facilities or classes that RAC has, and franchise gyms dont have the personalized service...
I like the community of Raintree. The variety of group classes for members is awesome. A little expensive but I think worth it.
Ive been a member of RAC for several years now, having joined when it was The Pulse (before renovations). The renovations are really nice, especially the locker room/bathroom facilities. I also love the inexpensive price (student member here). I cant comment on the classes offered because I do not attend them, but it appears that many are offered, and they seem to be well taught and very popular. The only reason I give it 4/5 stars is that the free weights area seems to have been a bit neglected during the renovation. Its basically stayed the same with nothing (other than a new set of dumbbells) done to refresh it. I would like to see improvements made to this area.
Horrible gym, horrible service and racist members. I donβt even use the equipment and have been harassed by the members in the sauna with racial slurs. They also let you walk in the gym without telling you if your account is up to date thatβs why they changed to the month to month option. The owner Martin wonβt let us rejoin the gym because he had to fire his accountant for discriminating against me. Little did she know Iβm a business owner as well. The people at the front desk are incapable of doing simple tasks and I single handily made the whole gym get retrained because I got a new bank card and they allowed me to walk into the gym for 3 months without telling me or sending mail notification. Who scans a person gym card for 4 months without notifying the customer that something is wrong with the membership. Then I finally found out by a older gentleman and I came in the next day and the lady was talking down to me like I was ignorant and illiterate, while threatening to send me to collections. I continued to tell her I was unaware that my membership was overdue bc no one was stopping me or telling me when I came in. They then threatened me saying they had camera footage of me walking by the employees. Who allows a person to walk past them when there duty is to make sure everyone is paid and up to date. So I called her bluff and asked for the footage. The next day the lady was terminated for her lies. Now Martin (the owner) is saying weβre not a good fit because his pea brained staff. Funny bc now Iβm filing a lawsuit for discrimination!!! π€·πΎββοΈ
Great gym, a bit more pricey, but far better quality than others in town.Edit: bumped my review to three stars. My wife had been taking our 2-year-old to the childcare in the gym since she started over 6 months ago - we were never made aware from the salesperson(or anyone during this time) that we would need to obtain βcreditsβ at $2.75 each for each visit our son made. Despite dropping him off multiple times over the course of our six months, no one mentioned it until we saw written in all caps on the sign-in sheet picking him up the other day βcredits must be purchasedβ and a β-6β to correlate to it. So we had to purchase the back-logged credits that day and more so we could take him again - itβll come out to essentially another membership monthly. For the price being paid at the Raintree, Iβd expect this to be included as other, cheaper, gyms in the area include this. At least tell us about it so we could have factored this into what we pay - it was abundantly clear we had a child as we brought him with us when signing up.
I absolutely LOVE Raintree! The variety is really important to me - they have a ton of different classes (Les Mils and hot yoga included) with many instructors. If you try one class and dont like it, youre bound to find another you DO like. The Enlighten Studio really does have a yoga studio, high-end feel . The locker rooms are always very clean and the cardio equipment is rarely all full. So, why 4 stars instead of 5? The crowd may be a drawback for some folks. A few times, Ive arrived 5 minutes early to yoga classes only to find them way too full with no space to put a mat. Im not sure a signup sheet is the answer, but it is worth mentioning. Also, I have three friends who had poor experiences trying to start a membership here after the business office is closed for the day - but all three friends work full time and unfortunately cannot stop by during the day.All in all, Raintree is an amazing gym...one that I hope to be a member of for a very long time!
I love this gym, the fitness and yoga classes are great and the facility meets all your needs. I would highly recommend going here, Ive had memberships at other gyms before and Raintree is by far my favorite.
Love this club. other members always willing to help with suggestions or helpful tips. My whole family comes and loves it as well
Got a massage at the club; let me start that I have had more then a few massages and I did not have high hopes for the RAC having a decent massage staff present; I figured it would be some fresh person out of technical college who used too much oil and no pressure. WAS I WRONG! I had my appointment with Stephanie and she was fantastic, based on me saying that I was having lower back pain and her asking 2 questions and looking at how my body stood she knew I had hip issues which I noticed earlier the day while riding my bike. She used FANTASTIC pressure on my shoulders and noticed my breathing was restricted and addressed that as well. Then she attacked my quads and I think I fell in love. She is very intuitive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I was VERY impressed. I am going back for sure and I can imagine her and Jarod are both equally great. Couldnt be happier. Plus great competitive price! My new spot for a massage in Fort Collins for sure.
If you like to lift heavy this gym is awesome. There are now 5 squat racks, a dedicated area to do deadlifts, and Ive rarely had to wait on equipment, even if its extremely busy.
I just wanted to take the time to make a shout out to RAC, specifically, the TRIBE fitness program. Yesterday, marked my last day of the first season of TRIBE at RAC and I am honestly blown away. During my first class, I was huffing and puffing and sweating and crying all at the same time (in a good way). By my last class, I was still huffing and puffing but I had so much more control, good form and motivation. My endurance increased tremendously and so did my overall body functionality.Real talk, at first I was pretty nervous to be in this class. I thought I would be trying to keep up with the best of the best and then there would be me in the corner, suffering, alone. That said, the program isnβt easy by any means but suffering alone was not the case at all βlolβ. I felt great and like a part of a team. If youβve ever felt scared or nervous to be in a class, DONT BE! The instructors (Cori was mine and she is wonderful) are spectacular and very involved. They care about you, know their stuff and are really helpful! My class in particular, grew from a group of strangers to a group of people with common interests. We became a group that supports, pushes and motivates each other. Some of us even sit and chat after class over coffee and protein shakes. Itβs wonderful to see the βtribeβ that is actually forming. Cliche but the name sure is fitting! My goal in this review was to attempt to be really descriptive in my experience so people can know the worth of this program. TRIBE is what is going to get me to my next step in my health/fitness journey and I think it can help you too! Iβm excited for season two and am already signed up! If youβre thinking about switching up your workout/routine....if youβre wanting to push yourself to new limits...then give it a shot! I promise, you wonβt regret it. And to touch on the price because it isnβt free, donβt forget, youβre investing in yourself..and thatβs priceless ;)
Joined a few month ago and have been almost daily since. Love the yoga and spinning classes. Love that I can take my pre-teen and let him loose to workout as well.
RAC has it all. They are open early enough I can work out before I have to get ready and leave for work. They have classes as early as 5:30am and as late as 8pm. The variety of classes keeps me from getting bored, plus they have free weights, machines, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, basketball court, racquet ball court, and an indoor track. I prefer the yoga classes because they instructors are awesome! As a women, I have never felt uncomfortable going in to use the free weights like I have at other gyms. There is a low-key ambiance with the big gym benefits.
I couldnt ask for a better experience. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly desk staff. The Treehouse childcare center is filled with incredible and caring staff that have made wonderful relationships with my kids. The yoga and class teachers are very knowledgable and encouraging. There are many classes to choose from throughout the day, so I can go even if my schedule changes. The locker rooms are comfortable and clean. Finally, the hot tub is a great way to relax or maybe indulge at the coffee shop. RAC is one of the best parts of my day.
The owner of this club is a nice guy and he has improved it drastically since it was the pulse years ago. It does still have issues with pool and shower drainage which is a concern for foot fungus and the chlorine from the pool should be changed to bromine so clorinated air does not circulate the facility. They do have newer equipment and great classroom facilities. Quitting was a problem after being there well beyond a year, and the office staff was rude, however the owner contacted us and resolved the problem personally. We may eventually rejoin the gym if improvements are made. It sounds like this gym is headed for improvement which is a good thing because it is a prime location for many residents of Fort collins.
Me and my husband enjoy this gym alot very clean, Politely Staff. And are little girls enjoy the treehouse thats alot and definitely the plus to us parents! I signed up for a massage With Jessica S recommend her definitely shes awesome at her job i havent felt pain... But awesome gym i love it and my husband & kids
Great gym Professional and courteous staff. Always new equipment. Pickup basketball is the best in town.
Love the gym lot of privacy not as busy.
I have been to this gym almost daily since joining. My kids love The Treehouse and I love all of the classes. Jenny is the best spin and TRX instructor!
Nice place but their management is terrible.
Really like the gym, but see people working out in sports bras or barely and shirts. It is still a family gym and dont enjoy seeing them sweating all over machines. No luck if you want to watch tv while you are on a cardio machine because they connection for your headphones is horrible.
I have belonged to many gyms and this one is by far my favorite. I highly recommend the Raintree athletic club to anyone searching for a new gym.
I love this place! We kept putting off getting a membership as it seemed a unnecessary luxury that we couldnt afford while I was only working part-time but its turned out to be so worth it with a family! There is rarely a wait for a cardio machine, the yoga instructors are incredible (and tons of varied class times), there is so much open swim time, and swim lessons with Megan are fantastic! The gym is also usually open for us go in and play around with the kids. And their cafe is the only place in town that still has Big Train chai. Yum! Thanks RAC!
Everything with their billing department was cleared up, 5 stars. Great gym
The owner went above and beyond to help me. He showed patience with me, truly showing that he cares about his customers.
Love this gym but a bit pricey
Dont waste your money on a family membership. My husband and I enjoy the club, but I have a problem with how inconsistently RAC enforces their no kids policy. Since shes been 13, my daughter has met two different friends at RAC regularly to swim and play basketball, and there were never any parents present at the gym when they did this. The friends met my daughter at the door and they just went in; there were no parents at the gym--and no one seemed to care (unless maybe my daughters friends parents know the owner or something?). But today, when I go in to pay for my daughters friend ($10) and use my membership card for my daughter, the membership representative says they cant come in. My daughter is 14 and her friend is 15--theyre both in high school. Unless I stay right by their sides while they do what they do, they cant come in. I honestly cant figure out why some kids get in and others dont. If the insurance policy dictates no kids without parents, then this should apply to everyone, shouldnt it? Other disappointing things about RAC regarding my kids: This summer, my 16 year old son tried to go with my daughter (14) and they were turned away. My son also came in for a booked appointment this last spring to learn how to use equipment and the young woman he was supposed to meet with didnt show up so he just came home. The money we pay for our kids seems to go to waste. I am forced to come to the conclusion that RAC is not kid-friendly (or at least when it comes to MY kids).
Amazing gym with friendly staff π
Nice equipment, pretty busy but can still get equipment. Friendly staff for the most part.
Their 30 day cancellation is blatant greed and extortive
Had to wait 20 minutes to take a tour just to find out the employees didnt even have me registered in the system.
Best child care around
My dumb ass drunk husband was there, tonight and no one could call him a cab??!
