Hired Kobobel Fire Protection last year to install a whole house fire protection system in the house I was building. They met their schedule and worked well with the builder, causing no delays to the builder or other contractors on site. Once the house was completed they returned to explain the operation and maintenance of the system. I am currently working with them again as I am finishing the basement and need to have some heads added and others relocated. So far this experience has been just as pleasant as the first. They are keeping to their planned schedule which reduces the impact to other contractors and final completion. They have also been very responsive to questions and request regarding the placement of the heads vs. other design issues during the basement finishing.

I wouldnt know what its like to work with Kobobel because its been over a month since their estimator visited our building and told us wed have a quote Friday. That would be 5 Fridays ago. Ive called and left 6 voicemails without any response.

One of the most irresponsible companies I have ever seen. Didnt return my calls, didnt take the responsibiliteis for the job they had done. My system was not installed by them, for the first time I called they were happy to change a leaking head. they charged me almost $750 for some head changes and fixing the backflow system but after a while the head they had changed started leaking and I called I was told my system was not intalled by them and they are busy and I have to wait for at least two weeks.
