I was lucky enough to find these wonderful people after the first few month of the Pandemic. I was dealing with some PTSD and some issues that were creeping back into my life probable because of the pandemic itself and how its turned our lives upside-down.... Annie Copelin was amazing with my 14 year old daughter; helping her cope with all the weight of these odd times on her shoulders - school, covid, no sports, social life severely lessened, etc. Annie was very personable and never made my daughter feel badly about herself. We didn’t even realize she was having such a hard time but when she started seeing Annie, it didn’t take long to get her back on track to happy, productive, carefree, etc... Annie did not drag out the counseling, she suggested my daughter was ready to discontinue the sessions but remains available anytime she needs her. Thank you for a great first counseling experience!

Brooke is a trusted, valued and effective therapist for our daughter (and family). She has been a constant, steady, supportive ally for us. My teen daughter looks forward to their weekly sessions and is so thankful (as are her parents) she has Brooke on her team. My daughter says, Brooke has a way of making your problems seem normal. She always makes sure youre doing the best you can and has no limit of patience. Shes really funny as well and makes me laugh almost every session we have together. As a parent, it doesnt get better than that!

Brooke Jostad is truly amazing. She is very kind, patient and understanding. Ive been working with her for 2 years and shes the best therapist Ive ever had. Id definitely recommend her.

My son worked with Daniel Bart for a year. He was very encouraging, taught my son a lot about communication skills and was gentle with him when he was closed off. I would highly recommend him as a counselor! He is a very wise man with tons of tools to help kids and adults.

My teenage daughter has been seeing Brooke Jostad for almost 2 years now. We have had lots of issues and trouble navigating through the system to find help we needed. We have seen many therapist and none have been the solution we were looking for. Not only has Brooke been amazing and able to reach my daughter in a way no other therapist has before, but she has also put in endless hours helping us with schooling issues, funding issues, finding the right treatment and the list goes on. We would not be in such a good place as we are right now if it wasnt for her amazing and much appreciated hard work that she has done. This agency does not know what it is doing. The director is judgmental and does not know how to run an agency.There are a lot of miscommunications and they do not know how to communicate with other community organizations. In addition, I was seeing a therapist there that I was very happy with and he fired her and as if that was not bad enough the agency would not assign a new therapist to me and my family leaving us abandoned. We were in crisis and he did not care. What kind of mental health agency is this?

Suzanne Moorehouse has been such a big blessing for our family! We were referred to her by Specialty Counseling and shes the perfect fit for us. My teenage son has challenges with his behaviors and choices. Shes helped us create an environment where rules are being followed and my son and I are both compromising in order to create peace in our household. I highly recommend Suzanne if you have a challenging teenager with mental health issues!

I had to call and leave a message three times before finally getting a return call. Then they were very disorganized and the front desk staff did not seem to have answers for me and was rude. Finally I was given an intake appointment but then I was not contacted by the therapist until the day of the appointment discuss how (in person or remote) we would meet. I would not recommend this agency.
