I deleted my review. I shouldnt have. Kelsey Maginn Baker is pure evil. No one should speak with her. These offices here of Lifestance are just awful still employing her and not reporting her license. Awful.

Cassidy was wonderful. This was my first time doing therapy and she made it a good experience. She validated my feelings and was very understanding. It was like talking to a friend. A friend that says all the right things to make you feel better. And not bad about yourself.

Helpful and fast. It was easy to get to my TeleHealth appointment and my therapist was on time and ready. I had trouble logging in and she sent me a link to our appointment. Super nice. :-)

The therapist has always been very kind and professional. Hence, I am making progress.

The only problem I have is with billing. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I constantly have to call you billing department every two weeks to straighten things out. Wicked annoying!
